The room and facilities are very good and the breakfast is rich. There is a problem. Stayed for three days and once did hygiene. In addition, it arrived at three in the morning and waited for a long time to open the door.
Overall, it was a good experience. It was conveniently located, within walking distance of the River Walk and the San Anthony Cathedral light show. I also visited the Battle of the Alamo and the 18th-century Spanish Mission historical site – all very nice! 👍 The hotel parking was a bit of a mess. The parking spaces along the wall next to the hotel are for Platinum members, and the road in front of the hotel is a one-way street. After one traffic light, the parking spaces for regular customers are next to a Domino's fast food restaurant on the right. Parking along the wall will get you a ticket from the police.
Upon arrival, the staff tried to charge us an additional fee for early check-in without even checking our reservation first. In reality, our reservation had been active since the day before. The room didn't have a hairdryer. Furthermore, when we were leaving, the only elevator was out of order, so we had to carry our luggage down the stairs. It's worth mentioning that the hotel offers an airport shuttle service. However, the hotel didn't respond to any of the messages we left through Trip or the emails we sent, so we were never able to arrange a pick-up. The location is good and convenient, about a 10-minute drive from the airport. I would only recommend it if you need to get to the airport quickly.

The hotel was in the best location downtown. I was able to easily find street parking next to the hotel with the city meter. I stayed Sunday and parking was free but the main entrance was locked due to construction I believe. My only “complaint” is having to access the room via another hotel, but it was manageable. I was able to walk to popular spots like 6th street in minutes and walked to the Moody Center for a concert. There were many places to visit nearby with many attractions nearby. Overall great hotel!
The Ramada by Wyndham Houston presents a highly variable experience. Positives consistently highlight the friendly, helpful staff and the convenient location, especially for airport access. However, the hotel often shows its age.
Expect inconsistent room conditions; maintenance issues, outdated decor, and occasional cleanliness concerns are common complaints. It serves as a practical, budget-focused option, but you should prepare for a potentially mixed stay where excellent service balances structural wear and tear.

Great stay walking distance to the NRG Stadium and many places to eat! The hotel has a bar onsite to pregame before heading to my event! Great staff and super friendly.
The hotel is next to the riverwalk, next to the station, CVS, the front desk does not speak Chinese, the clean and tidy location is very good, the building is very historic and very characteristic. The variety of buffets in the morning is not too much.
Easy check in and out. Generous breakfast and dinner were included and we had a nice view of the Riverwalk while eating our meals. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. You could just sink into the beds they were so comfortable. I loved the amount of pillows and how comfortable they were. Wish I could've brought one home with me. Didn't get in the pool, but it was nice just sitting out by it.
Only downside of this hotel is the parking is valey only. Other than that, their location is perfect and we had a wonderful stay even if it was only one night. I also liked the hotel has laundry rooms in different floors. It is not much but it is a great difference when you are traveling with a toddler for a long time.
Any way, I can easily recommend this hotel. If you are okay with puplic parking while staying which I believe will cost almost 75% of the hotels valey price, you don't have to pay for private parking either.

RRMA36Everything was as expected. Free breakfast, laundry room and even better with suites and some day fast food restaurants in walking distance.
QQinglianmiaoFacilities: Not bad, quite new, but a bit abstract is that he is a suite hotel, there is no stove, there is a microwave oven, and he can cook with a microwave oven. .
Hygiene: Hygiene can be quite clean
Environment: The environment is good, but there are construction sites around, a bit noisy in the morning
Service: This breakfast is better than Huanpeng, I like this very much
HH KBreraThis the worst ripoff I ever had, the pictures are deceiving no such thing like a resort and or Hotel, this is more likely a 5th level motel so deceiving so highly priced for the real rooms quality. The phone line was death, I had to walk in to the lobby for service , I will rate this place - 1000 if it was possible , location is great but no quality parking control anybody can drive in and use a suppose to be a private beach for the guests, at check
Put time I asked for some kind of reference # and or statement and I was told to ask trip.com for my check out time and or check out statement after this lack
Of honesty ripoff I was highly concerned to be charge for extra time and or incidentals I never used and when I ask for some kind of evidence and or printout statement they call security to kick me out and if they didn’t was because Inturned my phone camera on
GGuest UserGreat location. Room was nice and clean. Had a basketball court which was awesome for me. And the receptionist Latisha was excellent and very helpful. Will definitely recommend.
GGuest UserEveryone was super friendly, our room was clean and “the best room ever” according to our kids. We were super happy with our stay and we will definitely return!
LLIJUNThe breakfast is very simple, there is nothing to eat, just join in. They have an airport shuttle bus to Dallas love field airport, from 6 am to 10 pm. Others are ok, the hotel is quite satisfactory.

LLucy KavzLoved our stay here it was great and fast to check in and we absolutely loved the space in our room. The cleanliness was phenomenal and I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. This is my favorite hotel so far! It was so convenient and we had enough space to relax and enjoy some TV and tons of storage space like a hutch AND closet. I'm very picky with certain things and this hotel checked off all my boxers.
