The room service and laundry were really efficient. Although they have some run down older rooms, there are also large beautiful rooms available with hairdryer and wardrobe. The air conditioner worked well. The breakfast was decent. The downside was no hot water.

I had an excellent experience at Hotel One Tower Gulberg. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff was warm, professional, and very helpful. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The rooms were spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable, and all the amenities were well-maintained. Housekeeping did a great job throughout my stay, ensuring everything remained spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was another highlight of my stay. There was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options available, catering to different tastes. The quality of the food, presentation, and service in the dining area were all excellent. Overall, Hotel One Tower Gulberg exceeded my expectations in every aspect, including hospitality, cleanliness, room comfort, and dining experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lahore and look forward to staying here again in the future

Not only was it ill-equipped to accommodate Chinese people, but the cleanliness was poor, and the service was perfunctory, forcing me to change hotels urgently. This hotel is completely different: it even has bulletproof vehicles. Even more remarkable is that the owner never uses ”security” for profit, but instead considers his guests' best interests. When I needed to travel to and from the exhibition, he didn't force me to pay for expensive services. Instead, he helped me coordinate security and recommend economical transportation options. He arranged a dedicated car and security personnel for daily transportation to and from the exhibition for only 1,500, which was incredibly cost-effective. On other days, when I wanted to go out, he proactively provided solutions to help me avoid being detained by the police. This kind of thoughtfulness is so important in today's Pakistan! I'd also like to praise the basic experience: the comfort, professionalism, cleanliness, and attention to detail were impeccable. It was a truly delightful stay, a world apart from my previous small hotel. I especially recommend the restaurant on the fifth floor—it's a hidden gem! The breakfast menu is extensive, and lunch and dinner are à la carte. The local Pakistani cuisine is far more authentic than the fast food options at the nearby shopping mall. If you're craving local flavor without having to venture out, this is the perfect place to dine. Even better, they serve beer, making a relaxing drink after a busy day. For Chinese travelers visiting Pakistan for business or exhibitions, choosing a hotel isn't just about comfort; it's also about peace of mind. It was beyond my expectations in such a attractive price And I cam to know they have multiple sites So they are all over the city Plenty of space to park your cars Multiple rooms options hot water also avalaible amazingly The best thing is the reception and the found house keeping staff They are ready to serve and ready to make u comfort As much there in capacity ROOMS ARE EXACT AS AS THEY SHOWN ON PICTURE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Well maintained facility with all basic amenities, spacious rooms, internet, equipped kitchen, comfy beds, good view, good service and staff and non stop electricity. The only issue was under construction road which was beyond the scope of property — however upon construction of road and ease of access this is worth a 5 star facility !! Mind you one can have bar b que on their roof top in the chilling weather of Murree.

Relentless noise, including 2:00 AM construction and chaotic, unmanaged hallways, destroyed all rest. This place is not a 4-star experience. It neglects the fundamental promise of a hotel.
