The hotel has a refined ambiance, and the surrounding area offers a complete range of amenities for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-soundproofed, which my child loved. The staff were all very friendly and even thoughtfully provided us with a local guide. Our stay was comfortable and hassle-free, making our whole family very happy. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

The hotel was pretty clean, quiet and the room has very good smell, the tv has good programs, I highly recommend this hotel to whoever wants to visit Shijiazhuang

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; they even told me about local attractions and restaurants when I arrived, which was very thoughtful. The location is absolutely fantastic, really close to all the sights. My room was spotless and very comfortable. I felt completely at ease during my stay. This hotel definitely deserves a full five-star rating, and I'll be staying here again on my next visit.

It's a low price hote. The reason for it:l It's an old hotel with old interior. Doors of the closet were missing. Thought we have a nice view from 12th floor but through these absolut dirty windows we saw only grey. In the bathroom is mold in the shower. In the hotel are also rooms for companies beside the guests rooms. 6 o'clock in the morning there is noise and the people from the companies are smoking in the hallway. Then the smoke drifts through the door. Disgusting. One good thing: The ladys at the reception are super friendly. 这是一家低价酒店。原因如下： 这是一家老旧的酒店，内部装修也很陈旧。衣柜门都掉了。我们原本以为从12楼能看到不错的景色，但透过脏兮兮的窗户，看到的只有一片灰蒙蒙的。 浴室的淋浴间里有霉菌。 酒店除了客房外，还设有供公司使用的房间。早上6点，走廊里就传来噪音，公司员工在抽烟。然后烟雾飘进房间。真恶心。 唯一值得称赞的是：前台的女士们非常友好。

The service was incredibly warm and attentive, the rooms were spotless, and the breakfast offered a great variety – every aspect of the hotel was truly satisfying! From check-in to check-out, the service team maintained a high standard of professionalism and enthusiasm. The room was spacious and comfortable, and while the facilities were a bit dated, it didn't detract from the overall excellent experience.

Nice hotel...Very nice location, just in between the railway station and Tienyi mall, which is at 5 minutes walking distance. Their breakfast is not served in the hotel but outside on a public square and it is way below the average. It looks more like lunch, it is too greasy and unhealthy. They should exclude this unealthy breakfast from their price, i.e. decrease the price for 15 rmb, and make it optional. Whoever wants can pay these 15rmb and eat that garbage.

The hotel is directly opposite the Bifengmen parking lot, and it's about a 20-minute walk to Lizheng Gate of the Mountain Resort. The quad room with bunk beds was very family-friendly for our family with two children. While the hotel's facilities are fairly basic, I must particularly praise their excellent 9.9 Mountain Resort day tour and the front desk staff. First, regarding the Mountain Resort day tour: it lasted a full 5 hours, and our guide, Xiao Qi, didn't waste a single minute. He provided thorough explanations, meticulously planned our route, and there were absolutely no sales pitches or additional charges. For such an honest and dedicated guide, the hotel deserves a huge commendation! And then there's the front desk staff – every single person was beaming with smiles. They offered detailed information, provided attentive service, and went above and beyond to assist with any request. They even helped us cut a watermelon we bought, booked tickets for a show, and thoughtfully provided cushions for us as we were heading out. Truly heartwarming service! Hidden gem: Just down the stairs next to the hotel is the Temple of Confucius. Plus, there's a highly popular lamb soup spot nearby, serving delicious *shaobing* (sesame flatbreads)!

The bed was so comfortable that I rested so well. Breakfast was good. The location was good for the trip to buy things.

The room had a swing, which my child loved. The room was very clean. It was also very convenient to get to the beach, and there were many restaurants just outside the hotel. I would definitely come back with my child in the future.
