This is my first choice hotel every time I visit Bishkek. It has a convenient location, a nice surrounding environment, and although the hotel is not large, it offers good value for money. Booking in advance through Ctrip results in a reasonable price and excellent value.

Nice hotel just little distance from city center, a big supermarket a less 100 metres with bus stop to get everywhere in city. Rooms nice and well equipped, staff fabolous above all receptionist Dimitri always eager for help. Breakfast buffet but food delicious and a 24 hours coffee and hot drinks avaible

We've stayed at the Urban Hotel four or five times since our first visit. They're the only ones, really 😊 It's convenient, well-located, clean, quiet, has 24-hour check-in, and offers excellent, fresh breakfasts (they even close a bit later to give guests time to eat). It's possible to extend your stay for part of the day if you need to check out after 12 noon, subject to availability (you need to ask the receptionist). The beds are very comfortable, even for someone with spinal injuries (not every mattress is suitable). The double room is cozy, small, but spacious enough. It would be great to have a coffee machine downstairs; it would be very useful for those who drink organic coffee 😊😊

Overall, room was spacious and as described. Toilet flush was getting stuck a lot. Location is near the Osh Bazaar and as per the locals, the area is a bit unsafe at night. Location is further away from Ala-Too Square and those areas. The kitchen was useful. The courtyard is large and spacious and good for resting if you don't want to go out to sightsee when it's hot. The front desk could look into better restaurant recommendations. The ones they recommended were soso. Overall, good value for price. I would stay here again.

Overall experience was good. Location is strategic Room is spacious. Good restaurants are all within walking distance. We checked out at 7am, Didn’t manage to take our breakfast but the hotel was very thoughtful in preparing a breakfast pack for us to take away.
