The service here is excellent, and the staff are incredibly warm and attentive. Although some rooms are a bit small, they promptly helped us switch to a larger, more comfortable room after we spoke with customer service. When we mentioned the shower water temperature wasn't quite right, they immediately adjusted it for us and even proactively arranged an additional room, showing great efficiency in problem-solving. Given the price, the facilities are practical rather than luxurious, but the rooms are clean and tidy, making for a very pleasant stay overall. Any issues we had were resolved quickly, and the hotel's location is fantastic for easy travel. I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend it!

The room was spacious and bright, cozy and comfortable. As a sea-view room, opening the window to see the ocean was absolutely delightful. The living environment was clean and quiet, offering great value for money. Parking was convenient, and the customer service was excellent.

I highly recommend the Heng Hui Hyatt Hotel (Shijiazhuang Railway Station Branch)! The hotel facilities are relatively new, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. The location is a major advantage, adjacent to the West Square of the railway station, within walking distance, which is incredibly convenient for travelers catching trains or arriving at the station. Nearby are shopping malls like Beiguo Future City and a variety of restaurants, making shopping and dining convenient without having to travel far. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in was efficient. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shijiazhuang!

This hotel is truly thoughtful! The location is great, making transportation super convenient for getting around. They offer free coffee, which is a nice treat, and even provide complimentary clam digging tools so you don't have to lug your own equipment – you can just head straight to the beach. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is excellent. It offers fantastic value for money, making it my top choice for a beach vacation!

The hotel was pretty clean, quiet and the room has very good smell, the tv has good programs, I highly recommend this hotel to whoever wants to visit Shijiazhuang

By the way, I am very satisfied with the check-in experience. The lobby is large and the environment is very good, especially the front desk service is super super super good!!!! YoYO check-in is fast, the room is fully equipped, and the bed is very comfortable, which is very good!

Nice hotel...Very nice location, just in between the railway station and Tienyi mall, which is at 5 minutes walking distance. Their breakfast is not served in the hotel but outside on a public square and it is way below the average. It looks more like lunch, it is too greasy and unhealthy. They should exclude this unealthy breakfast from their price, i.e. decrease the price for 15 rmb, and make it optional. Whoever wants can pay these 15rmb and eat that garbage.

Hotel location is very good to find, the high speed is there, parking is convenient, and there are charging piles. There are supermarkets around, shopping is very convenient. The hotel is newly renovated and very high-grade. There is also a gym, you can exercise your body. In the morning, there are early, porridge, soy milk, eggs, corn, and pies that are freshly made in the pot, which is very in line with my taste. The service is also super warm, praise.

This was my first time in Tangshan, and I stayed at the Tangshan Hotel. The staff were polite, warm, and friendly. I was also satisfied with the room; it was cozy and warm, and I slept very comfortably. It's conveniently located near a department store and Wanda Plaza.

Our overall experience was incredibly comfortable. The hotel is super close to the beach, which was really convenient. The cleanliness was spot on, and the bedding was so comfy. Listening to the sound of the waves, we slept wonderfully. The room was meticulously clean and very pleasant to stay in; our experience was top-notch. The service was excellent too!
