Overall speaking, this hotel is value for money if choosing to stay in Onna Village. The ocean view is spectacular. We enjoyed it so much especially on the last day of our trip. We eventually had the blue sky and white clouds. The room is very spacious with a nice balcony! That's most precious for our holiday.
Since it was early Nov, the outdoor pool was closed. We used the indoor pool which comes with a outdoor jacuzzi. That's so lovely. Regrettably, the indoor pool was not available to use until after 9:00am in the morning, that was so inconvenient for hotel guests. We normally can't swim after having a nice breakfast.
There is an airport limousine at the main entrance of the hotel, that is very convenient for us because the hotel is located on the hill slope. We did not drive. So, we chose to book the limousine bus at the hotel concierge to save us time and energy to walk downhill to take the city bus after we checked out.
Although it cost 5000 yens for the BBQ dinner, the variety of food is good. So, we were quite happy with the money spent on it. The breakfast buffet also provided a good selection of food especially a good selection of cooked food with local veggies as ingredients. It was worth spending HK$140 for each of us.

Personalized front desk service from welcoming staff, welcome drinks available, buffet breakfast for a fee, rooftop pool access for a fee in the evening. Pool access is available for free during the day. We had drinks and appetizers in their rooftop restaurant, excellent service and good views even during a rainy evening. A bit on the pricey side due to the excellent views, I suppose, applies to the paid evening pool access as well. Availability of onsen is a plus. Pajamas are not comfy due to type of material. Near Naminoue shrine and bridge.
I took bus 143 from Naha Bus Terminal to the American Village (it was the last stop for this bus, not sure where the actual last stop is) and walked for about 10 minutes to reach the hotel. Since it was before check-in time, I waited in the lobby, where complimentary drinks and cookies were available. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and helped us store our luggage first; the service was excellent. After checking in, we were given an upgraded room, much larger than what we had booked, which was fantastic! American Village at night is beautiful and definitely worth staying for a night.

Let's start with the pros:
1. **Excellent Location:** Just a three-minute walk to Kokusai Dori, a vibrant street packed with dining, entertainment, and shopping.
2. **Breakfast:** While not fancy, the variety of dishes is quite good, and some items change daily.
3. **Complimentary Ramen:** The restaurant offers free ramen from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM, which is a really thoughtful touch.
4. **All-Day Free Drinks & Ice Cream:** After breakfast hours, they provide complimentary drinks and three flavors of ice cream all day long – a big hit with both parents and kids!
5. **Kids' Activities:** From 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM daily, there are free games, crafts, and other activities, perfect for families with children.
6. **Free Pool & Hot Spring:** You don't even need to leave the hotel to have a great time, thanks to the free swimming pool and hot spring.
Now for the cons:
1. **Limited Elevators:** With only two elevators, waiting times can be quite long, especially during breakfast hours.
2. **Noisy Public Areas:** Since many families stay here with children, the public areas are constantly bustling and lively.
3. **Self-Service Dining:** After finishing your meal in the restaurant, you have to clear your own dishes and return them to a designated area, and even wipe down the table.
4. **Small Rooms:** The rooms are quite compact; it's hard to move around once you've opened two suitcases.
Overall, the good far outweighs the bad. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with children.
Awesome resort with all the amenities. Was expecting dedicated kids play room but it was not available. But the beach pool, area was enough to keep the toddler occupied . View from the room was stunning . Location of the hotel is very remote . With own vehicle it will be very convenient to stay in this resort .
Friendly staff. Good location in about the middle of the island with free parking. Clean and spacious with many plugs. Family mart down stairs.
Negatives are: gecko in the room, no bottled water, pillow with very little stuffing makes you feel like sleeping without a pillow. Cleaning is every 3 days and only if you put a sign up for it. Bathroom is typically small as Japanese standard, which is a loss because they could've made the room larger by merging the ”changing” room with the bathroom.
The reason to go to this hotel is because it is extremely convenient and has a great view. We came here last year, but it was cheaper last year. We were surprised to learn that the car parking is now something you have to pay, which wasn't the case last year. Seems like a very cheap decision on their part considering the hotel is already pretty expensive. Also be prepared, the room will not be the newest or cleanest. It had a bit of mold on the wall around the AC unit, and the walls needed to be repainted and fixed on some parts.

Probably the best hotel in the walking street area. The property feels luxurious and well-designed, with paid parking available. In the room, complimentary drinks were provided, including bottled water, Okinawan beer, and tea, which was a nice touch.
What I loved the most was the bathroom design—it featured a modern standing shower instead of just a bathtub, which I personally preferred. The room itself was spacious, stylish, and very comfortable.
(View from the room)
The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the walking street. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety and great quality. Another highlight was the soundproofing—the room was completely quiet, and I had the best sleep.
Overall, a truly impressive stay and highly recommended.
It’s a little tired. Wanted high floor tick, no- smoking room - hotel has no smoking policy but every time I walked into room it smelt of smoke. I had to open the balcony door which was a bonus and could sit outside. Like the Bluetooth speaker so cool. Bed was huge but two beds pushed together. Plenty of amenities and two breakfast restaurants but had to get up at 7am for the Japanese one (when it opened ) to get a table there. Felt it was probably a priority for locals as limited to 100 guests! Interesting western breakfast in other restaurant of burgers/ doughnuts / curry/ spam and egg rolls etc- v American. Great beverage variety there. Parking for stay $1k yen is good.

The hotel offers reasonable prices, comfortable rooms, and a great location close to the monorail and bus stops, making it very convenient for getting around. The on-site restaurant and swimming pool are excellent amenities. I would definitely recommend it.

