This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. Hotel was about 10 mins walk from the Victoria metro station. Along the way, there are many shops and cafes, making it a very pleasant walk. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Hotel has a lift and was able to provide kettle and cups upon request. It was a good sized room, was spacious and clean same as the bathroom. Wifi was strong and the heater was nice and warm. We enjoyed our stay.
Receptionist ARTEMIS simply The Best.
Very polite, competent, professional and welcoming.
Congratulations to the hotel for having ARTEMIS on your staff. 👏👏👏👏

The hotel has a service that has never encountered before. It requires guests to leave the key to the front desk every time they leave. It may be worried that the guests will lose the trouble, or they may worry that the guests will insert the card in the room and take the key away. I think this service is good, and the keys are not included in the tolerance.
The surrounding area is typical old and shabby, and I am a little worried about entering and leaving in the morning and evening. There are many strange people all the way.
The hotel is in a great location, close to everything you can eat, and a 15-minute walk to the beach. The hotel is cozy and comfortable, and the staff is very polite and helpful with any questions.
However, I'd also like to point out that a kettle and dishes (glasses and spoons) would be a good idea in the rooms.
The shower is very small, so you can't turn around, and you're afraid of water spilling all over the floor. The shower is designed for thin and small people, and I'm not one of them 🤣
The best experience lies in its refrigerator, which makes them special from any other similar hostels in Athens. Considering the price, everything is theoretically Impeccable, beds are good, bathrooms are good, air-conditioning is good, staff are dood.
Not bad, affordable, with a small balcony. Put the door of the room at the front desk when you enter and exit. It is far away from the E7 port of the blue star company. A taxi is required. Breakfast starts at 6 o'clock at the front desk. A taxi service can be provided. The service fee is 0.5 Euro. The odometer shows the fare of 4 Euro and the luggage ticket is 1 Euro.

Decent hotel and 2 mins walk from Omonia station. Area is rough with homeless and people on ***** but was told that it is safe to walk to Omnia station and back before 9pm as people wont disturb you. No issues in my 3 nights stay and i was back in the hotel before dark.
Keys have to be deposited with the staff before leave the hotel and collected when you are back. They will verify the room number against your name.
The landlord here is very good and will care about whether there are missing and insufficient items! It is also very convenient for check-in and check-out. The bathroom is a bit small and shared, but there is a shared kitchen living room and balcony to use. At this price, the overall CP value is high, which is a good choice for solo travel. The whole community is quiet, some distance from the city center, but it is very close to the station, so it is highly recommended if you want to walk around in a hurry!
A cheap and good hotel with convenient transportation. I discovered the most delicious pork burrito shop in Athens so far on the road next door. I ate two of them before I was satisfied. There is also a church next to it.

I stayed in a single room on floor 4. The room was clean and had a window. The windows opened. There was a new fridge in the room that was fantastic and I was able to have ice cold drinks. The bathroom was small but had everything I needed. The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels and linens provided. The cleaner was very nice. There was enough room for all my bags, it was snug but very good for the price. I ate breakfast every morning. It was a really nice breakfast room. The breakfast is basic but everything is very fresh and nicely presented. Floor 1 had a strong scent of tobacco and I assumed it was the smoking floor. Floor 4 where I stayed was very quiet and I didn’t smell smoke at all. As a non smoking so traveller I have to have theses needs met! The reception staff were very friendly and polite. The hotel is central it’s only a 20 min walk to all the Athens highlights. It’s a great walk too! Lots of interesting shops! The Archeological museum is only a short walk from the hotel so well placed. The train station main line is only 15 min walk too. There’s a great place to have a full dinner just round the corner for around 12 euros which is great value. I loved the shopping in the area. A very comfy stay I would definitely come back. As a solo female traveller I felt quite safe at the hotel. It is a basic clean hotel and at a budget price. The images attached are of the things mentioned including pictures of the room.

GGuest UserIt was a good stay for the price. Close to the station, towels are exchanged every day, and there is a cheap and delicious kebab shop right by the side (diagonally in front). The man at the front desk was very kind.
However, the location is not very good first. The road from the station to the hotel is not so worried if it is not midnight, but it is not recommended for women. And if you go back to the hotel and go to the right about 3 blocks, you get to the dangerous zone of the Manila slums. There are all kinds of drug addicts.
And there is no shampoo or toothbrush in the room. Then, there is no shower curtain, so the toilet becomes rusty even if it enters how well.
But you can forgive me if you think about the price. Such a hotel.

