We chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport, but even 750 meters is too far to walk with luggage, especially with the broken-up road. The hotel itself looked decent from the outside and the room was nice, but it was incredibly dirty. The floor was sticky, covered in crumbs and hair... it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned at all.
We checked in at 1am in night and before that we had a word with someone from hotel that can we check out at 3pm next day as we will be leaving 3pm, that time the staff said that okay you come down here and then we settle things up for you. Once we reached here, they totally denied that they wont be able to help, still we understood their things we told them atleast provide a place for keeping our luguage to which they certainly provided us. Once we were back to hotel and asked the reception guy that if he can provide us a room for 1 hour as we wanted to rest and we were ready to pay for the same to which he totally denied that no we dont have a room when entire hotel have so ***y vacant rooms. Atleast hotel ***agement should have basic hu*** decency to gove their guest the most memorable stay instead of spoiling the trip.
Pathetic experience. Also they dont have basic eminity of dustbin in the rooms, their health faucet was broke, they don't even provide basic toiletries also.
After few minutes we again went to him and asked him what will be the charges for 1 hour and he asked for Rs.600 and we booked this hotel for a days in 850! Comm'on guys like seriously?
Won't ever recommend this hotel as the reception guy is not at all helpful.
The room was not very spacious, and the bed was about the size of a single or semi-single.
I booked it because it was introduced as having ”the best breakfast,” but it was just an ordinary Indian breakfast.
For lunch, they had Western-style? dishes, and the photos looked nice, so it was disappointing.
I think the price is due to the location—only 7 minutes by car from the airport—but since I had no plans to go to the airport this time, it just felt like an overpriced hotel.

For the money, one of the best hotels in the city. Clean, the staff is very friendly and tactful. We took the full board system, so here is the perfect buffet for this seemingly small amount of money
Conveniently located near the airport. The room I stayed in was very small with a bed and it was like a Japanese business hotel. But it was clean, quiet and I could sleep well. The shower also came out immediately with a lot of hot water. Next to the big road, but I didn't mind the noise. Breakfast was also sufficient content and type. Above all, the room rate is cheap, so it is excellent in cost performance. Mumbai was saved because the room rate was very high.
A pleasant stay at IBIS HOTEL BKC MUMBAI. Clean accomodation, we are well taken care by friendly and attentive staff through out our stay here .. especially the housekeeping team of Ramesh and Sayali. This is a highly recommended hotel. Breakfast was nice and fresh. Room service orders are fresh and good.
1. Decent hotel for the price and location
2. The staff is friendly
3. Breakfast is great - so don’t miss it
4. For the price, amenities could have been better (like slippers etc)
5. TV works
6. The room is clean, but a little small
7. The snacks kept in the room are not complimentary - only the after bottles are complimentary
8. The view is not great in all the rooms - half the rooms open towards a central courtyard (so privacy isn’t great in those rooms and the windows cannot be opened)
9. No balcony in rooms
Wonderful Experience! This was our second time staying at this property. Very positive vibes, feels so calm and lovely. The yoga studio adds a different charm to this place. Beautiful open garden/Lawn, makes you feel like you’re at some hill station.
A good hotel. Everything is just like in the photos: newly renovated, two floors, and a reception area with a kitchen. The walls are certainly cardboard (like most hotels in India, I suppose), but everything else was positive. An Indian breakfast (spicy), coffee, and masala chai were included. The staff was very attentive, and they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. 😊
The room was cleaned every few days, and they delivered bottles of water, air conditioning, and a bathtub.
I definitely recommend it! I didn't think I'd find such a nice, fresh place for such a low price!

MMiguel CL TsaiThe hotel service is very good, and the equipment is quite new. However, the elevator is slow to respond. Many times, I thought it had sensed the room card, but it ended up running to another floor. The food is good, but the lack of bacon is the only regret.
EElena KrvWe stayed for one night before a cruise.
The hotel is tired, but cozy. The windows overlooked the neighboring building, so it was quiet. We were able to sleep well after a sleepless night the night before due to the flight. There is a dental kit in the bathroom, a tea set and water in the room.
The breakfast is unusual, but you can choose something suitable.
Everything that was cheaper at the time of booking looked much sadder from the photos.
Very convenient location. We walked around all the sights, Churchgate station is nearby, from where you can get to the Dhobi Ghat laundry and the Dharavi slums.
The only thing I didn't like was that when we entered, they almost snatched our suitcases and hands from us to carry them to the room, although we resisted, and when we were taken to the room, we gave 100 rupees, the porter looked at us as if we gave him 1 rupee. We did not need his service and did not withdraw money in principle.

