1. The hotel facilities and environment are excellent, and the views are superb. You can enjoy the scenery right from the hotel, and the connected scenic area in the backyard can be accessed simply by swiping your room card.
2. The fountain in the hotel courtyard started running before 7 AM. I was staying on the second floor and found the noise quite disruptive. It started a bit too early and affected my sleep.
3. The staff's service attitude needs improvement. Upon check-in, I noticed two covered cups on the black cabinet above the indoor refrigerator. One of them had about half a cup of water in it, so I didn't use that particular cup. When checking out, I mentioned this to a young man at the front desk. I didn't make any demands, but he just said 'oh' with a blank expression, and that was that. Having stayed in so many hotels, this is the first time I've encountered such a cold response when raising an issue with the front desk, without even a basic apology.

HahahahahahahaThis private onsen hotel offers an amazing experience! The room provides excellent privacy, and the outdoor bath water is crystal clear. Soaking in the hot spring while gazing at the night sky was incredibly relaxing. The courtyard is beautifully designed with a Zen aesthetic, the service is attentive, and the location is convenient, within walking distance to attractions. It's great value for money and highly recommended for anyone looking to escape the city!

Guest UserI stayed at Suning Galaxy for a business trip, and Freya, my personal butler, was professional, reliable, and incredibly efficient, making everything seamless. Her attention to detail was truly heartwarming. The hotel's location is excellent, with complete amenities, and it's quiet and comfortable to stay in. It has become my go-to place whenever I visit Wuxi.

Guest UserWe booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!

Food: Breakfast was varied, with western, asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious.
Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery.
Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy.
Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad.
Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Racha Mankha, and I can’t recommend it enough! This hotel is a hidden gem, offering a secluded and quiet retreat that truly embodies peace and relaxation. The ambiance is simply delightful, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
One of the highlights of my stay was the food. I can confidently say that the Thai cuisine here is some of the best I’ve ever had in Nanjing! Each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented.
Additionally, I indulged in their Thai massage services, and it was an absolute must-try! The skilled therapists provided a rejuvenating experience that left me feeling refreshed and relaxed.
While the area may not have as many tourist attractions as other parts of Nanjing, the tranquility and quality of service at Racha Mankha more than make up for it. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with fantastic food and pampering, this is the place to be!

Guest UserExtremely satisfied with this hotel stay! The views, our butler Alice, and all the hotel staff were fantastic. We needed to store a cake in the hotel restaurant's fridge, and our butler arranged everything. When there was an issue with the air conditioning in our original room, the butler and staff promptly helped us resolve it. A big thank you to butler Alice and all the hotel staff!

Guest UserRoom: Exceeded expectations. Firstly, the Suzhou garden-style exterior appealed to me, and secondly, the room was incredibly comfortable. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. I want to stay longer.
Environment: Located next to the Grand Canal Park, waking up to birdsong and enjoying the morning breeze was incredibly pleasant. The location is fairly central in Wuxi, making it convenient to get around. I initially thought it might be noisy, but it was very quiet.
Cleanliness: The bathroom and bedding were very clean. I usually bring my own sheets when traveling, but I forgot this time. However, sleeping directly on the bed was very comfortable and not itchy at all. The room also had a subtle fragrance.
Breakfast: I ordered breakfast to be delivered upstairs. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the Grand Canal and listening to the birdsong was truly relaxing. It completely eliminated the frustration of the previous day's walking around the scenic spots and the crowds. The service was also excellent; the auntie spoke Mandarin with a slight local accent, which was very friendly.

ivyalwaysOverall, it's pretty good. The hot springs are very comfortable, and the facilities are decent. The hygiene is also good, and the staff are all polite. The food, however, is very mediocre, so don't expect much. It's a nice place just for a hot spring soak.
As a hot spring hotel, while it emulates Japanese onsen in form, there's still a lot of room for improvement in the details, which I've already discussed with the staff on site. I'd like to add two more points:
1. Please have staff regularly patrol the lounge area. The door to the smoking room needs to be kept closed. Otherwise, it affects the health and relaxation of other guests, as the entire lounge area is an enclosed space, including the smoking room.
2. Mobile phones should be strictly prohibited in the hot spring area and changing rooms. Although there are signs, some visitors just don't pay attention. The scrub attendant was very responsible; she immediately stopped a lady who brought her phone into the hot spring pool. However, she was busy with her own work and couldn't keep an eye on everything. Another three or four people came in as if to sightsee, all dressed and holding their phones. Even though they weren't taking photos, it created psychological pressure for those of us who were naked at the time. I really hope there can be staff to maintain order and ensure no phones are brought in.
It's very close to Shanghai, so I can visit frequently for a soak. I hope to see improvements in the details next time.

Guest UserA warm hotel with thoughtful and attentive service. I brought my family and one-year-old baby on this trip, and we met a group of very considerate hotel staff. A big thank you to Manager Wang Chuang 👍🏻, Zhang Ya, and Xiao Qiu – all of whom are truly passionate about their work. Zhang Ya even helped decorate the room before we checked in, which made both my family and the baby very happy!
