It’s a nice place to stay with an interesting concept of prefab buildings. The area is right at the dock with a lot of history. The staff was kind and helpful.

The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good, and the location is very close to Gothenburg city center station. There are also many tram and bus stops nearby, which is very convenient. I think the breakfast is not bad.

The service was good. Our card didn't work for the door. The staff helped us change it and came up to the room to make sure the card worked. The breakfast was good. Could have had a fridge and AC in the room. Otherwise everything was great

Quite a special unexpected but very positive experience. An old boat with a unique 70-80s vibe, but very clean, nice shower and great breakfast, which cannot be overrated in pricey Sweden. Should note that there are no personnel in the evening, so check-in is via the phone desk. Overall - recommended..

Very good experience in the Scandic Laholmen hotel ideally located in Strömstad: near the city centre and just above the port to take the boat to the Koster Islands.
The hotel restaurant is very good as well as the cocktails !

Very good location, very close to the city center. Travel is very convenient. The breakfast was great. The service staff is good and willing to help. The sleeping mat is comfortable, the only thing that is not used to it is that the bathroom in the room is too small. Office is not very convenient. Travel is very suitable.

MMr.Saif 赛义夫My recent stay at the Scandic Göteborg Central was a truly positive experience, largely thanks to its fantastic location and the excellent service provided. Being just a short, pleasant 10-minute walk from the central station was incredibly convenient. This made arriving and departing effortless, and exploring the city using public transport was a breeze. The service I encountered throughout the hotel was consistently great. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and any queries I had were addressed promptly and with genuine care. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the breakfast. The spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. From fresh pastries and bread to a selection of hot dishes, cereals, fruits, and yogurts, there was something for everyone. The quality of the food was also noteworthy, making for a delightful start to each day. Overall, the Scandic Göteborg Central offered a comfortable and convenient base for my time in Gothenburg. Its perfect location near the central station, coupled with the great service and delicious breakfast, made for a memorable and enjoyable stay. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

GGuest UserThere weren't many hotels to stay for family trips. There is a room for 4 people, so I made a reservation right away. Unlike other hotels, the two-story room was unique. There's a room on the first floor. There are two rooms on the second floor, which can accommodate a total of four people. On the dinner soup buffet there was not much to eat for the price(209kr), but the breakfast buffet was excellent. The Lunch was 149 kr. Lunch was good. The view is good because there is a hotel right in front of the river. I was a little uncomfortable because there were no curtains in the bathroom window. I think it need curtains for the bathroom window. Free parking is very good!

GGuest UserNice new building, easy check in with electronic locks. The location is amazing. Parking for a fee right in front. Quiet and comfortable. Excellent bed. The only downside was the kitchen equipment was pretty sparse. Don't plan on any elaborate meal preparation there unless you bring or buy some things. Nice big Co-Op supermarket a 5 minute walk away. Other than that, highly recommended and great value.

The bathroom we had was not as functional as I would have liked, lack of shelving within the shower for your own amenities.
