Hotel had a nice atmosphere our room was excellent and had a nice sofa, just a short walk into Chester and all amenities and the hotel breakfast was first class. All in all hotel and staff were excellent 👌

Honestly, all it provided me was a simple room to stay for the night which is all I needed, the fact that it also has a smart TV with YouTube in it is also a huge bonus so thanks everyone, plus the luggage scale there also done me some favours as well.

It’s a nice location and the rate was okay, but the property wasn’t clean. If you don’t have any problem with cleanliness, then you can choose it.mainy the toilet is dirty.

Not the best stay here. The tv was not tuned in. Last visit no tv remote control. The shower temperature control was not working properly. But still the location is good and the spa is good

Value for money. Comfy bed. No complaint for a short stay. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Really loved this hotel from the moment we got there. Clean and great vibe !   lovely venue, room and super comfy bed and pillows.  Excellent facilities and swimming pool. Great bar and restaurant area. Only thing was little slow to clear the table and to remind the bar staff both nights about bringing the kids menu ice cream.  Apart from that, it was fabulous, and definitely will come back 😀

Premier Inn Warrington is a very good option for a short transit stay, especially if you are travelling towards Glasgow. The hotel is over the pub where breakfast is served. The rooms are well decorated and equipped. The bed is comfortable. There is an issue is plumbing. Due to the use of macerators or pumps, and the presence of down pipes in the room, use of bathrooms by neighbours makes a lot of noise. For some reason, when showering, the pump didn't activate and I had to get the pump activated by switching on the basin tap. Otherwise the shower tray would have flooded the bathroom. The radiator thermostat can't be adjusted so it's on or off. When not heating, the radiator makes funny noises. Although these are negative points, the positives outweigh the negatives. The staff running the hotel were nice. The breakfast was nice too. The

Stayed on 20 June 2025 I chose this place because I was looking for somewhere different to the typical hotels and BnBs during my Europe trip. I was more mobile with a rented car. The photos in the booking website did not do it justice as it gave a “******* castle” vibe but in reality is lovely and bright. In addition, the relatively low price and limited time to book. I am puzzled that it's ratings did not exceed 4 stars as it exceeded my expectations. The staff were warm, kind, and prompt. Breakfast was excellent, with the amazing view from the room, overlooking a meadow with grazing sheep. An added bonus: it’s located along the Grindstone Path, making it a perfect and convenient spot for hiking enthusiasts.

Great place just 20 mins walk to centre doors and walls are thin and some people don’t have inside voices but other than that. Grand 👍
