A fantastic stay! Highly recommend. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation nearby. The service was attentive, and the staff were warm and thoughtful, providing meticulous service from check-in to check-out. The front desk was very responsive and efficient in handling issues. The environment was comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. The common areas were elegant, and the lounge areas were comfortable.

Staff were helpful despite the language barrier, they were very kind when i used translate app to communicate. There was an unpleasent smell coming out of the toilet With the free airport service it only took 10 minutes to get to the airport. Also there was a convenience store right next to the hotel which is useful. Note: Make sure you bring a Chinese travel adapter for your chargers, the room had one but it was 80 yuan.

Accommodation near the train station, the price is quite high, the infrastructure is a bit old, according to your own requirements, the pursuit of cost performance can be considered, the pursuit of comfort can be looked at again.

As a hotel I would give it approximately between four and 4.3 stars out of five. It's not a fancy hotel but the service especially of the front desk is very good. They are very helpful and friendly. In fact they helped me with photocopying some important documents and it's not their job and they didn't charge me any money for it. The cleaning staff is very thorough and they work very hard but they can be a little loud sometimes talking to each other in the hallway. But as soon as I mentioned it to the front desk they took care of it right away. So I really appreciate that. Also, the first room they gave me didn't smell very good. It was a little musky possibly because of guests who are smokers. As soon as I mentioned it to the front desk they gave me another room which was much better. Very clean, very comfortable, the bed was very comfortable and the bedding was Very warm. Also the heating system works very well. It keeps the room nice and warm in the winter. I would like to mention that the hot water shower faucet is extremely good. There's always hot water 24 hours a day to have a nice comfortable shower. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were very helpful and patient given my limited ability to speak Chinese. The room was old and fairly worn but the sheets and towels were clean, airconditioning worked and no bad smell in the room. I originally booked 3 nights but extended my stay for another 3, so overall it was good value for money, given the low price.

The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to restaurants and transportation nearby. The room was clean and cozy. The kitchenette area was equipped with a washing machine and a small refrigerator, easily meeting all your daily needs. Thoughtful details were provided. I have to give a big thumbs up to the host! I originally planned to check out at 12:00 PM, but I overslept. When the host called to wake me up, I didn't complain. He proactively offered to extend my check-in time and responded to my questions immediately. The service was very thoughtful.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay in Luoyang and truly wished I could have stayed longer! On my first night, the host kindly invited me to a lovely barbecue with other guests. As a solo traveler and a foreigner not fluent in Chinese, I felt warmly welcomed, included, and genuinely cared for. The atmosphere was relaxed and heartwarming — it seems this hostel attracts kind, thoughtful people. Everything was spotless, and my bed was incredibly comfortable. I came to Xinxiang for classes. I found a cheap hotel on Ctrip and booked it. The room was clean and hygienic. The curtains were drawn and it was suitable for sleeping. I slept until I woke up naturally. The front desk lady was also very nice. She was very enthusiastic to solve any problems. Although the breakfast in the morning was simple, it was filling, which was good 🙂️

It's located about 1km away from the ancient town, still walkable but if you're feeling lazy, just grab a bike at the junction will do. Perhaps the only downside is that it's located inside a rather dark alley, especially when the night falls. Also, there's no lift in the building but the owner will help to carry if you have big luggage.
