Room cleaner forgot my room one day. The airport service person ignored me when I asked a question. Otherwise, all employees were friendly and helpful. Appreciated the fast check-in. The safe in the room. The comfortable bed. The prompt elevators. The room temp was perfect and the room was quiet with plenty of space for a solo traveler. Internet was excellent. Breakfast looked good but I ate offsite. As I eat a light breakfast and the hotel breakfast buffet was 50 soles.
Breakfast is good. The front desk is very welcoming. The taxi master is also very Nice. Don’t bargain, it’s cheaper than calling it yourself. Nice hotel.
The night shift front desk staff was not friendly. When we asked for hot water, one of the female employees turned around and asked another female employee (who should be at a higher level). The senior employee just sat there and shook her head and said no. Her attitude was very bad and she seemed to be indifferent and had no intention of providing any assistance. The hotel has air conditioning, which is great in the hot summer. There are steps to the hotel reception. Filtered drinking water is provided. Breakfast only has basic toast, ham, eggs, coffee, salad and fruit.
General environment, older facilities, better service attitude, good hygiene, general environment, older facilities, better service attitude, very good hygiene, general environment, older facilities, better service attitude, very good hygiene , The price is mid-range, and the online booking price is still relatively high.
We had a pleasant stay at the Ibis Hotel in Lima. The location is very central and convenient, with many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The hotel is well soundproofed, which made the stay quiet and comfortable.
The rooms are on the smaller side, but they work fine for two adults. The staff was helpful whenever we needed assistance. One thing to note is that the rooms do not include a kettle or mini-fridge, which may be inconvenient for some travelers.
Overall, it’s a good, reliable option for a short stay in Lima, especially if you value location and a quiet room.
The room is clean and modern. The location is great, with a view of the sea. The service is thoughtful, the breakfast is very good, with a lot of variety, and the price is worth it. The front desk also gave two drink coupons for the seaside restaurant. In the evening, it was very comfortable to sit inside and watch the sunset.
It's a quick Uber ride from the airport to the hotel.
There is a small shop next to it, and you can find Chinese food in 8-10 minutes' walk.
Breakfast is enough.
The Wi-Fi works well and the front desk is friendly.

JJorgethe hotel is located right in the historical city center at walking distance to main attractions, the staff is very supportive, we have to leave our suitcases for 3 days and they kept it at the reception without extra charge.
LLady KwenadiI recently stayed at the Ibis Budget Hotel in Lima and was very impressed with the overall experience. The hotel is clean, modern, and perfectly designed for travelers on a budget who don’t want to compromise on comfort.
The room was cozy with all the essentials — comfortable bed, air conditioning, and reliable Wi-Fi. Check-in was quick and the staff were friendly and professional, offering helpful advice about local transport and attractions.
Its location is convenient for exploring Lima, with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants. The value for money here is excellent, especially considering the quality and service.
If you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel in Lima with good facilities and a hassle-free stay, Ibis Budget is a top pick!
GGuest UserWe had an easy late night check in. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to most of what we needed. The kids enjoyed the game room and breakfast was delicious with a variety of foods.
EElisha92Location is good. Breakfast is perfect, there are plenty of choices. However, the downside is the bathroom design, which feels a bit awkward and not very safe for woman. There were 2 bathrooms in the dorm i stayed in, but neither had a place to hang clothes inside, and one of the locks was broke. I had to hang my clothes outside the bathroom, in the space between the two bathrooms.

GGuest UserPerfect location! Plenty of nearby establishments that really help make the stay convenient. The room was super new, and the bathroom was spotless with a powerful shower. Every detail was exactly as shown in the listing photos. I'll definitely be back multiple times.
FFeinimoshuI booked a standard room and upgraded it to an executive suite for free for more than 1,000 yuan. A big surprise on the last day of 2023~ After visiting seven countries in South America, my favorite country was Brunei and my most hated country was Chile.
GGuest UserThe housekeeping mad mostly a very good job, the cleaning in my room was good.
Shower was also quite good.
They had also a massage chair in the lobby, which I really enjoyed.
But sometimes they put to much cleanser (chemicals)on that device, so that my shirt and my neck smelled after using, very strong like chemicals.
That was bad.
Breakfast was tasty.
