Convenient location. Bus, tram, and train right on your doorstep. Lidl in the basement! Parking in the underground car park is easy, but the €11 price is a bit steep... but it's safe! Awesome breakfast! Highly recommended. The gym is showing its age, not bad, but not good either... The only real drawback... the ladies who clean the rooms are ”very, very perfunctory.” Otherwise, highly recommended!

The hotel's location in the Old Town is fantastic, right next to the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, making it super convenient for exploring the Old Town. On the flip side, it's a bit of a distance from the train station, which could be tough if you're lugging suitcases, especially in heavy snow. The breakfast selection was decent and quite tasty. We were given a connecting room, and I specifically mentioned my concern about potential noise. Luckily, our neighbors were quiet, and we didn't hear a peep at night. The room itself was quite spacious, but I felt the chaise lounge took up valuable space. It would have been perfect if it were replaced with a small round table and two chairs. There's a kettle in the room, but no complimentary water. I couldn't find a water dispenser on the second floor, and the one in the gym wasn't working. Other than that, everything else was great!

You could go downtown by tram or bus. However, the tram departure time was a bit long. Of course, you can walk downtown, but it takes about 30 minutes. The accommodation seemed a bit old and not that clean, but it was usable.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The is super convenient—close to public transport, restaurants, and main attractions. The room was clean, quiet, and had all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Highly recommended for both short and longer stays.

Great value hotel in the old town. The hotel was lovely and clean. We stayed in a standard room, it had a double bed, sofa, coffee table, balcony tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was buffet style and very very busy. We only used it once. Much nicer places to eat a short 5/10 mins in the centre.

The room was good, even if a bit small for two people, the water pressure was weak. They have a laundry you can use, which is an advantage. BUT! The communication is very bad, especially for the hotel without reception. They didn’t send me check-in instructions in advance, and I had to have a written communication with trip.com support on my arrival day for the whole day to get them, which is unacceptable. And also, even though they say they have 24/7 support, the hotel responded to me about my inquiry only the next day. They were nice to let us check-in later, but we needed this information earlier than we received it.

Delicious breakfast in the home climate, only unfortunately all the smells (fried barbecue especially) enter into clothes - hehe, as in the house where you eat meat. The use of space makes rooms quite small but climate-friendly. Neighbors can hear very well, as well as sounds from the bathroom, so it will not always be used. The bathroom would be a little more conscience cleaning of the ”cabin cabin” of the shower and some items could be refreshed / renovated. Support is helpful and sympathetic, and the idea of place and use of space has understood. One/two nights tranquility, longer stay only ”for night stay”.

The room was clean and tidy, especially the bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a bottle of shower shampoo with ginseng essence, a large and a small towel, a fixed hair dryer and toilet paper. No slippers and toothbrush toothpaste. The room has a fan, coffee tea bags, and a kettle. The hotel is two supermarkets, the cheapest brand supermarket and Carrefour that locals like. The hotel is the bus stop, you can 4.8 yuan one-way to the central train station, etc., or 6 yuan 75 minutes bus light rail and other interchange. The nearest Italian restaurant is 1.5 kilometers, but the front desk will help order food, there are delicious pizza and Polish dishes. Overall, the breakfast is very good, the front desk is very good and the transportation is convenient.

Location, room, service, breakfast, price is very satisfied, if it is not a hurry, I would like to stay one more night. Recommended to Gdansk!

As a solo female traveller arriving at 1am from the airport I felt the location was off the beaten track and felt uncomfortable arriving so late. The hotel room was very clean. Nothing was plugged in though and had put stuff in the fridge overnight not realising that it wasn't plugged in! Lots of towels and nice to have a hairdryer provided. The shower did not drain the water so you are paddling in water, then it slowly drained after I had got out of the shower. I felt safe and secure once in the bedroom.
