Very friendly staff willing to advise and improve the traveler's experience. Daily cleaning, leaving the room in perfect condition. Soap, shampoo, and toilet paper are also replenished daily, and towels are replaced. The breakfast buffet could include a variation in the hot food (boiled eggs, ratatouille with eggs, and sausages) and the addition of fruit. Freshly baked pastries: chocolate-filled bun, homemade cake in two or three varieties... Includes delicious dates and green and black olives; pickles, cold cuts, cheeses... It is recommended to bring earplugs. The air conditioning noise disappears at midnight. It is not a noisy area. Positive value for money.

Mixed review, but overall too pricy hostel for the quality of the service. Having a good location and a cute decoration isn’t enough. Pros and cons below : Pros : - Amazing location in the heart of the Medina ideally located - Cute hostel with beautiful tiles - Kind and helpful staff Cons : - The room we booked in advance was not available when we arrived. Instead of a double bed room, we were put in a bunk beds room with no explication or apologies. No solution, accommodations or compensation were offered to us afterwards. Very poor service from the hotel on that side and I saw online afterwards it’s not the first time they’re doing that - Noisy hostel with no soundproof rooms at all. All the rooms are close to each other and open to the dining area with the breakfast starting at 7:30am and people coming back very late at night. Earplugs very much needed - Average breakfast, the quality of the products is poor knowing what is available in the area. Be careful with water as some plastic bottles for breakfast are filled with tap water - Be aware you’ll have to walk at least 5min in little paved streets after taking off your taxi and finding a taxi to leave the area won’t be always very easy

The staff is very friendly. There is a lot of activity to do. The location of the hotel is just next to the Medina. All is available

Versus decent place , staff are really friendly , very kind and polite. Many Foreigners from all over the world are staying in place. They Accommodate for families they accommodate for couples they accommodate for women. Only there accommodate for men. Only men and women don’t mix of remix unless they have came as a group so very clean place very civilised place. I will definitely come back here again
