GGuest UserI stayed here for one night on a business trip. It was close to the station, making transportation easy. The Wi-Fi was good, and the desk area was comfortable, allowing me to work efficiently. Check-in and check-out were smooth, allowing me to use my time effectively. I would definitely like to use this hotel again on my next business trip.

GGuest UserFuku-chan, Nicole and ２ cats, algae balls and boiled beans were gently welcomed, and the number of days of stay passed in no time. It is a very satisfying inn and recommended to everyone. The interior and exterior are very nice. I feel like 〜 I came to the resort. I used the parking lot for renting a car. The living room is clean and comfortable. The bed futon was very fluffy and I could sleep well. The area is very convenient location if you have a car rental. It is very close to Fusaki Beach and you can walk to the beach (passing the main building of Fusaki Beach Resort, especially no procedures). I had breakfast. The dishes that are particular about each ingredient and seasoning will heal your mind and body. We have never experienced it, but we can receive healing treatments and Yoga. It is an inn that I want to visit again.

GGuest UserThe hotel was very easy to locate, right off the main road, yet not noisy. The staff gave us a warm welcome and was very friendly and helpful. They are English speaking too. Room was spacious in Japanese standards. Very comfortable for 2 of us. Beds and beddings were clean and comfortable, we had very good sleep. Lots of amenities for you to pick at each floor lobby. And they have free washer and dryer on the 3rd floor too. Great for travellers staying longer. There are many restaurants and convenience stores all with minutes of driving in the vicinity. This is definitely a great place to stay.

SStanley TeaI stayed at Hotel Androoms Naha Port on 15 April 2026. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced, and the location is good. However, I had a very bad experience due to the hotel’s parking management. During check-in, I clearly informed the front desk that I had a car and pointed out where I parked (behind the hotel). The staff confirmed that it was the hotel’s parking area. Shortly after going to my room, the same staff knocked on my door and asked me to come down, saying I might have parked in someone else’s lot. Only after calling me down did they then ask for my car plate number, meaning they had not even confirmed whether the car belonged to me before approaching me. It turned out I was directed to park in a private lot. I immediately apologized to the owner and was ready to move my car, but I was told I needed to pay a ¥30,000 penalty. The signage was extremely unclear, poorly lit, and partially blocked, making it impossible to see at night. More importantly, this situation was caused by incorrect information given by the hotel staff. The parking lot owner told me this was the 8th time this has happened with hotel guests, which shows this is an ongoing issue that has not been resolved. The situation remained unresolved for nearly 1 hour. As no agreement was reached, the hotel decided to call the police to handle the matter. After police intervention and discussions with all parties, the hotel eventually paid ¥30,000 to the parking lot owner, and the matter was resolved after almost 2 hours. Despite all this, there was no apology or service recovery, and I was still charged the parking fee. This was a simple issue that could have been prevented with clear signage or proper staff training, but it escalated unnecessarily and caused significant stress on the last night of my trip. Overall, the room is good, but due to this experience, I would not recommend staying here if you are driving.

ししおり旅I shiori TripI would like to use this hotel again. Since I don't have a driver's license, I looked for the hotel's location and facilities before booking. What was particularly good was that they have bicycle rentals, a large public bath, and it's a 10-minute walk to Yonaha Beach North. We went to Yonaha North Beach to watch the sunset and had an amazing view. The facilities are more like a business hotel than a resort hotel, but everything you need is there so there's no need to worry. Also, there is a large public bath and you can relax in the quiet building. *There are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, but there is a restaurant inside the building.

This time, I chose Japavista Cass De Boss for a relaxing group trip. ⸻ 👍 What I liked: • Modern Electronics: The villa was equipped with an impressive array of modern electronics, including a Dyson vacuum, air purifier, dehumidifier, Harman Kardon speaker, LG clothing purifier, SodaStream, and a coffee capsule machine, elevating the stay with high-tech convenience. • Spacious Layout: The villa was comfortably spacious, perfectly suited for 4 people for a relaxed group stay. • Clean Environment: The villa was generally very clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout the stay. • Free Parking: Convenient free parking right at the ground floor made it easy for us to come and go, especially with a rental car. • Nice View with Balcony: The balcony offered a beautiful view, just as advertised, providing a serene spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. • Basic Cooking Ingredients: The kitchen included essentials like oil, salt, and pepper, which was a thoughtful touch for preparing simple meals. • Private and quiet surroundings: Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests. ⸻ 👎 What could be improved: • Aging and Dirty Sofa: The sofa looked worn and dirty, to the point where I hesitated to sit on it, which detracted from the overall comfort of the living area. • Faulty Stove: The stove frequently beeped due to a lack of gas, making cooking frustrating and disrupting the kitchen experience. • Used Dishwashing Sponge: The dishwashing sponge wasn’t brand new, which felt unhygienic. A fresh sponge should be provided for each new guest to ensure a clean start.

The air conditioning/heating worked well too. There's a local izakaya with good value for money about a 5-minute walk away. I walked there, but having a car might be more convenient.
