5-Star Hotels in Pahang, Malaysia

Good:- Smooth check-in/out. Spacious room, neat and tidy Ordered in-room dining too, 25-30 mins waiting time which is fine for me. GT nasi goreng kampung is nice too. Bad:- Oh man the corridor smell. That's not it, also the smell coming from my bathroom drainage. It's so bad. Room abit dusty if you have allergies/sinus pls reconsider. It's not end there, I went to breakfast and there's a queue which is understandable during festive season but... Suddenly a very strong garbage smell coming from the door (refer as picture) just cut off the vibe. The crowd control from staff is bad, they didn't noticed that some people just cut the queue and they let them in.

We drove to the hotel in the late afternoon. The parking area is lacking of signage, so it’s a bit confused to get to the right way to hotel lobby. When we got to the lobby, it took around 10 mins to check in which seemed to be acceptable. Pros: Quite clean and spacious room, free WiFi access,strong shower water, free bottled water,free parking;service standard is on par; great view in the morning. Cons: pitstop(snack store) has limited options compared to other convenience stores such as 7-11 or family marts;the lifts need to wait quite long time during peak hours; free WiFi takes long time to connect and the connection speed is not smooth to enjoy streaming services;hardrock cafe and rooftop garden and some other facilities are still not yet ready.

Everything was superb. Except for the aircond. We were sweating badly at night. Me and my husband couldn’t sleep at all during 2nd night. Super duper hot. Cannot adjust the thermostat. They mentioned in the website there was a bathrobe but no bathrobe prepared in the room💆🏻♀️

Hyatt teluk cenpedak is always our go to place. Close to everything. On our arrival, front desk had been so accommodating assigning us the best room available at the time for family with little kids. Breakfast buffet was good. However room cleaning service was below satisfactory. They didnt replenish box of tissue and toiletteries and didnt change towel. They could better cleaninv up the room. Other than that They can improve on allow access on netflix access on their smart tv

Arrived at the hotel using the shuttle bus at tower 7. To check in, you need to go to tower 2 at ground floor. Apparently they displayed this information in the lift. There is a long queue at the counter. You need to verify your booking at the kiosk first and can go to the counter if the system fail to identify the same. They will then give you some reference no and you have to key in at the kiosk again in order to check in.

Stayed only for one night. On arrival, it was an easy and quick check-in. Big and beautiful lobby area. Rooms are big and have a very comfortable bed. Bathrooms are large with seperate shower with rain shower and includes all toiletries. Good location, surrounded be restaurants and food places are in less than a minutes walk. Mall and cable car station just 10 minutes drive by car. Booked room only, so next day had to pay for breakfast and noticed it was a bit pricey. Overall. love the hotel and would definitely stay again.

Amazing breakfast options, including Indian and Chinese stations, in addition to the standard, I also ate dinner at the hotel during a rainy evening, it was delicious! Hotel is located uphill, for those who may have mobility issues, this would be challenging, however, it’s a 5 minute walk from the food stalls so not far. Walk another couple of minutes and you’re on the main high street. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Didn’t use the pool due to the rain, however looked nice enough. The room was spacious however the bed and pillows were too soft for me, found it difficult to sleep. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I think housekeeping could do with slight improvement. Overall, it was a good hotel that I would recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Royale Chulan Cherating Villa, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the staff and services at this resort exceeded my expectations! Without a doubt one of the best resorts in Malaysia and if you're ever in Cherating, THIS is the place to stay! First and foremost, the staff deserves a standing ovation. Their warm welcome and genuine hospitality made me feel like a VIP guest. Whether it was the front desk staff, the buggy drivers, the housekeeping team or even the F&B staff, everyone was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and for that, I am truly grateful. Kudos to Rizam for introducing us this hidden gem. The dining experience at the resort was exceptional as well. The Ocean restaurant offered a delectable array of dishes, catering to various tastes and preferences during my breakfast and dinner. I was particularly impressed with the chef's culinary skills and the waitstaff's impeccable service. Shoutout to Mahdi and Nizar in building a strong service team. Each meal was a delightful journey for the taste buds, and the dining experience added another layer of enjoyment to my stay. However, while the staff and services were outstanding, there is room for improvement when it comes to the resort's facilities. Although the property is well-maintained, some areas appear a bit outdated and could benefit from a renovation. I was told that they have very limited budget provided by the management and the improvement process is quite slow. They don't even have a gym or a large banquet hall which I understand is a requirement for a 5 star resort. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, could use a modern touch to match the high level of service provided by the staff. Additionally, the pool area, though enjoyable, would be even more appealing with updated loungers and a fresh coat of paint. These are my two cents which I hope the management would consider to do as soon as possible in order to maintain this amazing place and their regular guests. Despite these minor facilities-related issues, I wouldn't hesitate to return. The exemplary staff and top-notch service is more than enough to compensate for any facility shortcomings. A short stay at this residence suites and this was my second time staying together with my family. The overall experience was somewhat considered ‘so so’ but a few areas require to be fine tune, maintained and given attention to. The bed sheet has the dirty stain on it, the bath room water basin is clogged,, hot water supply seems to be slow (as my daughter and I forced to take cold water shower), no TV program even though the TV is functioning with Athena cable attached and some rooms are a little dusty.

