I enjoyed the experience as a whole and will be returning for a third time to stay there. The service provided by most of the receptionists, maids and other staff was excellent. The apartments were in good condition and clean, but the TV had a limited number of channels.

Good place, facing the beach, well located, but the room was not clean enough

I enjoyed my stay but I had to change rooms because I had asked for a double bed and they put me in a room with single beds. There was also a door in the room (locked) that gave access to another room where you could hear everything other guests were talking about. There were no towels in the room and the shower wasn't getting hot. Breakfast is nice and the receptionist asks for it.

Clean and spacious room, I loved having a drink at the pool facing the sea, large bathroom, good shower, beds need to be improved, good wifi most of the time, very welcoming staff, very tasty breakfast, good location. Excellent choice for the price. Good value for money. There is not much noise from the street (at least in my room which was not facing the street). Good air conditioning.

The hotel accommodation is simple, there are swimming pools and jacuzzis, but I am useless, the jacuzzi needs to be booked (20 minutes per room), the location is good, close to Passarela do Álcool-you can walk, more reserved, the noise is not disturbing. Need to pay attention to maintenance (stainless steel bathroom, closet in the room) but everything is normal and clean. In general, this is a good hotel, simple but efficient, with good service. It was a pleasure and achieved my goal, which is to get to know the center of Porto Seguro. I only stayed in this place for one night.

Wonderful, although it's a little far from the center, so walking back and forth is a bit tiring. But other than that, everything is wonderful.

O hotel parou no tempo, estive lá alguns anos atrás e fiquei num quarto muito bom, ótima cama,arejado,dessa vez foi um pouco frustrante,o quarto q fiquei deixou a desejar, os móveis q eles chamam de guarda roupa ou coisa parecida, estão c cheiro de madeira velha, a mesa, cadeiras e o cômodo próximo a cama tbm estão pedindo por atualização, o ar condicionado ainda eh de parede , um barulho insuportável e o cheiro não tava muito bom.... Como ponto positivo nos quartos espelhos grandes e o banheiro não tinha problemas, embora a área de banho seja pequena......e minha namorada ficou feliz c a qualidade da coberta..... O frigobar tbm já merece ser trocado,mas funciona... A piscina e área da piscina estão abandonados, preferi e da uma volta na praia, a decepção pq qria ficar relaxando na piscina do hotel, mas sem condições, vc não sente a menor vontade de ficar na área da piscina.... O café da manhã eh apenas aceitável......

The hotel building is very well located, has a beautiful view and excellent service, but the impression I had is that maintenance is lacking (the lifts rage when moving, there is something like a air-conditioning generator or central that makes a lot of noise on the 14th floor, repairs were made on walls and ceiling with race mass and had no finish ...). Some problems seem to be design (the interior corridor in the apartments is narrow - type 80cm, has a bathroom in the bathroom, in the shower place that is closed with a curtain.
