Honestly, I highly recommend this place! While it's not right in the absolute city center, getting a taxi is super convenient. The hotel itself is a beautiful Suzhou-style garden complex, and right behind it is the Panmen Scenic Area, so you can explore gardens and historical sites without even leaving the hotel. The facilities are excellent and very thoughtfully designed, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The front desk staff kindly gave me a room on the fourth floor, which was quiet and comfortable. The windows could be opened to a certain extent and had screens, which was great for keeping bugs out. The hotel's pool looked amazing, but I only got to glance at it and didn't have time to experience it. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is located right in the city center, making it very convenient to get around. There is a shopping mall directly connected to the hotel, so finding food and dining options was very easy. The hotel is very family-friendly. We stayed on the top floor, and the view was absolutely amazing — we could see both the sea and the mountains. Our child loved it so much. However, for guests who are afraid of heights like my husband, this might not be the best choice, as it is probably the tallest building in the city. Although the hotel looks like it has been open for many years from the outside, the interior still feels modern, clean, and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, and the facilities are very convenient. Breakfast offered a good variety of international options. Overall, we had a great experience and were very impressed with our stay.

The room isn't huge, but it's spotless. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right above Exit 6 of Xinjiekou, making it incredibly convenient and quick to get to all the attractions. The overall service level at the hotel is very high, from the moment I checked in at the front desk to the warm recommendations from the housekeeping staff on where to find the most authentic local Nanjing snacks. What really stood out was the breakfast at the Golden Bay Restaurant – the variety of Chinese dishes was top-notch and incredibly plentiful. The staff were very well-trained; when I asked for coffee, they proactively asked if I had any blood sugar concerns and offered sugar packets. Before breakfast ended, they kept reminding guests if they needed more food and even provided takeaway boxes for those who hadn't made it down yet. Truly excellent!

This was our first trip with our baby, and we chose the Yangzhou Slender West Lake Hot Spring Resort. It's less than an hour's drive from Zhenjiang, and only 50 minutes from our home. We left after lunch and checked in directly in the afternoon. The hotel lobby had a large unicorn that our baby really loved. We booked this hotel with a group coupon during the Double 12 sale, 999 yuan per night without breakfast. However, the hotel is near Slender West Lake, and there are many dim sum restaurants nearby, so breakfast was actually very convenient. We originally booked a family suite with two bedrooms, a living room, and a private hot spring, but since the family suites were fully booked when we checked in, they upgraded us to a two-bedroom villa. You can drive directly into the villa area and park near your room. The second bedroom in the villa had a bed with three sides enclosed, which was perfect for traveling with a baby, preventing them from rolling off. Our baby was also safer with us sleeping on the outside. The hotel air conditioning was a bit too powerful, leaving my throat and lips dry, but everything else was great. Since it was our first time traveling with a baby, things were a bit chaotic, so I didn't get a chance to take many nice photos. We also missed out on the complimentary Hanfu photoshoot offered by the hotel. The hotel has its own 'Pet World' with swans, horses, deer, alpacas, etc., and our little one had a wonderful time. The hotel also provided a complimentary pet feeding kit, and our baby was thrilled while feeding the swans. It's a great all-in-one place for kids; just staying at the hotel was enough for our little one. For older kids, the hotel is also close to many scenic spots in Yangzhou, so they can easily go out and explore. The hotel butler was very thoughtful and specifically brought us a baby gift package during housekeeping.

What started as a last-minute hotel choice for my Suzhou trip turned out to be an unexpected delight! The room was spotless, with a spacious and airy layout. The soundproofing was exceptional, completely blocking out external noise, providing a truly peaceful sanctuary. The facilities were top-notch: hot water was consistently strong, the hairdryer powerful and efficient, and the bedding was simply outstanding – the mattress had the perfect firmness, and the duvet was soft and breathable, enveloping me in comfort for a restful night that washed away all the day's travel fatigue. The hotel's location is superb, nestled in the Guanqian Street commercial area but surprisingly quiet. It offers convenient access to all the major attractions, making getting around a breeze. What truly stood out was the thoughtful service; the owner and staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They kindly helped with my luggage and gave excellent recommendations for authentic local restaurants and dishes, all of which were incredibly useful. Even after check-out, the front desk offered luggage storage, which was a very thoughtful touch. This attention to detail, both professional and heartfelt, made me feel truly valued and cared for. What began as a random pick became the most comforting part of my Suzhou journey. This is definitely a hidden gem and highly recommended!

There are tons of dining options right outside, making it super convenient for eating out and shopping. But what really warmed my heart was the service! The overall experience was top-notch, perfect whether you're traveling for leisure or business. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Suzhou!

Coming to Suzhou this time, I wanted to see the Jinji Lake night view, so I chose this Crowne Plaza hotel, part of the InterContinental group. The hotel is right by Jinji Lake and is shaped like a giant cruise ship. As soon as we arrived, we experienced five-star service: the doorman opened our car doors, helped with luggage, and warmly guided us to the front desk for check-in. Check-in was quick, and we were given a room with a great view. Because our train was leaving late the next day, they even extended our check-out time. Although the room facilities weren't brand new, they were very clean. The room was spacious, the bathroom was huge, and the floor-to-ceiling window offered a stunning night view of the Gate of the Orient. The hotel's back exit leads straight to the Jinji Lake boardwalk, and the evening lights were absolutely beautiful. The breakfast selection was rich, especially the specialty Suzhou-style noodles, which were incredibly delicious and easily rivaled famous noodle shops outside. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Suzhou.

I chose the InterContinental, Nanjing's most luxurious hotel, for this booking. Initially, I had some doubts about the service attitude, but from check-in to check-out, I have to say their service was genuinely excellent. Tony, the concierge, was very enthusiastic and professional in providing Nanjing tour routes. He helped with luggage during check-in and even sent complimentary welcome fruits and drink vouchers before our check-out. Even when he wasn't on duty, he promptly replied to messages and arranged relevant matters – very responsible! The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the hygiene was excellent, clean and tidy. The surrounding environment was also great, offering views of Nanjing city and Xuanwu Lake. Very nice! I'd also like to commend Luanne for her arrangements. She contacted me a day in advance to arrange all four rooms on the same floor, and despite our early arrival, we were able to check in smoothly. She also provided several Nanjing travel guides, and on multiple occasions, arranged for our takeout orders to be delivered to our room. Very thoughtful! If I come to Nanjing again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

The hotel was very neat and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was good, except that welcome music would play every time you enter the room. The breakfast was alright, it was just enough to fill you up until lunch with a decent selection. There's a convenience store with 3 minutes of the hotel. One issue is the proximity to a restaurant and the occasional drunk person to be close to, or inside the hotel.
