3-Star Hotels in Maharashtra, India

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport, but even 750 meters is too far to walk with luggage, especially with the broken-up road. The hotel itself looked decent from the outside and the room was nice, but it was incredibly dirty. The floor was sticky, covered in crumbs and hair... it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned at all.

We checked in at 1am in night and before that we had a word with someone from hotel that can we check out at 3pm next day as we will be leaving 3pm, that time the staff said that okay you come down here and then we settle things up for you. Once we reached here, they totally denied that they wont be able to help, still we understood their things we told them atleast provide a place for keeping our luguage to which they certainly provided us. Once we were back to hotel and asked the reception guy that if he can provide us a room for 1 hour as we wanted to rest and we were ready to pay for the same to which he totally denied that no we dont have a room when entire hotel have so ***y vacant rooms. Atleast hotel ***agement should have basic hu*** decency to gove their guest the most memorable stay instead of spoiling the trip. Pathetic experience. Also they dont have basic eminity of dustbin in the rooms, their health faucet was broke, they don't even provide basic toiletries also. After few minutes we again went to him and asked him what will be the charges for 1 hour and he asked for Rs.600 and we booked this hotel for a days in 850! Comm'on guys like seriously? Won't ever recommend this hotel as the reception guy is not at all helpful.

The room was not very spacious, and the bed was about the size of a single or semi-single. I booked it because it was introduced as having ”the best breakfast,” but it was just an ordinary Indian breakfast. For lunch, they had Western-style? dishes, and the photos looked nice, so it was disappointing. I think the price is due to the location—only 7 minutes by car from the airport—but since I had no plans to go to the airport this time, it just felt like an overpriced hotel. ---------- 部屋はそれほど広くなくシングルかセミシングル程度のベッドサイズであった。 「最高の朝食」と紹介されていたので予約したが、普通のインドの朝食だった。 ランチには欧米風？のメニューもあり、写真も良さげだったので残念。 空港から車で7分の立地のためこの値段なのだと思われるが、今回は空港に行く予定が無かったので、ただの割高なビジネスホテルと感じた。

For the money, one of the best hotels in the city. Clean, the staff is very friendly and tactful. We took the full board system, so here is the perfect buffet for this seemingly small amount of money

Conveniently located near the airport. The room I stayed in was very small with a bed and it was like a Japanese business hotel. But it was clean, quiet and I could sleep well. The shower also came out immediately with a lot of hot water. Next to the big road, but I didn't mind the noise. Breakfast was also sufficient content and type. Above all, the room rate is cheap, so it is excellent in cost performance. Mumbai was saved because the room rate was very high.

A pleasant stay at IBIS HOTEL BKC MUMBAI. Clean accomodation, we are well taken care by friendly and attentive staff through out our stay here .. especially the housekeeping team of Ramesh and Sayali. This is a highly recommended hotel. Breakfast was nice and fresh. Room service orders are fresh and good.

The room is clean, but a little small 7. The snacks kept in the room are not complimentary - only the after bottles are complimentary 8. The view is not great in all the rooms - half the rooms open towards a central courtyard (so privacy isn’t great in those rooms and the windows cannot be opened) 9. No balcony in rooms

Wonderful Experience! This was our second time staying at this property. Very positive vibes, feels so calm and lovely. The yoga studio adds a different charm to this place. Beautiful open garden/Lawn, makes you feel like you’re at some hill station.

A good hotel. Everything is just like in the photos: newly renovated, two floors, and a reception area with a kitchen. The walls are certainly cardboard (like most hotels in India, I suppose), but everything else was positive. An Indian breakfast (spicy), coffee, and masala chai were included. The staff was very attentive, and they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. 😊 The room was cleaned every few days, and they delivered bottles of water, air conditioning, and a bathtub. I definitely recommend it! I didn't think I'd find such a nice, fresh place for such a low price!
