Property's location is wonderful, all the important things are nearby. Lots of places for good and delicious food. Amenities they are providing is truly value for worth. Daily room cleaning, changing of towels etc. Power back up no power cut off. I think cheap and best place for stay. Staff is very humble and always ready for the instructions. If i ask them any thing extra they have a quick response. Meal is super delicious.

Location of Hotel is best. Clean room and bathroom. Staff behavior is also good. Late night and early morning food is not available in side restaurant. But within 20 step food available at late nand early morning. Nearest Hotel from tower chowk on main road. Definitely I will prefer it always😊😊😊😊😊

The room and bathroom were very neat and clean. Locality was good. A little bit hard to find the location but very close to the main road. All the staff behaved very politely and attentively. The meal was very tasty and the cook's suggestions for the main course was good.

See the hotel seemed very good from out side but since it's one of oldest hotels of jamshedpur the inside did not seem brighter and gave ne shabby vibe. Also in my room geyser had some issues though they were quick to respond to my concern but i did not quite enjoy my stay being honest. Despite people being nice. No thanks

Pros: location is center of city, just beside mg main road hygiene - room and toilet cleanliness is very good food - available on order. I just had a buttermilk and it was good. The caretakers and owner are responsive and helpful. I had booked for 3 days and wanted to cancel last day since i had finished my work. Owner and makemytrip agreed to give partial refund. Cons: 1. No lift, it is on the second and third floor. The building outside and entrance are not very good looking. 2. The signboard is very small, difficult to see from road. But google location is correct. 3. Room can have more brighter lighting suitable for work/ read 4. Room can have a table

Stay was pleasent. Neat & clean room but basin knob was broken. Owner or concerned person should take care of room at the time of cleaning to maintain everything. Location was extremely good. Tea quality was good. Staff were polite. Service was good. Driver was given free accommodation but mosquito was there so special attention should be given to maintain it. Overall stay was good.

What a pleasant surprise to find such a gem of a hotel ! 5-star service from the hotel owner to the Mgr Prasanta, Mr. Zakil and the Housekeeping staff. Professional and gracious hospitality team. Comfortable room, hot water available 24/ 7, water pressure's good, wifi's reasonably fast, food's good. Just replace the tap washers; and it'd be a perfect stay. Thank you for a lovely visit ! :)

Hotel has its own restaurant, food is good but room is not cleaned enough, it is smelling. Bathroom door is not proper.
