The location is very convenient, a 5-minute walk from the light rail station, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and it's also very close to Kokusai-dori Street. The room is also very spacious; even a large suitcase can be easily opened.

The room was clean and spacious enough to fit our checked luggage, even for a family of three, it didn't feel cramped. The hotel breakfast area is small, but thankfully the variety is quite good, and you can definitely get a full meal. They also offer complimentary drinks in the afternoon. On our first day, a Chinese-speaking front desk staff member checked us in and explained everything thoroughly, even finding a three-prong adapter for me. Communication was seamless and very efficient. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Naha bus station, making transportation easy, and there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Overall, it offers good value for money.

Location: Very central, within a 20-minute walk to attractions like Kokusai Street and Naminoue Shrine.
Environment: Japanese hotel rooms are typically small, but this one managed to have a separate wet and dry area! Plus, a smart toilet.
Hygiene: The cleaning staff were non-Japanese, so no need for communication. If you wanted your room cleaned, you just put the sign on the door. They even tidied up the desk for you when you returned.
Service: Self-check-in was very convenient, but the front desk was always helpful if needed, and responses were quite prompt.
Surprise: I stayed for four nights, having booked a room without breakfast, but they provided breakfast every day. Regardless of how good it tasted, it was better than nothing!

Cleanliness: I rarely give a bad review for cleanliness in Japanese hotels, but there were a couple of issues here.
1. As soon as I entered the room, I noticed a piece of plastic trash under the bed that hadn't been cleaned.
2. The bath towel had a black stain.
Aside from the cleanliness, everything else was generally very good. The hotel is quite new, and the quad room was spacious enough. It's also a short walk to Kokusai Dori. The service attitude was good too.

I stayed for 3 days on business. I couldn't get the towels changed because I couldn't return during the front desk's opening hours. I went to the front desk in the morning to have them changed, but they weren't there, so I ended up using the same towels for 3 days. It would be nice if they made it possible to change them at any time.
This hotel offered a super hassle-free stay with excellent value for money! The breakfast selection was incredibly rich, featuring Okinawan local specialties like Okinawa soba noodles, Blue Seal purple sweet potato ice cream, Sata Andagi (Okinawan doughnuts), and jasmine tea, providing an immersive taste of local flavors. They also had classic Western breakfast options, including croissants, buttered bread, sausages, fried eggs, coffee, and juice, satisfying both Eastern and Western palates.
The room amenities were very thoughtful, equipped with pajamas, a magnifying mirror, deodorant spray, and a refrigerator – more than sufficient for a daily stay. At the front desk, you could pick up complimentary combs, body scrub towels, toothbrushes and toothpaste, face wash headbands, cotton swabs, mouthwash, and tea/coffee bags. Other toiletries needed to be brought by yourself.
The location was absolutely fantastic! Right next door were Lawson and 7-Eleven convenience stores, making daily shopping super convenient. Across the street from the hotel, there was a delicious izakaya, and within a few hundred meters, you'd find all sorts of food establishments, so you'll never run out of places to eat and explore. Getting around was also incredibly easy; the meeting point for day tours was just a 300-meter walk away. You could walk to Tomari Port in 20 minutes or take a 6-minute taxi ride, making it super convenient for planning Okinawa day trips – a top choice for independent travelers. (The first 3 photos are of the hotel breakfast, and the last 3 photos are of the izakaya: Naha Chocho)

The room was spacious, quite large for a business hotel. The shower pressure was excellent, very comfortable 😌. There's also a Lawson convenience store downstairs, which is very convenient.

