Was a very nice experience, my first hotel, the room, the food, reception and waiters from the italian and belgian restaurant very attentive and pacient. Just one advise, if i'm taking my breakfast and i leave the coffee in the table, don't take it if the personal just see me get in to the buffet 5 minutes ago. Just that. Thank you so much

The advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the airport. After we landed in Abu Dhabi at 11 PM, a shuttle bus from the hotel picked us up right outside the airport and took us straight to the hotel, which was very convenient. The hotel staff also had a great service attitude. However, the facilities in the hotel are quite outdated. To take a shower, you have to step into the small bathtub, which can be slippery and potentially dangerous. Additionally, the pipes leak when turned on, and the room was very cold. We checked in at midnight and left early the next morning, so our stay was quite brief.

They stay was very great, we really liked the place that was followed with an incredible services and friendly staff there, also the restaurant food was very delicious. but I have a little concern about the outside airstream furnitures that needs to be more cleaned as well as the bicycles need to be checked before the guest’s check in, as for everything else was super perfect. Had a great stay at Premier Inn Abu Dhabi Capital Centre! The staff was welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The only downside was the high price for extending my stay—1300 AED per night, which was much higher than my original booking rate. Other than that, everything was excellent!

The location and the place is great. The ladies and gentlemen at the desk are very hospitable and accomodating. Thank you to Rizalyn who is always going the extra mile to ensure we have a comfortable stay .

Comfortable room. Breakfast was good. There are several small restaurants & supermarkets around the hotel.

It was a nice hotel, good for it's price. Unfortunately this hotel doesn't have parking lot. So if you're renting a car then this hotel needs to be avoided or you need to spend more on hourly parking.

Having a 14hours layover during the night in Abu Dhabi it was the best option to stay on the hotel. The location is close to security next to the duty free area, the people are really nice and always willing to help, the are available 24/7 at the front desk and even helped me with my bag to my room. The room was cozy and nice with AC, perfect for a short stay

There is no airport pick-up service, and you have to take a taxi yourself. Ctrip shows that there is, which is a rip-off. The hotel's supporting supplies are not complete, and you have to ask for them yourself. The kettle lid is still broken. It's hard to say 😅😅😅😅😅
