3-Star Hotels in Para, Brazil

I arrived at the hotel to check in. However, there was already someone else in the room where I was going to stay, so I spent 30 minutes at the reception waiting for a solution. After 30 minutes they put me in a different room to the one I had booked. And my special request was not met. I do not recommend this hotel, the Andrade docas chain.

This was our first time in an Andrade hotel. We were there only for two nights, arriving early, leaving with a late-checkout. For the location, I would say the the hotel is not on walking distance of most of the tourist attractions. I can be mistaken, but the only site of interest nearby is the botanical garden Bosquear Rodrgues Alves. As for the clealiness, the room was clean, however the bathroom was not, although they cleaned twice during our short stay. The tap and the sink were still dirty. We enjoyed the breakfast. There are enough items available to put together a healthy breakfast. If their availability allows it, the hotel offers the possibility of a late checkout at 16u pm instead of 12u for 100 reais. I loved the hotel, good location, what I didn't think was cool was that when I called to make the reservation they said they only had a double room with a single bed. Well, when checking in it was the same answer. When we went to the hotel room, the door lock didn't even open and we were allocated another room, the last one having a double bed. How come it had a double bed and it never appeared in the reservation. Everything else was great, breakfast tomorrow with a lot of variety, everything worked perfectly.

A localização do hotel é ótima, o café da manhã é bom, no entanto o quarto que fiquei precisa de manutenção. Estava com vazamento na pia que fica fora do banheiro e vazamento dentro do banheiro, fazendo com que o chão ficasse molhado o tempo todo.

Minha experiência durante a hospedagem poderia ter sido melhor. O sanitário precisa de melhorias, assim como o café da manhã, que achei com poucas opções e precisa ser mais completo. Também gostaria de destacar que o atendimento e a cordialidade na recepção deixaram a desejar. Espero que essas observações sejam consideradas para melhorar a experiência dos próximos hóspedes.

Second time I go to Atrium and really is excellent, quality service and very beautiful and quiet place, the night place is sensational! The only thing that doesn't worth the price is food, which was the time I wanted to give a second chance for a restaurant (we were disappointed for the first time) but the fish was out of the point again. Moreover, it seems that green smell is considered as vegetables and not as temperament ... The smell was well made, but, full of green smell, changed the taste of food. But it was all right!

Great hotel. Excellent location, staff very attentive to customers. Great breakfast. I'll come back again. It's worth it!

Very good hotel, very close to the airport

The hotel is very good, perfect location, a large and well-organised room. I stayed for two days, I stayed hosted to take a course. When I arrived at the hotel I could always study a little more, because the table and the chair that the room has are excellent, and I liked the minibar that the room has. One point of attention was the air conditioner that seemed old because it was making a lot of noise.
