房間空間寬敞通透，佈局合理，部分房型帶有獨立客廳、露台以及簡易廚房，冰箱廚具齊全，居家感十足。落地窗直麪湄南河景觀，白天河面遊船往來，夜景璀璨絕美，床品柔軟乾淨，日常保潔細緻到位，居住舒適度很高。 自助早餐品類豐富，中西泰式菜品齊全，食材新鮮，靠窗座位可以邊用餐邊欣賞河景，體驗感極佳。頂樓泳池視野開闊，自帶泳池吧枱，休閑放鬆很舒服，酒店工作人員態度禮貌熱情，服務響應及時周到。

It was good experience. Nice and clean room. Very quiet despite noise outside. Hot water, good Internet connection and friendly reception. All I want to change is more European options for breakfast. For example, omelet would be good. Currently, it’s more like lunch menu with all soups, noodles, rice, etc. French toast, boiled eggs and many items is good alternative, but could be better. Anyway 5 stars experience

The hotel is surely the best one in Dhaka, in the last 7 years I tried many and this is has totally all the potential to become a top grade institution. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Overall decoration is beautiful. The staff is attentive, professional and smiling all the time (very important).  Spot on the front desk manager Mr. Galib, a real passionate and professional person who for sure will bring this establishment to success with his attitude and hard job.  I also appreciate Mr. Rubel from the main restaurant, nice and very kind. As a new institution there is still a lot to polish, the staff need to be trained more on the little details (like be more present in the restaurant to pour water and clear the tables quicker...), mosquito problems on the restaurant on pool side. Plus the menus ”a la carte” needs more selection and variety! Just little details but important to push this hotel on the top. All the potential is there, you will achieve!

My safe haven in Dhaka. I felt secure here, especially with the armed guards at the entrance. The hotel facilities are all top-notch, and the dining and overall environment meet high standards. My only minor critique is that the hotel is a bit older, and the ventilation in the smoking rooms could be improved.

Suite stay was comfortable, but fell short of expectations for the price. Appreciated the inclusion of a bathtub, but overall room features felt rather basic for a premium category.On a positive note, it was nice that the team accommodated our request for breakfast timing—though it’s based on request, not standard. A few thoughtful upgrades could make the experience more aligned with the price.

The hotel rooms and restaurant are very tidy, and all the waiters have a friendly attitude! The service level is very high, and the kind and friendly treatment of Mr. MD Shakli the waiter, left a deep impression on me👍 I will stay at this hotel again next time😊

The location was good and the hotel was quite clean. However, the service was not great. The security and the hotel manager were keep asking me room number every single time I returned to the hotel. I have a key and they should make their lift service key control rather than this type of epic manual check! For business and travel purposes ,I have been to over 20 countries so far and never experienced this type of repeated question regarding the room number which is a bit annoying. Maybe a Bangladeshi thing !

Being a stranger in Dhaka, the hotel staff is showing their polite, passionate to their guest. I can feel cozy and warmth during my staying. The room is clean and the breakfast food is good. Every hotel staff can remember my favourite food and habit in 3 days only.

The deluxe room was quite spacious, and the hotel was clean and hygienic. The service was attentive. There was also a security guard with a spray bottle at the entrance, so safety was assured!

This is the first time I visited (Dhaka) Bangladesh 🇧🇩 for holiday during Chinese ***** new year 🧧  I will like thank and Grateful for the Crowne plaza staff have taken care of my stay and need first of all I will like to thank for the service that they serve start from the reception here the name of the list (MASUM) (RAIHAN) (SADIK) (ZIHAD) (IMTIAZ) and the housekeeping (RASHED) always taken good care of my room and the security (SHOHAN) always help me with the uber and price for taken care of and one more security guard I never take him name but also help me with the uber  once last person on the breakfast side (LIMON) doing at the eggs station always approach me and cook for me the Scramble egg that I like the most thank everyone in the team have done a good job