MM272330****Pros:
1. The hotel is close to the Cape Manza scenic spot, with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
2. The hotel offers a wide range of water activities, including but not limited to banana boats, jet skis, an inflatable water park, glass-bottom boats, and sunset cruises. If you're not planning on visiting the outer islands, you could easily spend a whole afternoon here.
Cons:
1. The hotel is a bit old. The lobby has no air conditioning 🥵, and the room decor and furnishings feel dated. The shower pressure in the bathroom 🚿 isn't great either.
2. The outdoor pool closes at 6 PM, and the beach only stays open until 5 PM. I won't even mention other times, but Okinawa right now is scorching hot and sunny. The only time you can really enjoy the pool or ocean without getting baked is closer to sunset (unless you don't mind the sun, then never mind what I said). But then you only get to play for a short while before you have to leave!! 😅
AAnonymous User1. The location is indeed very convenient, and it's one of the few hotels in Okinawa with a somewhat stylish decor. But besides that, it's absolutely useless; purely paid for deceiving photos.
2. The hygiene is really poor; there's dust everywhere, and the bed sheets are yellowed...
3. What I'm most dissatisfied with is the soundproofing: the mini-fridge in the room is incredibly noisy, and the corner room I booked was assigned to the lowest floor, which was terribly loud with constant thumping and banging sounds every day. Even with earplugs, it was still very noisy!
4. No drinking water was provided; who wants to go to the hallway to get water? Do they think this is a university dorm? When returning to the hotel at night, the staff standing at the entrance completely ignored guests coming in, hah...
__WeChat28936****I used to stay near Cape Manza whenever I visited Okinawa, but this time I wanted to try a different beach, so I booked the Moon Beach Hotel. Although the hotel is a bit old, it's very well-maintained and quite nice. The room was surprisingly spacious. I didn't book a sea-view room, but if you have the option, definitely go for it – it's absolutely worth it!
For breakfast, there are two choices: a Japanese set meal or a more standard Western-style buffet. The room key is quite unique; it's shaped like a seahorse. On the ground floor, there's a shop selling beachwear, which is a good option if you haven't brought any.
Eating out near the hotel is very convenient, with plenty of options. There are also many diving schools and car rental places nearby. Some diving schools even offer Chinese-speaking services, so it's worth checking out if you're interested.
I'll definitely be back next year! 🤩🥳
LLiulangjinxingHoshinoya's service was first-rate. I highly recommend the horseback riding, which was a unique experience. The infinity pool is beautiful, and there are plenty of snorkeling spots nearby. The kids had a blast, and the service was excellent. The restaurant was plentiful, and the surroundings were beautiful. The only downside was the Wi-Fi wasn't working, and they couldn't fix it. The hotel immediately offered to change rooms, but I didn't consider it due to my heavy luggage. Even if I did, the cost of cleaning wouldn't be cheap. They suggest better equipment management, and Ctrip did everything they could to accommodate. Thank you so much! This was the only time I wanted to give a negative review, but I changed my mind because of the excellent service at Hoshinoya. I maintain my high rating and recommend it!

GGuest UserSince 2015, we have visited this hotel numerous times and always enjoyed its wide array of amenities. The hotel features a game room, public bath, spa, and sauna, ensuring guests have plenty of ways to relax and unwind. Additionally, it offers a diverse menu of activities, including unique marine sports, making it perfect for those seeking adventure. Situated within the Okinawa National Beach Park, the hotel provides easy access to the beach, allowing guests to step out and enjoy the beautiful coastline.
The hotel also houses three stores, offering convenient shopping options at any time. We especially appreciated receiving free coupons when room service wasn’t required. Breakfast at the hotel is truly exceptional, with a variety of choices available. We particularly enjoyed the sushi bowls served on two mornings during our stay. The dining area is thoughtfully designed, with both indoor and outdoor seating that ensures privacy between tables. Dining while gazing at the stunning sea view was a delightful experience.
However, one issue marred our otherwise pleasant stay. On the night of our arrival, two family members used the public bath and were informed that the fee was 300 yen per person. Yet, upon checkout, we discovered we had been charged 1800 yen for their visit. Despite asking the receptionist twice for clarification, she insisted this was the correct charge for two people. My family members noted that other guests had paid 300 yen in cash before entering the bath, but since they didn’t have cash on hand, the fee was billed to our room. This discrepancy felt unfair and left us disappointed.
Overall, despite this billing issue, we greatly enjoyed our time at Rizza Sea Park Hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

MM366931****Excellent! I booked breakfast and felt there was a great variety of dishes.
The sea view room offered a unique experience.
The gentleman at the front desk was a foreign white man, very polite and handsome.
The hotel's interior environment is quite good, and there's a bathtub for soaking.
The hotel beach is also very nice, with an exclusive private area.
EE3927****A truly excellent stay. The front desk had a very helpful staff member from Taiwan. The breakfast restaurant was superb, offering outstanding food and a wonderful dining experience. The swimming pools were also excellent, featuring both a saltwater pool and a regular pool, making them perfect for kids. We also enjoyed beautiful sunset views. There are several good restaurants nearby, which are ideal for families with kids. The hotel's location is very convenient, perfectly situated between Naha, the northern ocean park, and Dino.
AAnonymous UserLocation: Excellent! Just 400 meters from the Naha Kūkō Station west exit. There's a FamilyMart convenience store right downstairs, and the amazing SAN-A mall is next door. Okinawa DFS is also directly behind the hotel.
Facilities: On the first floor, there's a free coffee machine and free manga for rent.
Downside: There's no smoking area either at the hotel entrance or inside the hotel itself. The designated smoking area is located in the hotel's parking lot.
