We had a perfect stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou!
The suite was incredibly spacious and comfortable, consisting of two connected rooms. One room featured a king-size bed, a large living room, and a luxurious bathroom with a huge bathtub. The second room had two single beds, which was perfect for our two adult children.
The layout was very thoughtful, with two separate bathrooms and toilets, plus an additional guest toilet in the living room. With four of us staying together, we never had to wait for the bathroom — a huge convenience!
The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning, featuring beautiful gardens, traditional architecture, and a pagoda, making it feel like a scenic attraction in itself. As a special bonus, the hotel provided a complimentary 60-minute Hanfu experience, allowing us to take wonderful photos around the property.
Honestly, the hotel is so beautiful that you could easily spend a day exploring the grounds without leaving. Another thoughtful touch was that each room was provided with an entire carton of bottled mineral water, which was greatly appreciated.
Overall, an exceptional stay with spacious accommodations, beautiful surroundings, and excellent hospitality. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Suzhou!

I stayed at this hotel for two days while on assignment in Yancheng. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The room was clean, tidy, and hygienic. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating, even upgrading our room type. The restaurant staff were also warm and attentive. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yancheng. Highly recommended.

The location is excellent, right in the Shantang Street scenic area, inside the Lingnan Guild Hall. It's very convenient to get to the train station, Humble Administrator's Garden, and Lingering Garden. There's even a boat dock right at the entrance.
The service was fantastic. On the first day, we arrived early and they helped us store our luggage. As soon as our room was ready, they notified us immediately for check-in. The next morning, we had an early start, and they kindly arranged breakfast for us in advance. The front desk staff, Summer and Huihui, were both very nice.
The room was great, set in a garden-style courtyard with a koi pond. We even saw a heron on the first day! The room was very quiet; even though it's in a scenic area, there was no noise at night. The hotel had thoughtfully turned on the air conditioning beforehand, so it was cool and dry when we entered.

The location is fantastic, with a bustling view of Xinjiekou right outside the window. What impressed me most was the service – friendly, polite, and incredibly responsive. The dining options exceeded expectations; the breakfast was diverse with Nanjng specialties, and the formal meals were exquisitely prepared. The room was well-maintained, clean, and the bedding was comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience.
The service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly and responsive. We had dinner at the hotel, and the food quality was surprisingly good. I especially want to commend the Jia Restaurant on the 56th floor of the Asia Pacific Tower. On our first night, we tried their mini hotpot, and the two single sets were more than enough for two people. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic, promptly helping with drinks, clearing plates, and cooking items. We also loved the buffet selection! We had such a happy meal! The next morning, we debated between the ground floor breakfast buffet and the 56th-floor one, but decided to go back to the 56th floor – and we were so glad we did! It was another wonderful experience, feeling right at home. There were many dishes available in the morning. For instance, a waitress kindly cut the Jinling large meat bun for us so we could each have half, which we really appreciated. A big thank you to CY and MYF from Jia Restaurant for their attentive service. The view was also excellent; we could see the beautiful city from our seats. All in all, I highly recommend trying it! I truly appreciate such thoughtful service!
We booked afternoon tea at the Executive Lounge, which featured a beautiful birdcage design. The happy hour's light dinner, part of the executive benefits, was also delicious! I had previously celebrated a birthday at Meiyuan, so this time, I decided to try the Pacific Western Restaurant before checking out, which also offered a beautiful setting and attentive service. I feel like I'll be back very soon just for the delicious food.

Came to Suzhou from Nanjing for a two-day trip. Checked in late at night, and the front desk staff was incredibly kind. They upgraded our room to one with an open-air balcony – too bad it was raining, so we couldn't enjoy the breeze! Haha. The room was very clean, and the amenities were excellent, even Shuuke toothpaste! They also gave us a pretty little fan when we left. The hotel's location is perfect. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Suzhou!
Environment: This must be a landmark building in Nanjing, visible from a distance. The 45th floor has a terrace, but unfortunately, the recent bad weather prevented me from going up. The views from the higher floors should be great, but the weather has been a bit disappointing lately.
Facilities: The air conditioning was powerful, and the internet speed was very fast. The elevator requires a transfer. It was a bit warm on the last day.
Service: Excellent service! Alice, the butler, was very responsive and proactively asked about my needs. The auntie on the 67th floor and the doorman were also very attentive.

