The breakfast is plentiful, and the environment is elegant. I really appreciate the warm and human touch of Harbin's service. My stay was excellent. The location is superb; just turn right out of the hotel, and you'll find a lane full of delicious Northeastern restaurants and BBQ joints. A little further on is the famous Hongzhuan Morning Market. It's also super close to Central Street, just one intersection away. The Songhua River is right across from the hotel, and the tourist bus departure point is right by the river. Plus, directly opposite the hotel is the cable car castle that takes you to Sun Island. Getting to St. Sophia Cathedral by taxi isn't far either. In short, the hotel's location is fantastic, the soundproofing is great, and the service is super attentive. Even the 'Princess' afternoon tea service was lovely. Overall, it was a perfect experience for both accommodation and sightseeing! Unlike some hotels that boast about being close to attractions or subway stations, only for you to find out they're actually quite a distance away once you get there, this one genuinely delivers. A big thank you to the Harbin Habsburg for their sincere service. Additionally, there are two subway entrances directly across the street from the hotel. All in all, the location is absolutely prime. Highly recommend it! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Harbin in winter!

Harbin was the last stop on our road trip. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from Saint Sophia Cathedral. The room was spacious and well-equipped, clean and hygienic. The most unexpected bonus was the parking lot in the back, which was incredibly convenient. Both the front desk and cleaning staff provided excellent service! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Incredible value for money! Highly recommend!

Came to Harbin with grand parents and kids. I must say that I’m very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The primary reason for picking this spot is for its location. Didn’t really want to stay too far away from the central street where all the actions are at, yet still need to be quite enough to have a good night sleep. This hotel takes pride in the brand and in every details in the hotel. From the exterior, the lobby, the breakfast, comfortable bed and pillows, think and decorative curtains to block out the early summer sun. Yes sun raise is at 3:40am in June! There is a laundry room with two sets of washers and dryers. I’ve got upgraded to a larger room with bigger bathroom area. Service is also top notch. Very friendly staff, they great you, help with luggage. The lady who worked the night shift even helped me took the laundry out of the dryer and delivered to my room, folded! I must say this place is a great choice for foreign travelers, with awesome location, solid hardware, great food, (oh also offer afternoon tea and wine!), most friendly staff and best service. Highly recommended!

## Amenities: The mattress was comfortable, two types of pillows were provided, a smart toilet, a TV with screen-mirroring capabilities, and the internet speed was very fast! The slippers were the thickest and most comfortable I've ever encountered in any hotel. ## Cleanliness: The shower drain wasn't clean and was a bit clogged; I had to deal with it myself while showering. ## Ambiance: I had requested a high floor, but was only given the 7th floor, so my view was ultimately blocked by the tall building directly in front. Additionally, the room was right by the elevator entrance. Luckily, there were no noisy tour groups blocking the elevators that day, so it was relatively quiet. ## Service: Almost non-existent. During check-in, there were two front desk staff. The male staff member was warmly smiling and assisting another group, while the female staff member gave me a cold reception. When I asked about the floor, she simply said my room type wasn't available on the 9th floor. Normally, one would expect something like, ”This room type isn't available on the 9th floor, would you like to consider an upgrade to a different room type on the 9th floor?” She offered no smile and was very curt. After she simply stated my room type wasn't available, I didn't feel like pursuing the conversation further. *Sigh*. ▶ There are self-service drinks in the lobby on the first floor, but the staff didn't inform me. I only found out about them after seeing it online. ▶ Upon check-out, there's supposed to be a farewell gift, but the staff didn't mention it. Long after I had left, I received a message on the Ctrip app saying there was one, meaning I would have had to inquire at the front desk myself. *Ahem*. ▶ I didn't book the hotel's buffet breakfast, but the restaurant allows you to order items à la carte. My companion and I spent 20 yuan and were completely full. (The fried rice was delicious!) ● Overall, in terms of value for money, it's really good! It just falls short on the details. (I wonder if this has anything to do with booking a discounted room? 🤔)

The hotel was very clean, and the service was warm and welcoming. Its location is fantastic, right next to St. Sophia Cathedral – just a short walk around the corner when you exit. It's also very close to the main entrance of Central Street, only about a ten-minute stroll away. Dining options are convenient too, with Daoli Market right across the street. Public transport is easily accessible, with a bus stop just downstairs, although we mostly walked around the area as everything was so convenient.

## Facilities: Since the hotel is located on the upper floors of a mall, the water pressure is quite low, which is understandable. However, the drain odor was a significant issue. They've installed anti-odor valves in the drains, which unfortunately makes the water drain extremely slowly. I had to manually clear it myself in the middle of a shower. ## Environment: The environment was okay. However, smoking bans seem to be poorly enforced throughout Harbin, and people were smoking in the hotel hallways, making it difficult to breathe. I reported it to the front desk, but they were completely unresponsive, probably used to it. ## Hygiene: It was acceptable. ## Service: The service was… interesting. Because there was a wedding party picking up the bride in the hotel in the morning, which caused some disturbance, they gave each guest a portable nail clipper kit. When the three of us got back and opened them, some had two nail clippers, some had one, and some had none at all. Quite amusing.

My stay at the Wanda Realm Qiqihar was absolutely fantastic! The butler service was incredibly attentive, and my room was spacious, clean, and the bedding was super comfortable. The hygiene was top-notch, and I even loved the robot delivery service for items. Being right next to Wanda Plaza made getting around super convenient. The pool and gym facilities were excellent, and the breakfast spread was delicious. I felt right at home throughout my entire stay. This will definitely be my go-to hotel next time I'm in Qiqihar!

Honestly, I'm a bit reluctant to give a good review because the Executive Lounge here is just so subpar right now. And the loud noise in the morning was really annoying, though the duty manager did apologize and offered juice, a small gift, and a cute little tiger plushie, so I guess I'll let it go. Maybe it's the off-season, or they're cutting costs and boosting efficiency. But frankly, the Executive Lounge in Shenyang, also in the Northeast, was much better. I hope Harbin can really step up its game.

The service was excellent. Every staff member I encountered, from the lobby to housekeeping and the restaurant, was warm and dedicated, making my stay very satisfying. I especially enjoyed the thoughtful late-night snack, which was plentiful and delicious. The double lobby afternoon tea buffet offered a great variety of pastries and drinks. The room's large TV also had a screen mirroring function, which was a nice touch.
