Our small self-catering traditional house was totally rebuilt in 2011 keeping its rustic appearance but improving its comfort. It has 2 queen size beds in the upper mezannine, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and living. It is also equipped with a washing machine, cable TV and free wireless internet. Heating is provided by an old style wood burning stove. There are two outdoor areas: the entry garden and another seating area with a beautiful view of the Ribeira da Conceição. An outside barbecue and an inside traditional wood-fired oven are available for using. Being a small house with an interior area of 40 m2 and 70 m2 outdoor area, has all the amenities necessary for a pleasant stay. While you have the feeling of being away from everything, the house is located in the city centre within walking distance from many convenient places: the vegetable and fish market, grocery stores, bakery store, a few coffee places and restaurants, the Faial theatre, the Alagoa park and the Conceição beach.The price varies between € 60 in low season and € 75 in high season. For stays longer than 7 days, the eighth night is free, with a weekly cleaning included.
