A must stay hotel when travelling to Qingdao. The hotel has exceptional amenities including a well equipped gym with an amazing view, pool, hair dressing and spa facilities. The customer service especially was great. During our stay, Aimee小林from the team at Qingdao Haitian made our stay seamless, proving us updates and answering any questions we had on WeChat. Highly recommended hotel for anyone travelling to Qingdao.

On the way back to Beijing from a self-driving tour, I found a five-star hotel to rest for one night. The price was not expensive. I booked an elegant twin room, and asked the front desk to upgrade it to a deluxe twin room for free. There was also a welcome fruit plate and a rich breakfast. The hotel is very large, with a lake view when you go out, and the location is slightly off. The proactive service awareness is still a bit poor. The hotel did not provide children with slippers and toothbrushes, which is not like a five-star standard. When I left the hotel, I complained to the front desk, but the front desk said that I had to ask the floor attendant for them. There is no children's playground, only a small outdoor slide and swing. A newly built five-star hotel, there is no swimsuit pool. The overall feeling is still very good.

The room is big, the facilities are new, there is a restaurant, the food is good and the price is reasonable, it is only a dozen minutes' drive from the county town, the breakfast is rich, there are many five-star configurations, there are no pajamas, there is no refrigerator Recommended for surrounding tours!!

This hotel is almost the best in Longkou. The front desk check-in is fast, the room service staff is also very enthusiastic, the room size is moderate, and it is also very clean and tidy. Thumbs up to the lobby supervisor Yanyan!

Had the best time and experience… The staff was very kind and helpful… I was not feeling well so they brought me some breakfast as a compliment♥️ The view of decorated street from our room was breathtaking could see the fireworks and lights and the new year parade too…

Blue Sea should be a newly renovated hotel, the environment and hardware facilities are OK, the service attitude of the hotel staff is very good, the dishes provided for breakfast are also rich, and the room type is upgraded. The hygiene details in the room will be better if they are improved. Overall, the price/performance ratio is good.

This hotel was absolutely lovely. The view from the room was amazing with a view of the sea and city lights. The bed was big and comfortable and the room itself was very spacious. I really enjoyed the shower. The air conditioning was turned off because it was winter, but opening the window cooled down the room substantially.

Service was exceptional. Thank you 兰兰 for going all the way out to make my stay comfortable! It was easy to order food deliveries. Staff would bring them up to your room. They also serve free afternoon tea and milk/honey/ginger tea in the evenings. The hotel’s about 3min walk away from the beach, perfect if you’re planning to catch the sunrise. There’s also a laundry room with detergent provided.

My stay at MGM was amazing, from start to finish. I came for one night as a treat to myself. Tina from the front desk was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and I really enjoyed the variety of food they offered. The staff are friendly and caring. The pool is absolutely stunning and I just so while visiting. The whole hotel was beautiful and I loved my stay here. Will be coming back for sure with friends.
