3-Star Hotels in Melaka State, Malaysia

Had a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Despite having the toilet leaking on the 1st day evening, they sent 3 maintenance guys to check and rectify the problem. Loved the shower, strategic location near to many eateries, walkable attractions abt 15min, have a small pool quiet and cosy, overall good time. Definitely will come back again. Easy to check in with touch screen card access guidelines and check out. They have hair dryer, iron board, electrical kettle, tea coffee sugar, workable TV, mini fridge. Pool is at L23 open 7am-8pm, there is a vending machine to purchase swimming attire of all sizes. L3 there are ballrooms, small gym and a restaurant. The view is amazing. Thank you so much.

The hotel was excellent overall. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and provided great service. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms are standard, with nothing much to complain about. The beds are comfortable, and the location is strategic, with a few convenience shop and kopitiam just around the corner within walking distance. The room amenities are also standard, although the stains on the bath towel were quite obvious. I was also surprised to wake up and find the toilet ceiling leaking. Overall, for a one-night stay, it was fine.

Personally, I think the hotel is decent, and the hygiene is acceptable. Since it's an older hotel, the facilities are a bit dated. There are no regular TV1, TV2, TV3, or Astro channels, but this hotel has YouTube, which is a plus for me! 😁 The hotel is also not far from the attractions and Jonker Street, just 10-15 minutes to the attractions and 9 minutes to Jonker Street. For me, that's not far at all.

The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of food and a spacious dining area. However, there were quite a lot of hairs on the carpet in the room, which was not very pleasant. The carpet should be vacuumed properly before each new guest checks in. Only two small bottles of shower gel were provided, which was not enough. I asked the receptionist for more, but was told there was no extra shower gel available and was only given shampoo instead. One of the towels was also torn. The water flow was quite slow, and the mattress felt a little too hard. Overall, the breakfast was good, but the room cleanliness, amenities, and comfort could be improved.

Very clea and well kept lobby with nice natural ambiance. There was no music in the lobby which was nice, you get to hear birds chirping. There was cute and friendly cat at the front door welcoming us too! Carpark is also relatively large. Room was gorgeous, exactly like the pictures, clean and well renovated as well. Looks pretty new too. Free to use complimentary pantry completed with cup noodles/tea/milo/microwave and a sink. Only few things that bothered us was the aircon leaking and the hot water wasnt hot enough. But otherwise it was an amazing stay for both solo/couples for short stays.

Close to SOGO 😁😁 Right downstairs from the hotel, you'll see shops all around 👍🏻👍🏻 You can go shopping just by walking 😄😄

A very nice place

The hotel is in a very convenient location, less than a 5-minute walk from the Dutch Square and only about 500 metres from Jonker Street. A simple breakfast is provided in the morning, with options such as nasi lemak, eggs, fruits, bread, and some local snacks. Overall, it’s a great location for exploring Melaka on foot.
