Location: Super close to Chunxi road. It only takes 5 min walking from Chunxi station which is good to travel around.
Room: The room was not new but the floor was clean and overall there was no weird smell. Just one thing, their building air ventilation was quite noisy but it would be stopped at around 9pm so I found no problem with it.
Service: The staff was nice and friendly. They even let us to leave our luggage for a whole day while we left for Jiuzhaigou.
Food: There was a delicious local restaurant located near Exit E2 of the station and within walking distance to the hotel.

I am by myself and i booked the double room with a window which is more than enough space for one person. It’s a good accommodation for a short stay and really good location however, I wouldn’t recommend if you prefer bright rooms. Also, washrooms/toilet does not have a door and is only separated through curtain so that’s something of a consideration if you are sharing with someone else. Another downside for me is how the doors (mine and other doors on the floor) get slammed everytime they are closed and that my room also happened to be across and next to a bunch of kids checked in and they would run around and chat on the hallway past 11pm and i could hear them very well like my door is open.

I just randomly picked this hotel, thinking I'd just make do for one night, but the room really exceeded my expectations! The details were all quite good. The only downside is that it can be a bit noisy being on a street-facing room downstairs, so if you're sensitive to noise, you might want to bring earplugs. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu! The front desk lady's service was also fantastic.

Excellent location in the heart of the lively Shizhong district. Very well served by public transport. Easy and direct access to and from the train station. The Big Buddha site is a 40-minute walk away. Considering the price paid for the room and the three included meals, the overall value for money is more than worthwhile. The reception staff were very welcoming. My room on the 6th floor was spacious (large enough to have a bathtub!), clean, quite bright, with comfortable bedding. My room overlooked the central roundabout, yet the area was quiet. The bathroom was a good size and clean. A hairdryer and electric kettle were available in the room. Bottled water was provided daily. The in-room Wi-Fi was very good. There was a huge projection screen, but I didn't use it. The electrical outlets require an adapter to plug in European devices. The central air conditioning was efficient. A mirror in the room wluld have been a welcome addition but was missing, as a dedicated luggage storage area, like is common in many hotels in China, was needed to avoid having to leave luggage on the open floor for the entire stay. The breakfast restaurant is the hotel's biggest drawback. Located on the 8th floor, it offers a buffet breakfast from 7:00 to 9:00 AM, lunch from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM, and dinner from 5:30 to 7:00 PM. This place isn't a restaurant, but at best a market stall. It's noisy, too small, dirty, and in a state of disrepair. The quality of the buffet is mediocre. There are no drinks at breakfast except soy milk. This was my biggest disappointment, as I like to make meals a moment of peace and indulgence. The common areas are not cleaned. The carpet in the hallway outside my room wasn't brushed once in four days. It was filthy. The ashtrays in the hallways filled up with trash over the course of my four-day stay and were never emptied. The laundry area was completely uninviting. In short, the hotel felt very average and didn't match the photos plastered everywhere, making it my most disappointing accommodation experience during my month in China.

Traveling with a friend during the off-peak season was much better. The room was small and had a 'hui'-shaped layout (meaning it was a bit oddly shaped with a central courtyard or similar design), and honestly, it wasn't very soundproof. The style was a more vintage Chinese, but the front desk lady had a great service attitude, which was a definite plus.

The room was spotless and the hotel's location is fantastic. It's super convenient for getting around, really close to popular spots like Chunxi Road, Taikoo Li, Wuhou Temple, Wenshu Monastery, Kuanzhai Alley, People's Park, and Tianfu Square. Plus, it's only about 600-700 meters from the subway station, so you can walk to Lines 1 and 2 in about 10 minutes and get directly to all the attractions. Highly recommend this hotel! I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance. They also have a buffet breakfast on the 11th floor for only 10 yuan per person, which is a great deal.
Service: Very warm and welcoming!

The service at the receptions was generally very good. They help us with the ******* booking as our phone couldn't do it. My husband was feeling too good, so ordering some light meals is easier.
The location of the hotel is easy to locate varieties of food. We enjoyed that.
The room is big. The sofa area with the big TV is very comfortable. We enjoyed watching the TV and having some snacks and drinks too.
The fridge was big. I have not come across such a big fridge in a hotel room.
I love the washing machine. I was able to do some washings comfortably.
The only concern is the elevator. We have to press buttons for almost every lift. Once our lift stopped at various floor without people getting in our out. A bit distraught for us in the lift.
We are able to do various visits eadilt from here.

The room style is quite unique, though a little dark, which I'm not used to. The room is spacious and comfortable, not oppressive. The sheets are also quite soft, but there are not enough trash cans.

The hotel is great, with a good location in Jiangbei. Although there's no parking lot directly on-site, a staff member led us to a parking area. The only downsides were that the room was a bit small, and there were a lot of mosquitoes. Overall, it was pretty good.

