This hotel is okay for a transit stay, but it's located in an unappealing commercial area. There are only two elevators for a large number of rooms.
The room itself is very comfortable and welcoming.
The main issue I had was with breakfast: if you only want a croissant (not everyone needs a full buffet for breakfast), you still have to pay 12€ and access the whole buffet. Even though the buffet is just a few meters away, the bar staff couldn't get a croissant because they said, 'it's a separate service.' I've never encountered such an absurd situation. We were only able to get coffee, which, by the way, was very overpriced.
The night receptionist was particularly friendly, but check-in took a very long time, even though we were the only ones arriving at that moment.
This hotel is an excellent choice for a seamless travel experience. Its biggest advantage is the incredibly close proximity to the airport, making it perfect for an early flight or a late arrival.
I was highly impressed by the spotless cleanliness and the high level of comfort in the rooms. Despite being near the airport and a major highway, the hotel is remarkably quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep. The free parking is a significant bonus for those with a rental car.
The service was consistently efficient and professional, from a smooth check-in to a quick checkout. The complimentary breakfast was more than adequate, offering a solid variety of hot and cold items to fuel your day.
My only minor niggle is that the hotel feels a bit overpriced compared to other nearby options. However, you are clearly paying for the sheer convenience, reliability, and those specific perks like free parking.
If your priority is a comfortable, quiet, and hassle-free stay right by the airport, this hotel delivers perfectly.
I loved this hotel. They accommodated my reservation requests.
The rooms are spacious, new, and very clean. The bathroom is spacious and has everything you need for your stay. The hotel staff was very attentive at all times.
I will definitely stay at this chain and this hotel again. One drawback would be helpful if there was a designated parking space and a place to unload my luggage upon arrival.
This hotel is a perfect experience! Stepping into the room, everything you see is spotlessly clean, and the owner's warm and friendly smile instantly dispels the fatigue of the journey. The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk to the bustling streets, where shopping and dining are within easy reach. There is a church opposite the hotel, and a 5-minute walk to a former Michelin restaurant, which is particularly delicious.
Staff were really friendly and accommodating. A bit further out from city centre than initially anticipated and not in the nicest part of the city but fairly accessible from the local metro station.
This is an apartment hotel located next to the British company, with subway to the train station and bus station, very convenient. Downstairs and nearby many restaurants. There is a large supermarket on the 6th floor of the British company to buy a variety of food. This hotel has no front desk, but there is a 24-hour online front desk. The only downside is that after booking, I didn't receive any email notifications about how to check in. So we went to the hotel door, rang the doorbell to connect to the hotel's online service, sent us an email, and gave the entry password. You will then need to check in online, you can use the link of the email or have a check in machine. Check in requires a photo of the booking and a selfie. You will then need to fill in the ID information of all the guests. You will receive the room number and password after checking in. After entering the room, there are snacks such as water in welcome gift, . Very intimate. You can download the hotel's app, you can use your mobile phone to unlock it, which is very convenient. highly recommended!
The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, and the hotel is located in the heart of the city centre. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. The hotel was very friendly and the second night we complained about the noise, and the room was changed for an interior that improved the price topic.
MMuedraVery good interior design, the room is very comfortable. There was no hairdryer in my room but you can get one from the reception.
Coffee (around 3 euro) is good but gin n tonic is 9 euro (very expensive).

WWalt from LAOverall good experience, good stay, good price, good sized room. Location was good. Beds were comfortable and not too small. Room was basic but we knew that going in. There was a microwave wave and fridge. It took us a while to figure out the air conditioning but it worked. There wasn’t soap in the bathroom. Some issues were that it being a dorm it didn’t have things that you would find in a hotel room like a blow dryer or cups. So we could heat water in microwave but we had to buy cups to hold the water in. If we had access to a kettle or a blow dryer or mugs, even paying to rent one would have made things easier. The laundry room did not accept coins so we had to download an app to wash our chonies. I’m not sure giving some app my credit info to be able to clean my chonies was worth it.
GGuest UserA True Gem That Feels Like a 4-Star Hotel! My stay at the Sercotel Arenal Bilbao was flawless. The hotel is absolutely spotless, with lovely decor and beautiful views from the room. The entire hotel, from the elegant lobby to my room, was spotless. It was clear that the housekeeping team takes immense pride in their work, ensuring a pristine and hygienic environment that immediately made me feel at ease. The reception staff provided excellent, warm service. The breakfast was perfect—not too big, not too small, but just the right selection for an amazing start to the day. The management is clearly doing a fantastic job. With this level of quality and attention to detail, this hotel truly operates like a four-star property. I can't wait to return.

LLehaiaUN PERSONNEL SOURIANT PARLANT TRÈS BIEN FRANÇAIS MAIS LES DEUX POINT TRÈS MAUVAIS SONT LA CHAMBRE PMR SUR LE PALIER DIRECTEMENT EN ACCÈS ASCENSEUR ET SURTOUT ACCÈS DE TOUS LES AUTRES CLIENTS QUI AVEC OU SANS ENFANTS N'ONT PAS DE RESPECT POUR LES PERSONNES DES CHAMBRES.
LE PERSONNEL DE SOIR QUI EST JUSTE EN DESSOUS (ÉTAGE NON FERME) ENTEND LES ENFANTS, COURIR ET CRIER NE DISENT RIEN ET CE Jusqu'à 23H 30.
Ontbijt basic, bv. slechts 2 soorten hartig broodbeleg.
LlauraaaaaaAppreciated the free parking and beautiful views of the city below. The hotel is also conveniently located near the bus stop. Our hotel room was pretty clean but I would describe the room amenities as basic. The pillows were too soft - presumably due to the lack of pillow filling. The motion sensor lights in the toilet also turned off every 5 mins which was a bit annoying sometimes. For the price paid, I still think our stay was worth it.
