An older hotel, but the facilities are still complete and the room was pretty clean. You can't expect too much from an old hotel. It's best to take a Didi (ride-hailing service) from the station; don't just jump into a shared ride, you might get ripped off. It's just outside the city wall, and I personally think staying here is more comfortable than inside the wall. Among the performances, only the iron flower show is worth seeing, but you absolutely need to get there early to secure a good spot, otherwise, you won't be able to watch. The commercial streets are all pretty much the same!

The room was incredibly spacious and exceptionally bright. The breakfast spread was generous and absolutely delicious. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They even had a robot deliver breakfast vouchers and disposable cups to our room promptly. Even the housekeeping staff were attentive, proactively asking if we needed our room serviced. Complimentary parking was a huge plus. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Vienna Hotel will definitely be my top choice for future stays.

The environment is beautiful, a true feast for the eyes and a perfect place to relax. It's wonderful for some alone time. There's a pool on the third floor where you can swim while enjoying the lush green mountains and trees, as well as the stars in the sky. Outside the courtyard, you can barbecue and fish. Downstairs, there's a mahjong room and a cozy reading nook. I stayed for two days and didn't encounter any mosquitoes. The room was clean, and the bathroom had a wet/dry separation. Looking out the window at the vibrant green trees instantly lifted my mood. You can even see the sky through the roof! There's a bar area where you can enjoy afternoon tea. The noodles made by the owner were delicious, and the afternoon tea was great too. The cleaning lady was very friendly; she even offered to take me on her e-bike to explore the nearby scenic spots if I visit again. When I checked in, it was raining, and the owner drove me to the station. My first impression of Chengde was fantastic, and I'm already looking forward to my next relaxing trip here.

The hotel boasts a beautiful environment and fresh air, and both the facilities and cleanliness are impeccable. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious. Overall, the service was satisfactory. However, I have to complain about a front desk staff member who answered the phone between 7 and 10 PM on the 31st. The first time I reported the washing machine wasn't working, she actually told me it was leaking and advised me not to use it. I ended up fixing and using it myself. The second time I called about the shower water not getting hot, her response was even more ridiculous: she told me to just keep running the water until it got hot. I wasted nearly half an hour, and the water never got warm. In the end, a housekeeping staff member came and simply inserted the gas card, which solved the problem. What's worse is her terrible attitude; she was argumentative and refused to admit her incompetence in handling issues, acting as if she knew everything. She definitely deserves a bad review! On another note, the hotel is very close to Jinshanling Great Wall, which is absolutely worth a visit!

I expected the special offer room to be run-down, but it far exceeded my expectations. While the facilities are a bit dated, the hygiene was exceptionally good. The sheets and duvet covers were clean and odorless. The hotel opens right onto the beach, making it perfect for morning and evening strolls along the boardwalk.

The Xiong'an Luyating Hotel (Rongcheng Aowei Road Branch, Xiong'an New Area) is fully equipped, and the robot food delivery is adorable! The hotel is clean and tidy, and the service is warm, attentive, and thoughtful! The front desk even provides fruit, tea, and bottled water! The hotel is conveniently located opposite the county government, and right next to Huiyou Shopping Plaza, making dining and shopping incredibly easy! Parking is available in both the front and back yards, which was fantastic for us driving! The hotel breakfast was especially delicious, with a wide variety of hot and cold dishes, eggs, sausages, porridge, milk, and more – it was wonderful! 😄 I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xiong'an!

Convenient Location: The hotel is right by a subway entrance, within walking distance to Wanda Plaza, and surrounded by a wide variety of dining options. Attentive Service: The front desk staff were warm and professional, handled check-in quickly, and proactively offered travel advice. Room service was also very responsive. Excellent Facilities: The room was clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding and good soundproofing. The bathroom was equipped with high-end toiletries and the shower had strong water pressure. Outstanding Dining: The breakfast offered a rich selection of both Chinese and Western dishes, including a live noodle station and local specialty snacks. Added Perks: Complimentary welcome fruit and late check-out service exceeded my expectations. The only downsides were the long wait times for elevators during peak hours and the less-than-ideal view from the room window. Overall, great value for money. I would recommend it to friends and consider staying again!

Facilities: The room facilities are very new and well-designed. The underground parking is convenient, with easy entry and exit. Cleanliness: The housekeeping staff are very diligent and friendly, cleaning promptly. Environment: The overall design of the hotel is very thoughtful. Service: The front desk staff are kind and answer all questions, even proactively introducing hotel facilities and services. A fruit plate is provided daily. This is my second stay, and I'm still very satisfied.

Facilities: The room is big enough, a luxurious room from 15 years ago, with old and outdated facilities. Service: The service is OK Hygiene: Average, the noodles are OK What needs to be complained is still the breakfast. Although it is included, there is nothing left when I went there at 8 o'clock. There are only a few pickles and two cold dishes, which are also the bottom, and there is no staple food. After everyone's strong reaction, some quick-frozen bean buns came up, which were all cold and not heated through, and they had to be snatched. And there were no basic eggs, at least one per person, and the waiter said we didn't have eggs. The restaurant waiter said that there were too many people and the food couldn't be cooked, but how many people stayed every day and the front desk didn't communicate, don't they know how many people eat? Free bathing is not bad!

Coming to Beidaihe during the off-season is truly worth it! This hotel offers fantastic value for money; the price is significantly lower than peak season, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The best part is how few people there are, making it really quiet and peaceful. You can stroll along the beach without any crowds, which made for a superb experience.
