This hotel is right next to Quancheng Square, and the scenic view room offers expansive views, allowing you to watch the musical fountain from your room at night. The room facilities are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and all the complimentary welcome fruits were delicious, showing the hotel's thoughtful service. I didn't get a chance to use the gym or indoor pool due to time constraints, but I imagine they would be excellent too. I especially recommend staying here if you're doing business at Xiangheng Square; the two buildings are connected, so you can go back and forth without stepping outside, which is super convenient. It's also within walking distance of key attractions like Baotu Spring, Black Tiger Spring, Daming Lake, and Wulongtan, and it's easy to get to Kuanhouli and Furong Street for food and shopping. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Jinan.

Traveling with my child during the summer vacation, I chose to stay at the Westin Qingdao and was absolutely delighted! They even have a swimming pool, which was perfect for letting my child swim and unwind after a long day of playing. The location is superb, directly facing the Fushian Square seascape, making it incredibly convenient to get around. My child was very happy here! It's clean, hygienic, and the service is excellent! A special shout-out to Kimi from Guest Relations. She was incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout our stay. Before we even arrived, she proactively contacted us to confirm our room preferences and quickly responded to all our requests. She was professional and efficient, and even kindly recommended local attractions and dining options. Her service was gentle and meticulous, making us feel right at home. Overall, our stay was perfect. The front desk also arranged our in-room dining super efficiently. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Qingdao!

It was great to stay in this hotel in Weihai for three nights. The location is very good, just opposite the Weihai Campus of Shandong University. You can reach the No. 1 Beach and Torch 8th Street by crossing the campus. The most satisfying thing is the food and beverage in this hotel. The breakfast is super rich and delicious. By the way, the hotel also offers a set meal of sea intestines and rice. The price is acceptable and it is also very delicious. If I have the chance to go to Weihai, I will stay in this hotel again. When I left the hotel, I was given a gift bag of snacks that my children love to eat. It was full of sincerity.

Traveling with my child, I booked a king-sized bed room and was worried about the space, but the front desk upgraded us to a family-themed room, which was incredibly thoughtful! The upgraded room was a wonderful surprise, complete with a B.Duck themed tent, a Ludo game rug, and cartoon pillows. My child had a blast as soon as we entered, and all our travel fatigue instantly disappeared. The room had excellent natural light, with warm sunshine streaming through the large French windows. The wooden floor was warm and comfortable, allowing adults to relax and children to play without bothering each other. The hotel lobby is grand and elegant, and there's also a 'Bird Club' kids' play area with slides and rocking horses, making it super convenient for parents to relax while their kids play. Molly, a staff member, provided smiling service throughout, and check-in was efficient and patient, full of care in every detail. This hotel is my top choice for family trips; the proactive and warm gesture of upgrading our room was a huge plus. I highly recommend it to families visiting Qingdao with children!

Location & Transportation: Right next to the terminal, with a direct elevator access. I timed it, and it's a 9-minute walk, which is very convenient. It would be perfect if they had a shuttle bus, as carrying heavy bags for 9 minutes can be a bit tiring. Room View: The view is, well, the airplane runway, haha. Room Amenities: Everything you need is there, and they even provided complimentary Qingdao specialty drinks, which was a nice touch. The only minor complaint is that the shower gel provided was a bit stingy, just enough for one shower. Definitely not enough for a bath (and I don't like using bath salts). Service: The Shandong ladies are all so tall! Great genes! 👍 They're good-looking, speak softly, and have a very friendly demeanor. Service gets full marks! 💯 Value for Money: If they had a shuttle bus, the value for money would be perfect. Breakfast: Looks abundant, mostly carbs, and the taste was average. WiFi: The signal in the bathroom was a bit weak, but it was fine elsewhere. Cleanliness: Decent.

