Great choice, first-time facilities, Arturo's attention to the Lo by Bar, the staff of the Wine & Steak Restaurant and the food made the experience spectacular, the Cheff was personally at the table and I could express him how excellent it was Absolutely everything...!!

We're so excited to come to PV for the very first time and also first time with the Hyatt Hotel Group as well we might be a little bit have a higher expectation but overall the check in process was smooth and very easy we got the room early upon arrival the reception is very attentive but we will not going to return here again one thing I like to give a credited to this hotel is the location very convenient with almost private beaches stunning view but the service is up and down all the time during our 3 night stay especially the one at the main pool the waiter who walking to ask for a drink he only asked the white people obviously I'm an Asian who sat in the Sun Lounger in between the two white ladies he kept coming back and ask those two lady for any more drinks services but never ask me he treat me like I'm a ghost who never existing there I was so disappointed, The food # the Italian restaurant we try out on the first night was the worse the most terrible horrible extremely ridiculous the test was super nasty we never ever want to go back to that restaurant ever again the pineapple juice taste like water with some of the pineapple scent an orange juice is very fake color is like very light yellow almost like water but it was terrifying # The Sushi restaurant is just on average # The Mexican restaurant although Not so bad at all #The the one that we really love the most is the steakhouse the service excellent the food is the most delicious and the other one is the buffet that we recommend it, The house keeping I have to kept bucking the reception to tell them come and clean my room but they never do we ran out of the toilet pepper they never spare anything in our room unless I have to ask for once you missed the morning cleaning room you will missed it for the whole day they will never return to check to your room ever again, Another downside is the hotel is always under construction and outside by the walkway is very loud at night but not the whole night one thing I really hate about this place they claim they're 5 star hotel but I will give them only 4 or even less All the public restroom throughout the property are very dirty smells so stinky everywhere you're trying to use it's very very ridiculous the hotel itself are dated, Well overall I would say we enjoyed this stays because of the stunning beach view beautiful sunshine everyday again if you ask me would I be back here I would say ”NO”

Although the hotel is old, it is still relatively clean. The exhibition hall is across the street. I have to praise the breakfast here. There are many varieties. Later, I went to hotels in other cities in Mexico. The breakfast was really different from here, especially the vegetable juice. I had to have a cup every day. Later, the vegetable juice I drank in other hotels was really hard to describe, not only in appearance but also in taste. Highly recommended.

The hotel service is warm, the food is fresh, the taste is many, and you can also order a variety of scrambled eggs and omelets. The transportation is also convenient, there is a restaurant downstairs, safe and clean. It’s a bit old, the elevator floor button sometimes collapses.

It is a great hotel, the rooms are awesome and friendly staff. Great evening entertainment. Roof top gastro bar with pool has fantastic city views and delicious food and drink selection. One note to the management - The rooftop area should have a smoking area since it's open air, asking to go down 26 floors each time you want a smoke is NOT ok when you are enjoying a few cocktails, listening to music, and spending time there.

The room is nice and the location is convenient. There is a shopping district nearby. There are also many good restaurants downstairs. The only downside is that the hot water temperature is not high enough. I can only take a shower in the morning.

Generally speaking, this all-inclusive hotel can only be said to be a decent stay, so don't have any high expectations. Hotel🏨: The hotel is a bit old, which can be clearly felt in the rooms and all facilities. This aspect actually doesn't matter, after all, this kind of thing is inevitable. The facilities are all available, it's just a matter of the senses. The only highlight of this stay was the service. The employees here are very friendly and don't look bad. Food: Not so great here. Restaurant hygiene needs to be improved because flies and mosquitoes are highly visible (be sure to bring mosquito repellent). The food styles are all the same. The steaks eaten in French cuisine are exactly the same as those eaten in the steakhouse the day before. The presentation is the same🤣. When they walked to the restaurant where the topic was placed, they all ate about the same amount. The food tastes good, but the variety is not that great. Beach 🏖️: Incomparable to Cancun, the beach here is not the white beach like Cancun. The beach in Puerto Vallarta is darker and has more stones (at least this hotel's beach is like this) Near the hotel: There is a shopping mall 10 minutes up or down from the hotel. There is a Gong Cha milk tea shop nearby within walking distance. Supermarkets and oxxo convenience stores are not far from the hotel. The streetscape is not very fancy but it is still safe for the president. I took my daughter out for a walk and didn't feel any danger. As long as you're walking on the street, there's really no problem.

The room is small, the facilities are qualified, and the service is first-class. It is a niche five-star hotel and very comfortable!

The hotel is located in a commercial center. Eating, shopping and strolling can meet daily needs. There is also a large supermarket downstairs. The fruit is very fresh. The hotel check-in is fast and the service is very good.

It was great! 100% recommendable! Good treat! Delicious food! Very friendly as a 5* q is! All a luxury! I repeat