Our stay for 3 nights were amazing! Lobby receptionist are very kind & helpful. Thank You!
The location is great very near the Monastery and the Alley. The staff are very accommodating and can speak English. The hotel itself is very homey the food is great breakfast is free and you have different food choices. The room i occupy is smart technology. It would be better if they have bidet in their toilet.
Clean hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is very strategic. Near and walking distance to and from Lidui Park station and giant pandas selfie statue. This hotel is located on 2nd floor of the building. It took us a while to find it. Tips: infront of Luckin Coffee. There is stairs on the side of the building.
This place completely exceeded our expectations. The room was incredibly clean and beautifully designed, with a very cozy atmosphere that made us feel relaxed the moment we stepped in. The bed was extremely comfortable we slept so well every night. The view was absolutely stunning. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery every morning was truly unforgettable and made the stay even more special. The service was outstanding. The staff were super friendly, warm, and genuinely caring. They took excellent care of us and were always happy to help. They kindly recommended many delicious local restaurants and shared great tips on beautiful places to visit around Rilong, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient, staff always bring us to wherever we want to go . Overall, this was an amazing stay, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place in Rilong Town. Highly recommended we would definitely stay here again!

Having traveled to many countries, this hotel is consistently high-quality. The service was very friendly, the decor was exquisite and clean, very stylish and beautiful, perfect for photos. The butler at the front desk was very friendly and attentive; when I wasn't feeling well, he helped me change to a better-ventilated room. The coffee shop was exceptionally good—surprisingly, the best coffee I've had in China. I hope they maintain this level of quality; I'll definitely stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly clean and spacious, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day of exploring. The service was outstanding—the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The location couldn’t be better! It’s super close to Chunxi Road and the train station, making it easy to get around the city with no hassle. Whether you’re in Chengdu for shopping, sightseeing, or just passing through, this hotel is in the perfect spot. I highly recommend staying here if you want convenience, comfort, and top-notch service!
Dear Xiao Tingting, Yang Yin, and Wu Mengyu.Thank you for your wonderful & excellent hospitality! We stayed from 5/11 to 6/11, and by the time we arrived at the hotel, it was already 1.00am on 6/11. We are a family of four with one-year-old twins, and after a long flight we were completely exhausted. Upon arrival, front office staff kindly assisted us with our huge luggage and two strollers. Their warm service immediately made us feel welcomed, and we truly appreciate their kindness. The check-in process was superb and very fast, and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a family room, which was spacious, wonderful, and beautifully designed with a panda theme. I absolutely loved it! The next morning, the front office staff again impressed us with their helpfulness. They assisted us with storing our luggage in the luggage room and provided various transportation options to the Panda Base. They even helped arrange a tricycle ride, and the driver was very attentive. All of this made us fall in love with the hotel’s service once more. Later, when we realized we had accidentally left our passports, we contacted the front office for help. Instead of simply calling the tricycle driver, the staff went above and beyond—she personally offered to bring the passports to us after getting our permission. We were incredibly touched by her dedication and kindness. This was the third time we fell in love with their outstanding service. Additionally, after our lovely family trip to the Panda Base, we returned to the hotel to look for dinner options. As it was getting late and visiting a halal restaurant would require taking a DiDi, the front office staff kindly assisted us by recommending nearby dining choices with suitable menus. She personally coordinated with the restaurant staff and chef regarding our preferences, took our order, and ensured everything was prepared exactly as needed. Her thoughtfulness truly won the moment. The food spread was superb & big potions for 4 of us and we will definitely come back. This became the fourth time we fell in love with the hotel’s exceptional service—so much so that we decided to extend our stay for one more night (6/11–7/11)! Thank you very much for the wonderful service and facilities. We truly appreciate your kindness! It takes empathy and genuine courtesy to elevate a guest experience—and you absolutely achieved it. Xiao Tingting, Yang Yin, and Wu Mengyu, you are all fantastic! Your higher management should truly recognize each of you for your exceptional service. We will definitely return and look forward to meeting you again. You have my contact—please let me know when you visit Malaysia!
This property is a real antique building, gone through remodelling into a hotel. Many room types to chose from, large room for families & some have the bathtub too. I really love the vibes of this property, is operate by a family, they are 藏族, very very cool people. For photographers this is the hotel that has all the videos to shoot. There 藏族 costume there, can be use & is free to use. Bring your model there n you got yourself everything. Lolxxxx

Excellent
The room was nice and big with a couch. Our rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and 4 new bottles of water. There are also additional bottles of water in lobby for guests if you need more. We never bought any water when staying at the IBIS. The staff spoke some english which helped because my chinese wasn't poor. The breakfast buffet was very good value for $25RMB each. You have access to lots of food choices noodles, wontons, congee, fruit, coffee, yogurt drinks. We ended buying the buffet as extra each day because it was good value. There is complimentary laundry facilities. I did a load of washing and dryed it at the IBIS hotel. A gym room is available with bikes, running machines, weights and etc. I am not a gym buff so can describe it all but it was adequately equiped to me.