GGuest UserI stayed here for one night on a business trip.
It was close to the station, making transportation easy.
The Wi-Fi was good, and the desk area was comfortable, allowing me to work efficiently.
Check-in and check-out were smooth, allowing me to use my time effectively.
I would definitely like to use this hotel again on my next business trip.
GGuest UserFuku-chan, Nicole and 2 cats, algae balls and boiled beans were gently welcomed, and the number of days of stay passed in no time. It is a very satisfying inn and recommended to everyone.
The interior and exterior are very nice. I feel like 〜 I came to the resort. I used the parking lot for renting a car.
The living room is clean and comfortable. The bed futon was very fluffy and I could sleep well.
The area is very convenient location if you have a car rental. It is very close to Fusaki Beach and you can walk to the beach (passing the main building of Fusaki Beach Resort, especially no procedures).
I had breakfast. The dishes that are particular about each ingredient and seasoning will heal your mind and body.
We have never experienced it, but we can receive healing treatments and Yoga.
It is an inn that I want to visit again.
北北極星的眼淚The parking lot downstairs wasn't accessible, so we had to use number 2 or 3, which was about a 1-2 minute walk. The room was a bit small; it would be super cramped with three suitcases. The shower room was acceptable. The washing machine and dryer were downstairs, which was inconvenient as we couldn't do laundry directly in the room.
SStanley TeaI stayed at Hotel Androoms Naha Port on 15 April 2026. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced, and the location is good.
However, I had a very bad experience due to the hotel’s parking management.
During check-in, I clearly informed the front desk that I had a car and pointed out where I parked (behind the hotel). The staff confirmed that it was the hotel’s parking area.
Shortly after going to my room, the same staff knocked on my door and asked me to come down, saying I might have parked in someone else’s lot. Only after calling me down did they then ask for my car plate number, meaning they had not even confirmed whether the car belonged to me before approaching me.
It turned out I was directed to park in a private lot. I immediately apologized to the owner and was ready to move my car, but I was told I needed to pay a ¥30,000 penalty.
The signage was extremely unclear, poorly lit, and partially blocked, making it impossible to see at night. More importantly, this situation was caused by incorrect information given by the hotel staff.
The parking lot owner told me this was the 8th time this has happened with hotel guests, which shows this is an ongoing issue that has not been resolved.
The situation remained unresolved for nearly 1 hour. As no agreement was reached, the hotel decided to call the police to handle the matter.
After police intervention and discussions with all parties, the hotel eventually paid ¥30,000 to the parking lot owner, and the matter was resolved after almost 2 hours.
Despite all this, there was no apology or service recovery, and I was still charged the parking fee.
This was a simple issue that could have been prevented with clear signage or proper staff training, but it escalated unnecessarily and caused significant stress on the last night of my trip.
Overall, the room is good, but due to this experience, I would not recommend staying here if you are driving.
ZZhuziyoushijieThis is a hidden gem of a hotel! There's a direct Line 9 bus from Shimojima Airport to the hotel right next door, just a short walk away. The hotel is very quiet and clean, and the pork cutlet and fried chicken rice at the restaurant for dinner was delicious. There's a path behind the hotel that leads directly to the beach; the sunset there is absolutely stunning! Highly recommended!
GGuest UserThe facility itself is a bit old, but the sheets and bedding were clean and nice. The ocean view from the room and the quiet surroundings make it a great place to relax. The large public bath is a plus for families. I did find the high step into the unit bathroom in the room a bit dangerous.
SSpizzico• room: nice spacious room, we stayed 2 nights and had a good sleep even if we were facing the street. Fridge in the room was also silent
• amenities: breakfast is very poor unfortunately. There is a pool and outdoor patio which are very nice in front of the beach. There is a well furnished convenient store in the building.
• location: hotel is on the beach and rooms face either the sea or the inland with the main street few meter away from the balcony (yet not very noisy). Not many restaurants bars and shops in the area if you don’t have a car
• staff: they have a lot of pre-set answers to just close topics rather than finding a solution
my background: I travel 320 days a year since 8 years staying in all range of accomodation from hostel to 5star. I just review objectively what I see with no judgement
LLL_masLocated most east coast of Okinawa, it is an adventure journey for those who like adventures. Much rural but the scenic drive really worth it. Better travel by day time instead of night. Road is narrow and windings

I'm not sure why the negative reviews, but as a couple, we thought the hotel was great! It's a room to stay, of course having the most updated facilities would be great, but are you really worried about that so much? In any case, decorations aside, the beds were comfy and there was a lot of space in the room.
The bathroom was great and there's an anti-fog spot right next to the sink so that was nice. I guess the only ”complaint” was that sometimes the shower water was inconsistent, but because we shower together, it was kind of a nice ”you get your turn and I get mine”
There's a small fridge which was good to store drinks and some snacks for the hikes we had in the area. The location was good for us as we spent a lot of time driving around the north part of the island.
It had a decent view of the seaside. The pool wasn't filled as it was winter during our stay, but honestly it was fine.
Sure, not a bar in the actual hotel, but who would really want to go and get overpriced drinks in ANY hotel anyway?
We did the breakfast package, and honestly thought there were plenty to get. A little mix of east and west, but it was a great start to each of our days. Maybe a little overpriced, but still good.
We did one dinner night, that was probably over-priced, BUT it was all you can eat on some great slices of beef. Lots of desserts and different types of food. There was also a small selection of spirits and drinks that you could have with your meal.
Other than that, it was a nice stay. Service was great. Would stay again if I was doing a similar itinerary, but since we did most of everything we wanted to in the area, would probably stay in a different area anyway.
NNiaoeraichichongThe nearest bus stop is one stop away from Naha Airport, a 7-8 minute walk from there. Kokusai-dori Station on the Yui Rail Line is a little over a 10-minute walk. The hotel is in a relatively quiet area but within walking distance of Naminoue Shrine and Kokusai Dori. Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, which is better than most hotels in Japan. Definitely book a twin room on the 11th floor for quietness and a good view. Breakfast is just okay, but using the room card coupon for the buffet restaurant on the first floor is a good deal, starting at 11:30 AM – highly recommended. For under 300, it's a no-brainer.