This was my first stay at Intercity, and it exceeded my expectations. My husband and I have been checking out various hotels, from luxurious ones to cozy guesthouses, and this Yangzhou branch was by far the most comfortable and relaxing. They truly made us feel at home. Every staff member treated guests like family, which was incredibly warm. On our first day, the doorman meticulously washed our car because we had driven a long distance and there were many 'bug corpses' on the windshield. We were genuinely touched by his thoughtful gesture. Their enthusiastic service continued until we entered the elevator. Such small details were perfectly executed, which made me think that the rest of our stay would be just as good. And indeed, the breakfast was another pleasant surprise. Although the dining room was small, the dishes were exquisite and plentiful. Moreover, the service from Restaurant Supervisor Mu added another layer of excellence; honestly, there's nothing to complain about. (Also, Mao Mao from the laundry room was very patient and meticulous, and the laundry equipment was spotless, completely eliminating any concerns about hygiene). During our interactions, I learned more about Intercity's philosophy: to foster mutual respect and closeness, bridging the gap between people through the best service possible. This is truly a wonderful thing. We are very grateful for the warm service provided by every staff member at Intercity 💕.
We will definitely be back 😊💕.
We stayed in a Premium King Room, forgot to take pictures though 📷… 😅

The hotel's decor is elegant and unique, with meticulous attention to detail in everything from the water purification system to the bathroom design. Both seniors and children loved the terrace view. A special thank you to Leo and the other staff for their warm hospitality; they even helped us retrieve an item we accidentally left behind. Leo is a super thoughtful guy, 100% recommended!

I brought my family here for a birthday celebration. The hotel arranged a birthday setup and gave us a small cake, which was delicious!
**Appearance:** The cruise ship design is quite unique, and right across from it is the Gate of the Orient. It's lovely to take a stroll on the boardwalk in the evening.
**Interior:** The hotel is a bit older, so some rooms might have a slight odor, but the staff promptly addressed it, which was decent. The sanitation facilities were clean.
**Service:** The staff, including those in the breakfast restaurant, Zhenlu Yi Hotpot, and the doormen, were all incredibly warm and polite. (The coffee bar staff, however, were a bit lacking.)
**Breakfast:** It's a mix of Chinese and Western options. While the variety isn't huge, everything tasted great, especially the Suzhou-style Aozao noodles! They were so good I had two bowls! There wasn't much fruit though.
**Toiletries:** They use BORGESE products, with an orange scent, which was very pleasant.

The room completely exceeded my expectations! It was truly fantastic, so spacious that even with two suitcases spread out, it didn't feel cramped at all. The amenities were comprehensive: there's a two-seater sofa and a coffee table for dining, plus a desk and chair perfect for makeup or work. The TV is huge and the bed is super large, with a very comfortable mattress and pillows. The toilet is smart, the mirror has integrated lighting, and both the showerhead and hairdryer were excellent. They also have shared facilities like a fridge, microwave, washing machine, and dryer, along with a small outdoor balcony. The location is superb, right on Guanqian Street, making it convenient to get anywhere. The front desk staff were very friendly and provided thoughtful service; the owner even gave me some glutinous rice cakes, haha! Overall, I'm extremely satisfied! This hotel definitely gave me a wonderful first impression of Suzhou!!

GGuest UserHighly recommended! Before checking in, I thought it was an old hotel and didn't have high expectations. However, I was pleasantly surprised upon entering the room. Although the decor is over 10 years old, all the facilities are of good quality. The furniture, carpets, and bathroom fixtures, though a bit dated, had a better feel than what was shown in the promotional pictures. The water pressure in the bathroom was excellent! The cleaning was very thorough, and the room had fresh air with no strange odors (no old room smell). The room also offered an open view and was quiet!
The front desk and restaurant staff I encountered during my stay were very helpful and efficient in handling requests and resolving issues. You could tell they were well-trained!
Considering the location, service, and quality, it offers great value for money!
Suggestions for improvement: There was only one tissue box at the washbasin. I recommend placing another one in the bedroom area. Also, it might be a good idea to periodically check the seals in the shower and toilet partitions, as there was a minor leak one day.

GGuest UserWe booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!
GGuest UserThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.
Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

QQingqingxinxin616Overall, it exceeded my expectations. Last time I came for a hot spring bath, this time for an overnight stay, and staying overnight is definitely more cost-effective – it's like getting two days of hot spring access plus accommodation. The room was much more spacious than I imagined, the facilities were good, and the scent was lovely; I wanted to buy it from the hotel, but they don't sell it... They gave me three sachets, which I appreciate 🙏 I still hope they'll sell it in the future! The hotel was also very clean. I arrived late on the first day, and the staff were almost off duty. They showered and bathed in the hot springs just like us, which made me feel very at ease. The private hot tub on the second day was also very clean, and the fee was reasonable.
The hotel food was also good, except for the breakfast. There were plenty of choices for dinner and lunch, which was convenient if you didn't want to order takeout. As for the hot springs, they are the best in Shanghai recently, no doubt about it. I highly recommend visiting, and I'll be a frequent guest myself.
Downsides: Breakfast was terrible. I would have preferred a bowl of wontons or small wontons. Also, the air conditioning in the hallway on the sixth floor was a bit too cold; it was a little chilly when wearing a bathrobe.
XXiaohuadidiThe hotel environment is great, and the rooms have just been renovated but there's no unpleasant smell. The service is excellent! I'd especially like to thank Tingting at the front desk, Wang Zhi from housekeeping for the beautiful flowers, Xiaoyun at the kids' club for helping me find my baby's water bottle, and Wu Dan for the generous fruit delivery. Overall, the service was fantastic! [smiley faces] It's also very suitable for children, as they can feed koi, bunnies, black swans, and ducklings. The children's play facilities are also abundant.
