Has everything you need for a stay in Valencia. Extremely well located for the airport in addition to proximity to the metro for a quick trip into the city.
The hostel has an excellent location just in front of the river and a few step from the centre of the city and the old town of Valencia. The room is very comfortable as has lots of space however the shower and the toilet are in the same floor but far from the room. The staff were really friendly but some of them don’t speak Spanish.
Paterna town is an industrial town and you have not much to do. The B&B hotel alone was OKAY. The staff did not really acknowledge you but they knew the basics of english which is a lot for Spain. Next thing, the room on the first glance is woowww but then after staying there things start to bother you like no bag in the trash can and no toilet brush for the PoPo. The room is small but quite spacious nontheless and they have tresor for valuable things. The room has a lock with number password which is a good thing therefore no fear of losing the key itself. For a few days it was a nice place to stay, but the hotel could respond to reviews like mine and step it up.
There are all road construction projects near the hotel. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the airport. It is not recommended to drag luggage because it is not that convenient, especially if you have children or the elderly.
The parking lot costs 10 euros per night. You can't find the entrance to the parking lot by car because it is all blocked by road construction boards. Fortunately, we followed an experienced driver to take us to the entrance of the parking lot. There is no elevator to the lobby in the parking lot. We need to carry our luggage up the stairs to the lobby or drop our luggage at the entrance of a gas station and drag it into the hotel. It takes a long time to drive. It's a long way to get to the airport, which is very inconvenient.
It is expected that the hotel road construction will not be completed for a while. Friends who want to stay in a hotel near Valencia Airport should think twice. It takes 10 minutes to drag their luggage there, and there is a section of the road that has to go through a tunnel. The road is uneven and it is difficult to tow. luggage.
It is highly not recommended for a girl to take this route to Valencia Airport by herself.
I hope Ibis can make a note of when the road construction will be completed so that guests can choose whether to stay. Trip.com should also check for us. If the hotel has these engineering problems, guests should be informed in advance before choosing whether to stay.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the room was spotless. We couldn’t fault it. The bathroom was shared so there was always someone cleaning the rooms and the bathroom. The bathroom had a slight smell coming from the drainage but other than that, I couldn’t fault the cleanliness
Location: It was a little difficult to find at first since they don’t have any signs on the outside, but when your walking on that street, you have to look through the door glass to see if you’ve got the right hotel.
Service: The staff at the desk were lovely. Sadly they have a set time when they are at the desk. After midnight there is no one on site, other than a phone number to call incase you need anything, which can be a problem for those who don’t have a Spanish number like us.
Amenities: they had only one towel for me and my partner to use for one night.
Downside: we wanted to stay one night to see how the place is, before we booked additional nights and we’re glad we didn’t booked additional nights. The capsule wasn’t sound proof, which we was aware, but the fact it had a quiet policy in place is what attracted us to experience the capsule. Sadly around 11pm not just me, but the neighbouring capsule experience a couple making loud intimate sounds in there capsule. We decided to give them there privacy but after half n hour it was beginning to bother me a lot as I needed to sleep. So I went to the front counter and there was no one at 2330 at the desk, just a phone number to ring. Which I couldn’t ring as I didn’t have a Spanish phone number. So me and the other neighbour capsule had to put up a sleepless night till the early morning. I did complain to the staff upon check out and she was really lovely and understood how I felt. It was a shame there was no one at night who I could have spoken to, otherwise I only had good things to say about this place

Siempre que vamos a san Vicente nos alojamos aquí. Es súper limpia y buena ubicación. El trato del personal es súper amable. Si quieres parking privado deberás pagar 12€ por noche.
The accommodation is just as it appears in the photos, it is run by a family and they are lovely. Clean and modern facilities. Comfortable mattress but not so comfortable pillows, they should put in more comfortable ones to make everything perfect. Quite noisy in the mornings from the cleaning staff.
Fairly ok considering the situation but I don't think I'll ever go there again.. friendly staff that unfortunately doesn't get a word of english, dirty towels.. and everything else was fairly ok

AAnonymous UserAn unusual hotel only a few minutes walk from the Airport terminal. Its new, clean big rooms but oddly furnished in a cheap but flashy Chinese style. Huge new television in the room but poor tiling and cabinet fittings in the room and bathroom and a lack of toliet roll holders. The hot water was non-functional and shower plumbing odd. Perhaps these are teething problems.
LLanaExceeded my expectations! Can highly recommend.
I booked double-bed room, but hotel connected with me in a few days saying it's not available and suggested me a triple-bed room instead for the same price or full refund (though my booking was non-refundable). I accepted the new room and it was just great! Panoramic windows almost like a balcony. Very clean and comfortable bed. Fridge right in my room! And microwave in the corridor (though one was not connected to the electricity - the other one on the floor was). It would be great to have a teapot, too (but I managed to heat water in the microwave). Excellent wifi. Host was very nice and explained everything upon check-in, self check-out early in the morning is available. Shower gel & shampoo provided. Would be great to have cups to put toothbrush.
It can be noisy outside (2nd floor), but I closed the windows and it was calm. You can hear doors clapping from other neighbors- though it's not surprising for the hotel.
District is great - Consum supermarket just 1 min by walk, Mercadona - 5 mins. Lots of cafes around. Metro 5 mins by walk, city center 30 mins by walk, very convenient to get to the railway station.

GGuest UserThis is a great place to stay overnight for late arrival or early departure from Alicante airport. Reception staff are friendly, thoughtful, polite and helpful in booking taxi, advising on local restaurants and explaining the Hostal facilities all in good English. Room was very clean with effective air- con and beds very comfortable.
Unable to comment on breakfast service as flight left very early.
Hostal overlooks open heath land with pathways for enjoyable stroll away from town traffic
Only downside of stay was poor sound insulation in building so the noise of furniture being moved around in the dining area very late at night by other guests returning to premises when no staff were present became a nuisance

SShabirThe hostel is very clean, staff are friendly and can speak English. They will help you in anyway possible. They even suggest you to plan your trip in valanecia. Thank you purple nest for hosting me.
AAlbertRLocation is perfect. Just outside you can find many restaurants, shops and plazas. Really easy to find the nearest metro station. From the hotel location everything is really close to reach. Room is not quite spacious but it’s nice and clean. The only thing is that you can hear everything from the rooms beside but nothing to noisy.
I included breakfast for every morning. They have coffee machines, pastries, bread and cereals, cheese and ham, juices, yogurt and different kinds of milk.
If you don’t include breakfast, there’s a bakery and many restaurants just outside the hotel so you can figure out.
The staff was nice and kind.