As a first-time visitor, I wasn't familiar with the local area or transportation, and online food guides were chaotic and unreliable, making me worried about picking the wrong places. Cherry understood my desire to try authentic local cuisine and went above and beyond by taking her personal time to hand-draw a food map. This map clearly marked genuine BBQ joints,特色混沌 (local specialty wontons), and other established local eateries in the Shinan District. She cleverly helped me avoid tourist traps, precisely noting store locations, opening hours, and average spending per person. Beyond that, she kindly advised on transportation methods and reminded me to steer clear of congested routes. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. Our room was brightly lit with abundant natural light, and the soft furnishings were sophisticated yet minimalist. The housekeeping was impeccable, and amenities were always well-stocked. Cherry's sincerity shone through; there was no pushy sales talk, just naturally comfortable service. These thoughtful, personalized touches, though small, truly doubled the happiness of our trip. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers – it's reliable and won't disappoint. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip!

The Mandarin Hotel is located on Starlight Island in the West Coast New Area, surrounded by the sea and boasting stunning island scenery. As soon as you arrive, you can feel a sense of tranquility, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The sea breeze creates a wonderful vacation vibe. However, there was an entertainment event on the island that day, so it was incredibly crowded. Stepping into the hotel lobby, the elegant and grand design perfectly blends with marine elements. The glass dome and crystal chandeliers complement each other beautifully. What impressed me most was the self-playing piano in the lobby; its melodious tunes flowed under the dome, adding an artistic touch to the entire space and instantly washing away any travel fatigue. My business twin room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking panoramic sea views. Drawing back the curtains in the morning, I was greeted by the magnificent sight of the sunrise over the ocean. The room was well-equipped, the bedding was comfortable, and every detail showcased quality. The hotel's amenities are excellent. The complimentary indoor pool has clear, well-maintained water and is a good size. It's very well-regulated; you need a swimming cap to use it, and there's also a sauna and hot spring. The gym is fully equipped, and in addition to exercise machines, there's a table tennis room and an aerobics room. The hotel garden is charming, with European-style stone carvings adding a unique flair. Just outside, there's a seaside boardwalk, perfect for enjoying the sea breeze. Parking and EV charging were very convenient, and the staff provided attentive and thoughtful service, making my entire stay, from check-in to check-out, feel incredibly welcoming.

First and foremost, a huge thank you to Elaine for upgrading us to a Deluxe Seaview Suite! The hotel is situated along Qingdao's Golden Coastline, offering an unbeatable environment. From the room, you can enjoy breathtaking ocean views and the sound of waves, taking in the magnificent scenery. Transportation is also incredibly convenient; you can walk to May Fourth Square and Badaguan. The hotel staff provides professional and attentive service, and the breakfast spread is diverse, allowing you to enjoy the view while you eat. The room decor and furnishings are exquisite, truly living up to its reputation as a scenic hotel. Highly recommended!

The parking lot has ample spaces, the plaza is large, and parking is free. The lobby manager, Ms. Liu Xin, was very welcoming, and the front desk staff were also very professional. The concierge provided luggage storage, excellent assistance with getting in and out of vehicles, and package pickup services. Overall, the experience was excellent. The rooms have large, bright windows, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The location is convenient, with many restaurants nearby. Transportation is very convenient. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. Hot towels and warm water were available at the bar for handwashing.

1. The hotel's location is excellent: it's about 1 km from the Olympic Sailing Center, and there's a subway station very close by, making it super convenient to get anywhere. There are also many dining options around the hotel, allowing us to try different cuisines every day. 2. We were upgraded to a sea-view room. Although the room was a bit old, the cleanliness was good. The bedding was very comfortable, which greatly improved my sleep. The service from the front desk, concierge, and housekeeping staff was all excellent. 3. I have a small suggestion regarding the dining: We checked out at 6:30 AM, just as the restaurant was opening. Since we were in a hurry, we asked the restaurant to pack some breakfast for us to take away. What disappointed me was that, despite the restaurant supervisor mentioning a standard packing procedure during our prior conversation, we ended up with two croissants and two Danish pastries, unwrapped, in a paper bag. I think this standard is too low. At the very least, they should have been put in a food-safe bag to separate them from the paper. This was the only small letdown during our stay.
