Had a wonderful stay at Antara Genting! The place was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious, fresh, and spotless, and the overall environment felt very relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well-organised from check-in to check-out. The facilities were great, and the beautiful surroundings made the stay even more enjoyable. Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing getaway in Genting. Would happily come back again! ❤️

I had a very satisfying experience staying at Swiss Garden Hotel Genting Highlands this time! The hotel environment is quiet, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, and the air is fresh, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff's service attitude was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, spacious, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The overall facilities were well-maintained, and the environment felt very relaxing. The hotel's location is also very convenient. It's not too far to drive to Genting Highlands and Genting Premium Outlets, allowing you to enjoy the mountain attractions while avoiding the crowded masses. Parking is convenient, which is a big plus for self-driving travelers. Overall, both the quality of accommodation, the environment, and the service were satisfactory, offering good value for money. If I travel near Genting again in the future, I will choose to stay here again and will recommend it to my friends and family.

The location is excellent, with convenient access to nearby attractions, shopping areas, and dining options, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The room was comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared, creating a pleasant and relaxing environment throughout my stay. The service provided by the staff was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out. Their warm hospitality truly made the stay more memorable. Huge room more than enough for 4 people. Clean, also got huge GYM. Unfortunately it only operates from 8am to 9pm. The breakfast just so so. Need to take a grab to go to Genting highland. Not much to do in the hotel. But the scenery was beautiful. If you just want to enjoy the hotel this is a good option.

We had high expectations for this iconic YTL property, but sadly it fell short. While the colonial charm and beautiful surroundings are undeniable, the overall experience didn’t match the premium price. Service was inconsistent throughout our stay. Some staff were warm and attentive, while others seemed indifferent, making the experience feel uneven. For a luxury hotel, we expected much more attention to detail. The property itself is elegant, but parts of it are showing their age and could benefit from refurbishment. Although the atmosphere is peaceful, it wasn’t enough to make up for the service shortcomings. Food also not to expectation .Nasi lemak , the rice is undercooked. Coffee is inconsistent . First Serve was good . Second pot was burnt . Their high tea, sandwiches we stale . Only admirable was their scone with clotted cream & strawberry jam were excellent . Overall, it wasn’t the memorable luxury escape we had hoped for. There are certainly positives, but considering the price, we left feeling disappointed rather than impressed.

I really liked this place. Its very private and secluded, and there weren’t many guests during our stay so it felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Breakfast was peaceful and we also tried the room service, the food was surprisingly good. However for a private resort at this price point, I expected a better overall experience and more attention to detail. I checked in on my birthday, and while I wasn’t expecting anything extravagant, I had hoped for at least a simple birthday greeting during check-in. Unfortunately, there was no acknowledgment at all, which was a little disappointing. The biggest issue was the room condition. The floor was extremely wet and slippery and the walls felt damp. At first I thought the floor had just been mopped but after a few hours the problem became even worse. We had to call housekeeping twice to mop the floor and a technician came to inspect it. We were told it was caused by the air conditioner. Eventually, we gave up and asked for extra towels to place on the floor to prevent anyone from slipping, as shown in the photos. The toilet seat was also dirty and should have been replaced. What disappointed me most was the lack of follow-up. During check-out no one apologized for the inconvenience even though we had reported the issue twice. No one asked whether the problem had been resolved or if our stay had been affected. Overall, the resort offers excellent privacy, beautiful views, and a peaceful atmosphere. Unfortunately, the room condition and the lack of customer service overshadowed what should have been a memorable birthday stay. Considering the price we paid, I expected much better attention to both maintenance and guest experience.

The room was quite spacious and clean. The soundproofing was excellent, and it even had a small balcony. However, the front desk service was a bit chaotic and not very friendly. I was informed I could check in at 11:30 AM, but at the front desk, I was told the room wouldn't be ready until 3 PM. I eventually got in at 1:30 PM. The breakfast location wasn't clearly communicated either; there was no one at the front desk to ask, and it felt strange to have to inquire at the hotel next door. Thankfully, the breakfast itself was pretty good overall. You need to wear sports shoes to use the gym, otherwise, you can't get in at all – not even just to look without working out. Also, it's unreasonable to have to pay to go to the rooftop for photos.

The environment for the room is very nice and there is a nice view outside. And also they do have wine glasses in the room and me and my husband can have wine time during the jacuzzi. During morning time you can see the nice view and be able to see the temple. There is also a linked bridge to the outdoor theme park and enjoy our time there. There is also a gym room and indoor swimming pool downstairs. Next time I will bring my family to come and stay here again.

The room was ok, but overall cleanliness was not good. There were many cigarette remnants and bread crumbs near the window. The service provider by the number of 0126739878 is not professional and not responsive. I was having issue of getting the key card and locating the mail box, and i try to call the number, but the operator refuse to take my call for 8 times. It was frustrating when u couldn't get the check in process done and the operator refuse to take my call. i will not book through this operator anymore
