3-Star Hotels in Miyazaki Prefecture, Japan

This feels more like a self-service business hotel, but its location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of Miyazaki. The hotel offers great amenities like a microwave and laundry room, which are really handy. We had breakfast at the hotel; the quality was average, but they had a wide variety of fresh vegetables, which helped us get our greens and fiber for the day. We stayed for three nights, and Miyazaki truly exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness, tranquility, comfort, and pleasant climate. The people are warm and genuine, and things are affordable. It's a perfect place for a relaxing getaway!

From 3 PM to 8 PM, there was a wonderful complimentary service offering not only coffee and juice but also shochu mixed drinks. While the snacks were limited in quantity and gone by late evening, I was perfectly satisfied as I was able to enjoy a couple of alcoholic beverages at my leisure. Although the building and facilities feel a bit dated, I highly recommend this business hotel, especially for those who enjoy a drink or want to relax right after arrival.

Location: The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly opposite the JR station, making transportation incredibly convenient. Service: The staff were enthusiastic and provided attentive service. Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive and well-equipped, and the showerhead provided an excellent water flow. Cleanliness: It was clean and comfortable, with thoughtful, home-style service.

Miyazaki is a small city so getting around is not difficult if you stay in this hotel. There is a few local buses to the hotel from the JR Miyazaki station. Within walking distance of 10min you can find almost everything from shopping to izakaya. The best part I like is the sauna and hot spring. It has outdoor and indoor hot spring baths and sauna. Amenities in the public bath is complete with lotion, tonic, hair gel, shaving form and even towel is provided so you don't need to bring your own. Overall, a great hotel.

The hotel cleanliness is spotless, the facilities are above average in Japan (such as the onsen), the breakfast is healthy and delicious and the staff is extremely helpful. I had a pleasant time in Miyazaki and the hotel made feel like at home.

🛌 The room was perfectly suited for two people, even with two large pieces of luggage. A minor drawback was that the air conditioning felt a bit warm. 🌬️ 🏨 The hotel’s location near the JR train station and the shopping area is just a 15-minute walk. 🚙 Parking is available in the basement for 1000 Yen per night. I’d recommend dropping off luggage at the entrance before parking for convenience. 👩🏻💼 The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more comfortable.

Hotel located at the heart of the city where the covered market is just 200m away. Many eateries and a supermarket also within the range of 200m. Very convenient. Hotel provides breakfast and timing is good from 6.30-11am. Good for people that prefer a relaxing morning. The only minus point is room doesn’t come with kettle so there is no way to have hot coffee unless one buys it at the breakfast table. (Coffee is chargeable while breakfast is free) Highly recommended.

The location is excellent, in the middle of the city and close to restaurants and shops.  The service is also good.  Breakfast is great with many varieties.

There's a parking garage next to the hotel. Was offered free parking by the staff at check-in which is a bonus. It's at a central area with many restaurants nearby. Room is the typical Japanese size and standard which is sufficient for 1 night stay. Staff are friendly. there's a max value supermarket just around the corner.

It is a cozy hotel with new and clean feeling. Miyakonojo seems to be focusing on Christmas illuminations throughout the city, but this hotel was also illuminated and exciting. The first floor is a fashionable market, the third floor is a reception, and the restaurant is also on the third floor. It seems that it is open for hours other than breakfast, and there were large terrace seats. The breakfast buffet is rich in variety and has delicious dishes.
