⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Excellent Stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou** Had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou in the Garden View King Room. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view of the gardens and koi fish pond. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of local and international choices. The hotel's location is next to Panmen Scenic Area had complimentary access to the attraction. A special shout-out to Jerry at the reception for his outstanding hospitality. He was very accommodating and provided truly heartfelt service throughout our stay. Great experience with excellent facilities, service, and location. Would stay here again when visiting Suzhou.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, right above a commercial street with a subway station conveniently located just outside. There's a charming pedestrian bridge next to the subway, perfect for photos and adding to the overall ambiance. The hotel is also incredibly close to a major shopping mall; cross the bridge, and you're at Vientiane World – truly a superb spot! Service: The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, genuinely caring for every guest and resolving issues remarkably quickly. Ambiance: The Japanese-inspired decor creates a fantastic atmosphere. The rooms are spotlessly clean, wonderfully comfortable, and tidy. Staying here was a truly delightful experience. Ten days at Jinling Hotel gave us something more precious than just good service – it gave us friendship. Through this platform, I want to sincerely express our family's gratitude to Jinling Hotel Nanjing. Thank you to every staff member who offered us their warm assistance during our most difficult and helpless moments. We checked into Jinling Hotel on May 12th. On the evening of May 13th, I unfortunately fell and got injured. What followed deeply moved us. That night, Manager Guo, who was on duty at the concierge desk, personally helped me purchase medicine and crutches online and had them delivered to our room. He also proactively communicated with relevant departments to arrange all the necessary details for my orthopedic doctor's appointment the next day. It was past 3 AM by the time everything was settled. That night, though we were far from home, our hearts felt incredibly at peace. Early on the morning of May 14th, Supervisor Zhang, who was on duty in the lobby, specifically arranged for a young staff member, Xiao Guan, to accompany us to the hospital. He repeatedly instructed Xiao Guan on every detail of accompanying a patient: how to ensure our safety, how to assist with the medical procedures... That kind of family-like care instantly warmed our hearts. And Xiao Guan certainly lived up to that trust. He was enthusiastic, meticulous, and vibrant, accompanying us for the consultation, X-rays, queueing for payments, picking up medicine, and arranging taxis for our round trip. He was like our own child, giving us a sense of reliance in a foreign place. Li Hong and Liu Yan from housekeeping also provided meticulous help after my injury. When they learned the doctor required me to lie flat with my feet elevated to heart level, Li Hong immediately brought hard pillows to prop up my feet. Fearing I couldn't go out for fresh air, she promptly opened the small window for ventilation. She also thoughtfully provided hangers and patiently taught us how to use the equipment to dry clothes. To ensure we could recover in peace, they brought a fruit platter every day. Li Hong even specially got a tightening strap from the engineering department to reinforce the underarm pads of my crutches. All these tangible acts of care warmed and deeply touched us. I want to say that it is the excellent qualities of each and every one of you that form the most brilliant team image of Jinling Hotel. You are the best calling card for Jinling Hotel. I hope more people will know our story, and I also hope that more friends visiting Nanjing will definitely stay at Jinling – here, you will find the 'home away from home' experience you desire, and even more, a warm, family-like experience. The breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety and quality that I really enjoyed. However, it might have been due to a holiday, but there was no one to seat us in the breakfast area. We basically had to find and grab tables ourselves, which made for a rather chaotic experience. The high-floor city view was indeed fantastic, offering a panoramic outlook. Plus, being right above a shopping mall made it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. I had specifically requested a king-size bed when booking to make it easier with my child, and the hotel arranged it as requested, which was a thoughtful touch. However, staying with a child presented a few inconveniences: it was difficult for one person to pick up takeout with a child, as the hotel doesn't offer room delivery for external food. I had to go down twice by elevator to retrieve it myself, which was quite a hassle. The elevators were also rather slow, and during peak hours, we waited for a long time. As for amenities, only children's slippers and toothbrushes were provided; no children's toiletries, which was inconvenient. On a positive note, Kevin Chen from the concierge team deserves praise. His service attitude was excellent, and he was very proactive in helping with any requests, which made me feel very comfortable.

I brought my baby for a weekend getaway, mainly for the hotel's heated pool and kids' play area. The entire hotel is shaped like a ship, and the lobby and rooms are designed to feel like cabins. The lobby is beautiful, with live piano and singing in the evenings, and the night view is stunning. I heard there's a fountain light show every Saturday, but we missed it! The room wasn't particularly large but was quite new. The twin beds could be combined into a king-size bed, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Personally, I feel that while this hotel aims to be family-friendly, some details were lacking. For instance, the pool isn't very big, and there was a small pool I thought would be a hot tub, but its temperature was even lower than the main pool. Even with it being 30 degrees this weekend, the water felt a bit cold. Also, there were no armbands or swim rings available for rent on-site, so definitely remember to bring your own! The kids' play area was more underwhelming than I expected. The second floor has a large ball pit, and there's an outdoor slide that we didn't get to use. The breakfast buffet was decent, with made-to-order omelets and such. However, I couldn't understand why the donuts weren't displayed. My child wanted one and only got a single donut after asking! The hotel is located by Jinji Lake, right next to 'the big pants' building and Suzhou Center. Dining options are just a short walk away. It should also be not too far from the old city, but we didn't have time to visit this trip.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone! Facilities: The whole place is smart-enabled, very responsive and convenient. Hygiene: Extremely clean, not a single flaw to be found, both in the room and public areas. Environment: Thoughtfully designed and very trendy in its decor. Service: The service is what I'm most satisfied with. Every single staff member greets you proactively and offers assistance. We drove here, and the security guard on the first floor not only helped us without being asked but also gave us travel tips. He even quietly washed our car in the evening – I was truly touched. Every staff member we encountered over these two days made us feel incredibly welcome, adding a wonderful touch to our trip. They even gave us a farewell gift when we checked out. If I ever come back, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Breakfast was very diverse and plentiful.

