3-Star Hotels in Alagoas, Brazil

Ótimo hotel, bem localizado, limpeza impecável, quartos excelentes e café da manhã muito bom também.

The hotel was very clean, but there were a few things that made it from good to average . 2 things stuck out,1st was the sensor to turn on and off the ac was hanging in a weird location, so at first it took me a few minutes to turn on and off the ac.it was annoying. The second was a very thin door between my room and the room next to mine, I could here the neighbors very clearly, which wasn't there fault, just a thin door. Every thing else was great, customer service, breakfast, location, and great value.

The only detail that can improve is the lighting of the pia, because the yellow light is bad for those who need to make makeup and put contact lenses (for people who use high degrees of yellow light harms the placing of them). If you put white light only on that site, it helps people who need these functions very much.

Hotel with large divisions, but with a service that is far below a four-star. One of the air conditioned was particularly noisy and the clothes is a typical open structure of a hostel. As regards the service, it was necessary to ask three times in different days at the reception to have a drink in the room, because of the first two times they said they would take and never took. The next day they provided one the cleaning staff took! Speaking on cleaning, one day they did not clean, and had to ask for it, and another day they cleaned, but left no bath towels. Too many failures for a alleged four stars in 5 nights of stay. At breakfast, not all dishes/food are identified, which makes a tourist who doesn't know the local gastronomy know what is available. Nordestine sympathy is welcome, but does not replace training and organization.

Excellent hotel, well located, functional but contemporary concept. Good service and clean rooms.

Then the quality of the establishment as the attention of all the staff very good breakfast excellent reception and all the staff very careful are of congratulations . The only thing I do is we know that the development is not for and the acceptance for electric car is growing every day that passes would be good the hotel coordinators think to do is improved putting points for load on cars in the garage is simply a take of 10 or 20A. But the staff got a point for loading my car thanks to everyone.

Pousada com boas condições. Um pouco afastada da praia . Funcionários atenciosos. Café da manhã bem sortido. Ótimo custo benefício. Voltaria outras vezes.

Good é ouvi to stay

The package contained wifi and the total stay was two days without it, needing for home office work, and constantly lying with that in a short time was repaired... a fiasco !!!

The hotel is a wonderful location. The staff are so tasteful. The breakfast is simple but good. The beds are comfortable.