RRaunaq GhoshThe hotel is located in a nice place. All the major attractions are 1 - 3 metro stops away, which hardly takes 10-15 mins from the gate of the hotel to the gate of the attraction. The staff is really nice, the person who was doing morning shift on 22nd gave me an early checkin, very kind of him. The lady in the night shift, I think her name is Lana, she is also very helpful. Caffe and restaurant near the hotel are nice, multiple options are there.
Now coming to the condition of the hotel - it’s not up to the basic standards. The rooms are very very old, the bathroom is in a pathetic condition ie old fittings, old marble (worst ). The building is in a mess. It looks like the hotel is not renovated since the time it was built. The lifts are scary. The lights in the room are dull. It’s better to book a hostel than this hotel in the same price point. There is a smell of chemicals on the
Hotel floors. The hotels next to this hotel are way way better, there are 3 4 of them in the same lane. PS - incase you want to use the aircon they’re gonna charge you 5 euros per day , though I really doubt that the aircon will work, but still. The heater in the room was also not working. In the night you don’t get hot water, it will only come in the morning.
GGuest UserAs for the location, about 5 minutes walk from Syntagma Square. Great location where you can also walk to major tourist spots. There is no problem with the surrounding security.
The room is narrow, and the shower booth is only about 60 cm square, but there is no way to think about the price.
Amenities are body soap and shampoo, soap, dryer, towels, bath towels (towels will be replaced for consecutive nights).
The walls are thin and can be heard in the next room and the bell of the cathedral (ring every 30 minutes), so it is not suitable for nervous people.
The rooftop is open 24 hours and can see the Acropolis.
Although it is undeniably old, the staff are friendly and kind, and considering the location and price, I want to stay again.
TtkuhnsI love the vibe of this place. Capsule-style bedding, no towels provided, but the downstairs area is pretty happening. A little bar/cafe down there seems to be a popular place to congregate and chill in the evenings, and the staff is super-nice and friendly. It's on a quiet street, within a 5 minute walk of a major metro station. Good value for the money if you're a solo traveler. I'd definitely stay here again.

BBazillionTruly 5/5. This place is everything. A perfect compliment that will made our Athens stay!
Lovely staff could not do enough for us and the location of 4m walk to the Acropolis metro and 15m to the Acropolis hill was unbeatable for us. The area was safe albeit touristy but we found locals spots with good prices an easy stroll away. Especiallly as the hotel was easy to find. We took a triple room and our friend said the sofa bed was very comfy. The room was spacious and quiet. The shower was exceptional and the bathroom modern and clean. Every day the staff refreshed our room and washed the dishes. The kitchenette included a microwave, industrial strength sandwich press and table and chairs in the bay window which allowed us to relax in the morning and evenings with our own snacks and beverages.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Very big thanks to the staff and owners.
JJponthemoveWe got an upgrade to a bigger room which was really nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. There’s a free street parking in front of the hotel. Many restaurants and shops in a walking distance from the hotel. Very close to the port to take the ferry to any island. The only negative thing we found was that we can hear the disturbing noise from the street and the walkway in front of the room almost all night.
BBUSSINESBudget hillside hotel in Acharnes beneath Mount Parnitha, about 15 km from central Athens; convenient for drivers via Attiki Odos, with free on‑site parking and a quieter suburban setting than downtown. Rooms are spacious for the price, many with balconies and mountain or city views; amenities typically include A/C, fridge, soundproofing, and 24‑hour room service, though décor is dated and maintenance varies by room. Seasonal outdoor pool and basic buffet breakfast add value, but guest feedback often cites inconsistent cleanliness and very simple breakfast quality—manage expectations versus the claimed 4‑star label. Staff are generally described as polite and helpful, making this a value pick for motorists or stopovers; less ideal if prioritizing central sightseeing or modern finishes—request higher floors and renovated rooms when booking.
GGuest UserThe hotel service is excellent, the staff are very nice and respectful, and the cleanliness is excellent, but the room is small and the facilities are old. The hotel’s location is close to everything.
