This is the nicest boutique hotel I have stayed in China. The staff are very friendly and hospitable, serves me tea the moment I step into hotel. Manager Xiao Luan upgraded me to the sixth floor from fourth floor of hotel which offers a much better view of the sea beneath without added charge. Also explains very carefully how the gadgets in the ultra modern room works. Can watch TV and movies on screen operated remotely. Same with curtains which can be drawn by remote. Big plus is that toilet seat is heated. Room is also warmed by air conditioning which is a bonus, since the day I checked in is quite cold. From the room window, can get panoramic view of the sea beneath. Makes tea drinking by the window a pleasure. Breakfast is delicious and there is free flow of porridge and noodle soup which is cooked with oysters and other seafood. Also plus is that there is lift landing at every level, so no need to climb stairs to reach room. At the roof on the Ninth floor, can take beautiful pics of the bay below.

Service: I never write reviews, but I really want to praise this treasure homestay. The owner is very nice. He picked us up even though we arrived very late. He also sent us a guide after booking a hotel. He also gave us souvenirs when we left and helped us deliver our luggage to the restaurant where we had dinner. It was so warm. Thank you very much. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! First, the staff upgraded my room for free. Second, the bathroom is spacious with separate shower facilities, toilet and wash basin. They even have a heater in the shower compartment to keep you from the cold when showering! The room is clean and quiet. You can ask for more water for free if required and there’s a bakery stall beside the hotel which sells bakery and coffee combo at a really cheap price for those who stay in this hotel. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I stayed here once 3 years ago and I thought it was the most cost-effective hotel in Yanping. But now it’s really no longer possible. If the faucet is broken, it will not be repaired, and if the wall is damaged, it will not be maintained. I communicated with the hotel where I checked in at 4 o'clock in the morning to extend the check-out time without affecting the check-in of other guests. The hotel refused straight away and called me at 11 o'clock in the morning, which was super frustrating. Of course, we have something to say, the breakfast is quite good, the lady who makes breakfast is also very nice, and the security uncle at the front desk is also a good person!

It was a great accommodation experience. Because we avoided holidays, it felt like ”only serving our family”. The restaurant does not provide catering, but the two lunches were either food stalls ordered by the proprietress or home-cooked dishes made by the blind date, and the prices were reasonable. For breakfast, they specially asked us for time to prepare sweet potato porridge. In the end, if we left something behind, we even helped mail it back. It's pet friendly. We have an injured puppy at home and the lady boss is very nice to her. We booked a room on the 4th floor with a terrace and tatami mats. It was very new and clean, and my parents were full of praises. To be honest, our family travels around Fujian. Basically, we stay in many sea view B&Bs every year. Most of the B&B owners are very enthusiastic. If we compare the rooms, this one is also quite outstanding❤️

In the mountains, the suite is large in size, and it is very clean. It is very loose for five people to sit. The New Year's Eve restaurant helped to deliver it to the room. The dishes were very fresh, the taste was very good, and the price was very affordable. The family was on the floor heating, watching the Spring Festival Gala warmly, eating the New Year's Eve dinner, very happy, very good hotel!

It was a spontaneous trip, the kind that I would stay in any hotel available. I didn't expect to be so lucky. The hotel also had a room facing the sea for me. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows allowed me to see the beautiful night view at night. In the morning, I accidentally encountered a group of cute seagulls while sitting on the tatami. Although it was cloudy and I didn't see the sunrise, I still felt that the scenery was so good. It was worth the trip. I will come again next time and stay at the Xiying B&B. Oh, the breakfast at the B&B is also great 👍 It is the taste that my husband and I like. I look forward to seeing the sunrise and sunset next time 🌄

I would like to give you some suggestions: There are many smart devices in the room, but it would be better if there are more obvious prompts for smart voice wake-up. After all, no one may listen to the smart voice instructions when you first open the door. Some older people may not be able to master it. When I turned on the TV, I didn't turn it on for a long time. Later, I found it from the smart controller. Overall, it is a very good hotel with high value for money.