Staying at this guesthouse in Suzhou truly made me feel like I 'd want to come back again and again. Yinxiang Yisu Guesthouse Overall, I'd give it a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ five-star rating. The hotel's overall decor is incredibly tasteful, with each floor boasting a unique design style and atmosphere. The environment is both upscale and comfortable, with meticulous attention to detail. It's also very picturesque, perfect for photos, and really captures the artistic vibe of ancient Suzhou. What impressed me most was how incredibly clean the entire hotel was, from top to bottom. Whether it was the lobby, corridors, rooms, or bathrooms, the hygiene was impeccably maintained, making my stay exceptionally comfortable and reassuring. The room itself was also very spacious, wide, and cozy, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom was spotless and tidy, with no unpleasant odors, and the details were perfectly maintained. It truly showed the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and quality. Additionally, the hotel provides a coffee machine, washing machine, and dryer, which is incredibly convenient for travelers staying for a few days. Many of these small details really added to the experience. The location is also excellent. Just a short walk away, there are numerous attractions, great food, and convenient facilities, making getting around very easy. It's a fantastic place to stay for anyone visiting Suzhou. I stayed for two consecutive days this time, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. I was extremely satisfied with everything, from the environment, cleanliness, and design aesthetic to the convenience. If you're coming to Suzhou, I genuinely highly recommend this guesthouse.

This past Chinese New Year, I had a fantastic stay in their Spring Festival themed room! So, for the May Day holiday, I decided to return to Shangri-La and try their Cherry Blossom themed room. This trip was primarily to celebrate my elderly relative's 70th birthday. We specifically chose a private dining room at the hotel's Jiangnan灶 (Jiangnan Cauldron) restaurant on the first floor. It was a wonderful family gathering for lunch; the dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. The birthday celebration was a great success! After lunch, it was already past 2 PM, but unfortunately, the Cherry Blossom themed room wasn't ready yet. The front desk suggested an upgrade to the Super Suzhou themed room, and it certainly didn't disappoint! The decor perfectly captivated the kids. Besides playing with the soccer ball in the room, we also spent some free time at the outdoor basketball court and slide on the 5th floor, which is also a great spot for family activities. The Horizon Club is still an excellent choice, offering many amenities. Although we didn't get the Cherry Blossom themed room, they still provided a complimentary cherry blossom-themed afternoon tea. Furthermore, the afternoon tea time and evening light meals on the 40th floor were both excellent! For breakfast, I recommend the buffet on the 2nd floor; there are more options, and the duck blood vermicelli soup is absolutely delicious – a must-have every time! Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay and will definitely choose to stay at the Nanjing Shangri-La Hotel again if I have the opportunity.

Facilities: Although the hotel is indeed a bit old, and some of the details of the facilities have a strong sense of age, the main hardware facilities are still excellent. As Nanjing's tallest building, the elevators are absolutely top-notch – fast, new, and feel very secure overall. Cleanliness: All guest amenities were very tidy, the bedding maintained international five-star standards, and the bathroom facilities had also been renovated. Environment: The location is superb, not far from nearby attractions, and walking is fine when the weather is cool. It's only 50 meters from the subway station, right outside the exit, which is a lifesaver during peak hour traffic. It really provides peace of mind. Service: Before my trip, a butler proactively added me as a friend. I initially thought it would just be simple greetings and travel tips. However, my butler, Cora, was exceptionally thoughtful. She would ask about special requests in advance and, within reason, would unconditionally meet them. I could really feel her dedication. The hotel doesn't use robots. When I ordered takeout late at night, she personally delivered it to my room very quickly. I'm truly grateful! During a trip, in an unfamiliar city, having such a butler provide 24-hour service and assistance to guests is truly rare and valuable. Not all hotels of the same caliber can achieve this. Perhaps I was lucky on this trip to encounter such an outstanding butler. I'm extremely pleased. I will continue to be loyal to the InterContinental brand and will definitely return to the InterContinental in Nanjing.

Lily arranged my room in advance, and it was very quiet with great natural light, allowing for a really good rest. Being on a high floor, the large windows let in plenty of light. The Wi-Fi and TV worked perfectly. The room's decor is simple, modern, and very comfortable. The lobby is spacious, and the internet is genuinely better than other places. The card key access for the elevators really adds to the safety and peace of mind.
