The hotel's location is super convenient, close to both the subway and bus stops, and within walking distance to Anshun Bridge and the bar street. The hotel lobby is on the 3rd floor, with guest rooms on the 13th-14th floors. The restaurant, front desk, and observation deck are all very well-designed. Breakfast offers a good variety and is nutritious enough. The hotel even thoughtfully provided complimentary fruit and traditional Chinese medicine foot soaks, which was a nice touch, and the shower pressure was excellent. On our second night at Mount Siguniang, we experienced altitude sickness. We contacted the concierge around 2 AM, and they responded incredibly quickly. They brought us a thermometer, took us to the clinic in the middle of the night, waited while we received oxygen, and then brought us back to our room. The entire communication process was very smooth and efficient. We are extremely grateful! 🙏 The room and breakfast were good, and the service was beyond words. The hotel staff handled our luggage, even when we offered to carry it ourselves.

Stayed in my dream room with a friend! I love the marble decor, it's simple yet luxurious. We came here for the infinity pool, and the photos turned out absolutely stunning! It felt so much like a vacation, and taking a bath was incredibly relaxing. My friend and I didn't want to get out of the pool, the experience was really good. They offer 24-hour butler service and all the amenities are well-equipped. Coffee was even delivered to our door in the morning, which was a very thoughtful touch. Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay.

had a wonderful stay at Lyn International Hotel Chengdu! The location is excellent—close to Chunxi Road, Taikoo Li, and many great restaurants and shops. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. I also loved the complimentary afternoon tea and free laundry service, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chengdu. Highly recommended!

My stay at Mercure Chengdu Chunxi was absolutely fantastic! The concierge service was incredibly thoughtful and polite; they helped with my luggage and gave great recommendations for local attractions. It was such a nice touch. The ice cream at the lobby bar was deliciously creamy, and the afternoon tea was both elegant and tasty – perfect for a relaxing break after a long day of sightseeing. The 30th-floor restaurant offers an amazing breakfast spread with a huge variety of choices. The Sichuan-style dandan noodles and Zhong dumplings tasted authentic, and there were plenty of Western dishes, cereals, and desserts too. Dining with that high-altitude view was a wonderful experience. The laundry room attendant was also incredibly warm and helpful; she patiently showed me how to use the equipment and even folded my clothes before returning them, which was so kind. The overall environment is elegant and clean, and the service truly shines in the details. Plus, its location near Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road makes it super convenient for getting around and shopping. My stay was thoroughly comfortable and enjoyable – I highly recommend it!

This 10-year-old hotel is exceptionally well-maintained. Everywhere you look is spotless, even the double-sided mirrors in the elevators are pristine – they've really done a fantastic job there! The aromatherapy scent is consistent and perfectly balanced, neither too strong nor too subtle. The air conditioning in the public areas is good, and the fresh air system works well. However, the AC in the rooms isn't very strong, and it can feel a bit stuffy; the room temperature is generally a few degrees higher than ideal, which is something to look into. Now, for the service: In short, it's excellent. Every staff member smiles and greets you or makes eye contact. The training and management are clearly top-notch. The check-in experience was also very good. Thumbs up! 👍 Regarding the facilities, Hyatt's F&B is always a highlight, and it gets a thumbs up here too. The swimming pool experience was also great – no strong chlorine smell, good water quality, comfortable temperature, and excellent lighting with a strong sense of design. Another thumbs up! Taking a walk around the hotel, you can really appreciate the design everywhere; it truly lives up to Ji Master's reputation. 👍 All in all, it's a great hotel, and I'll definitely be back! BTW, a certain 'Hua' hotel was such a letdown! I actually cancelled my reservation there last minute to come here instead.

Stayed here for the second time during our trip in Chengdu. Mainly because of the location and also the friendly staff. They were helpful to allow early check-in when we first arrive since there were rooms available. They also extended our checkout time to 2 pm for free. The front desk stuff also helped me with my Taobao refund issue. The hotel also helps to receive parcels from Taobao and when I needed to refund some of the parcels, the hotel staff helped to pass to the courier for pickup since i was out exploring the city. Definitely recommend!

This is my second review because we booked two rooms, and I apologize for all the trouble I caused due to my leg injury. Last night, when I needed scissors, the housekeeping staff waited outside for me to finish using them before taking them back, and they were incredibly polite. I also used a hotel chair to shower, and a staff member brought it up for me. When checking out, I even walked away with the hotel slippers, and they didn't charge me for them. So, I absolutely have to give this hotel a huge thumbs-up. I wish you all the best and continued success!

Bringing my family to Chengdu for a trip, choosing the Voco hotel on Chunxi Road this time was a pleasant surprise! The location is excellent; Chunxi Road is right downstairs, and it's just a few minutes' walk to Taikoo Li and IFS to see the climbing pandas, which saved us a lot of walking with the kids. We picked the Premium King Room, and the facilities are very new, with smart home controls throughout, and comfortable bedding. The breakfast was incredibly rich; the elderly enjoyed the Dandan noodles and tofu pudding, and there were Western pastries for the kids, so everyone's tastes were catered to. The staff were very attentive and patient with both the elderly and the children. This stay was a wonderful experience, and we'll definitely choose this place again next time we're in Chengdu!

Choosing this hotel for an early morning flight was incredibly convenient. Our stay in the Cloud Enjoy Deluxe Twin Room was perfect. The room itself was spacious and bright, a well-laid-out 48 square meters. The twin beds were just right in terms of firmness, and the soundproofing throughout was exceptional; with the windows closed, we couldn't hear any airport take-off or landing noise at all. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and all the toiletries were provided. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling window offered expansive views of the airport buildings. Inside, the smart temperature control and fresh air system were all top-notch, and the cleaning was meticulous. The biggest highlight of this hotel is the ability to check in and check luggage directly on-site, saving the hassle of queuing at the terminal the next day. We could walk unburdened to the security gate in just a few minutes, and we even received a fast-track security pass. The front desk staff were responsive, professional, and very helpful. Breakfast started at 5:30 AM, perfect for early flights. This is definitely the top choice for airport travel, balancing comfort and efficiency. I'll stay here again on my next layover.
