2-Star Hotels in Umbria, Italy

I have a lovely and peaceful stay though it was only for one night. I wouldn't leave unless I had a schedule next day. It is very close to Basilica di San Francesco and you can see a beautiful scenery of Assisi with the Basilica from your room. Facilities are a bit old but very clean. All of the staff was kind. Only the customer was talking too loud in the community room and their room at night because I could hear all of their talking. You would have very simple breakfast. Having said that, this might be a good choice if you did not expect a fancy hotel. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Staff very polite and helpful. He showed us and give us a map of the top city attractions and the walk itinerary to do. The hotel is quite charming, an old palace with frescoes ceiling. But you must like historic homes with their merits but also defects. Very good price for the location, in the city center, with parking (extra charge) , and only 15 minutes pleasant walk to reach the main fountain plaza.

The front desk was very enthusiastic. I knew that I was in China and I would say thank you in Chinese. I also taught her a sentence later. It was arranged in the upper bunk. The third floor was not too hard. There were several bathrooms. It was clean and the kitchen was OK. There were flying insects in the trash can.

Everything is nice except the staff in the reception area. She keeps claiming that breakfast is not included for my booking, until the booking detail is shown to her. The communication within the property needs to be improved as it may severely affect the experience

Location was perfect. Close to mini metro and situated within the old town. Has the basic amenities needed for short stays. My only issue was that you can hear the banging of doors and noise in the corridor inside your room. Other than that, it was a good stay.

The boss is enthusiastic. If you don't understand English, use a translator to solve the problem. Although there is no air conditioning, the electric fan is also very good. The room is large and the overall is good. The location is opposite the train station and it is convenient to take the scenic bus and train.

Great location. Very near all major attractions. Personnel was very friendly.

Excellent location, friendliness and kindness from the staff, nice spacious room, we had dinner at the restaurant, good quality and price, good buffet breakfast... compliments, recommended for those who have to go to Assisi...

The grandpa at the front desk is very welcoming but does not speak English very well. You can park for free. The entrance of the hotel is not easy to find. The room is large, the view is very good, and the facilities are relatively simple