__M1380807****The room was clean and quiet, and the location was particularly ideal - 100 meters to the cruise ship terminal to the elephant cave, 20 minutes to the promenade, walking distance from the Victorian complex.
Highly recommended.
GGuest Userfront office was very helpful, done arrangements for my travel to drop me @ station from hotel, as I was with my little once. But cleaning should be improve when we check in bedding was very dirty in occupancy room. Room TV was not working, bathroom was very stinky.
TtripsyHotel Monarch in Navi Mumbai offers a comfortable and convenient stay with a blend of modern amenities and warm hospitality. I recently stayed here for a business trip and was impressed by the quality of service and the hotel's facilities.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, featuring comfortable beds, efficient air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. The modern decor and thoughtful touches, like a well-stocked minibar and a safe, added to the overall comfort. The staff was attentive and responsive, ensuring that all my needs were promptly addressed.
Dining at the hotel was a pleasant experience, with a variety of options available at the in-house restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of both local and international dishes, providing a great start to the day.
The hotel’s location is another advantage, with easy access to key business areas and transportation links in Navi Mumbai. Additionally, the amenities such as the business center and meeting rooms were well-equipped and served my professional needs effectively.
Overall, Hotel Monarch is a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers seeking a reliable and comfortable stay in Navi Mumbai. I would definitely recommend it for its excellent service and convenient location.
GGuest UserActually it was really bad experience, I booked it for my friend, it was dirty, with cockroaches and hair all over .my friend made a deal with them about the refund, it supposed to go to my account as i paid for that , amd they never did . Not recommend to stay there . I know 200$ it’s a lot for someone in India , but hell , do what you promised!!!
PPANCHALIf you traveling solo or family then I don't recommend this place. Bathrooms is not hygienic at all. Room is dusty. food is good , view from restaurant is also good but restaurant staff is not professional they will stare at you while eating food. View from room is good. Room amenities not provided. And charges are high too. Nearby to war memorial and cricket stadium. Hotel staff help to arrange cabs . But I will recommend search other
GGuest UserThis hotel is really good. By Indian standards, it's absolutely fantastic! Everything was clean: the bed linen, the towels. The furniture and plumbing were in good condition, and everything worked perfectly. The location is convenient, very close to a metro station, and you can walk to the most beautiful Victorian-era buildings. The staff are very attentive, always ready to help and answer any questions. For breakfast, they prepared omelets, fried eggs, various pastries, and local dishes – in short, you could get a very satisfying meal.
We weren't entirely lucky with our room (410, on the first floor of the building next to the main one): it had no window and was very humid, so sleeping on a damp bed wasn't very pleasant. We'd wake up in complete darkness even when the sun was shining brightly outside. Also, right next to our door, something was making a lot of noise in the evenings, like a washing machine or some kind of pump. And overall, we could hear conversations, mobile phone calls, etc., very clearly from outside the door. We didn't discover all these drawbacks right away, so we decided not to ask for another room, as we really didn't want to move our things back and forth. But to future guests, I'd like to recommend: if they give you room 410, it's best to immediately ask to be moved somewhere else.
FFRITZ GERALDTo be honest, I booked 2 Days before arrival for 08-11JAN25. There was nothing less 100 USD per night in Colaba. With my booking I was requesting a room with Kingsize bed on a higher floor. I got a Twin Room on lower floor! After complaining, the Manager Lady gave me a King Bed Room - but still 3. Floor! Guys, don't live on that low level at all! It was noicy all day and all night! Just between 02-05 AM I could sleep a bit! I think. lower then 6. Floor there is no daylight, no quietness and no chance to open the windows! No View of course (especailly no sea view as mentioned in the hotel description here)!
At the end I enjoyed it a bit, cause most of the time I was outside Hotel anyway.
A Hotelroom should be a heaven of peace, comfort and quietness!
Last night both of my neighbor rooms where occupied with locals (men). I was in the middle! Talking, Drinking, cooking Rice and clapping the doors permanently! Crazy! So, be careful guys when booking this Hotel! Even its New (just 1 year old now)!