We truly enjoyed the onsen session especially the Sakura Pool which was a piece of fine art. The uniqueness of the pool increased the pleasure of soaking in the hot water on a cold evening. The other pools were also unique, 1 with nano bubble which we were told was imported from Japan. After soaking, it made our skin smoother. We also enjoyed the other pool near the window which was with the highest temperature. With the cold breezy wind coming in from the window it made us felt so relax and comfortable. Overall, the hotel offered great service. Thanks to their dedicated guests officers. We also had a good sleep on the comfortable bed. For those who wanted a relaxing holiday and not too far away from the buzzing Genting Resorts world of entertainment, The Yanné Onsen Hotel is a great choice.

We booked 2 rooms and stayed here for a night with our family. Overall was okay, the front office staffs were very nice and friendly, the checked in process is basically flawless. The F&B staff were really friendly especially those staffs at the pool area. We enjoyed our stay but the room I stayed in has no items at the mini bar, I called the room service a few times to asked for the items but they just simply sent me a few items despite I was only asking for tea bags. Also the cups was not washed at all, coffee stained was still on the cups, i have to wash it with boiling waster and i can see the water turned brown after I poured it into the cups. Another thing is We asked for an extra bed, but no extra amenities (toothbrush and others) was provided, again I need to call the to provide it. Overall the stay was okay. I think the housekeeping department really need to pay more attention to details and not to mentioned the person who picked up my call when i asked for extra amenities and tea bags was rather unfriendly.

This is a new building (M3) under Ion Majestic. The rooms are clean and spacious but not yet fully furnished. However, the strong smell of renovation is noticeable throughout, and the hotel lobby toilet has an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the water flow in the room toilet is slow. Overall, it’s a decent hotel. There is a shuttle bus service to the theme park at hourly intervals, but it needs to be booked and paid for separately for each trip. I suggest reconsidering the 5-star rating, as the hotel does not yet meet that standard.

Found my way to Resort Hotel as the God of Fortune welcomes me. My wife went to check in. I saw a poster showing shuttle bus timing between the hotels and to the bus terminal. Then soon we took the lift up to 10th floor. Nothing fancy. The TV was small but we didn’t use it except turning it on the first night to see what was available. The place was mostly cold enough. There was no aircon. Not that we needed any. We turned off the fan during the stay. There were towels in the toilet but we had to bring our own toothbrushes. Found a hairdryer which was useful to dry our clothes a bit.

We traveled recently to Mangala with young children and had a fantastic stay! The beautiful Amani pool villa was a highlight for us, peaceful and serene. It was such a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our kids especially loved the children's playroom, kids club activities and the various recreation services available. Also worth mentioning that Mangala homes 100 different species of birds and it’s quite a sight for bird/nature lovers! Special thanks to the amazing staff of the front desk team, dining, housekeeping, recreation and kids club! You made us feel right at home and we can’t wait to be back again for another family holiday.
