Traveling with family was super convenient staying at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, everything was easy to access, great view and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is incredibly accommodating. I booked the wrong dates, and they were still able to help me adjust them, which was really thoughtful. The front desk staff provided excellent service, and my stay was fantastic. The room was spacious and bright, with all the necessary amenities. It was also quite quiet, not noisy at all. The hotel even offers free laundry service, which is very convenient. Located in the city center, it's easy to get around by subway or taxi to reach any destination quickly. Overall, it's a hotel with high value for money.

From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The doorman greeted us warmly, remembered my surname, and personally delivered our luggage to our room. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service from Meria, the guest relations manager. She was like our personal concierge , helping to deliver my parcels from the concierge to our room, assisting us with getting prescription medicine late at mid of night, and even sending thoughtful gifts like fresh fruit and panda bookmarks. Every detail reflected genuine care and professionalism. Staying here with my parents was an absolute joy , the comfort, warmth, and attentiveness made us feel completely at home. I can confidently say that The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu is the pinnacle of all the hotels I’ve stayed in. The service was excellent. The hotel is very beautiful, and all the staff provided outstanding service. They always asked about our needs and were ready to help with everything. I really wanted to stay for two more nights, but we had to move on to another place. I loved it so much. This is a very good location hotel if you intend to visit Tai Gu Li, Chin Xi Street. A leisure 5min walk will bring you to these 2 locations. It is also a stone throw away from the MRT station line 2 which is their major line to most of the attractions. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. There's 2 toilets, 2 projectors, an island for our ******* meals. We love this hotel. The hotel staffs are very nice and attentive to our requests via wechat platform. The hotel facilities are complete, the environment is excellent, and the location is also very good, right near Chengdu Taikoo Li and the city center. There are many特色美食 (special local dishes) nearby, and in the evenings, there are many street vendors. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic and thoughtful, and we even received a small gift when checking out. The room was also cleaned very well, and the cleaning staff would greet us when we saw them, as would the front desk staff. Breakfast on the 30th floor offers a wide variety of choices and is quite rich, with a pretty nice view. On the 29th floor, there's a self-service laundry room and a gym, and the laundry room is well-equipped. Overall, it was a great stay.

JW Marriott Hotel Chengdu Review **Cleanliness:** The guest rooms and public areas were spotlessly clean, as if brand new. The cleaning was meticulous and thorough, with no strange odors or neglected corners, making for a refreshing and reassuring stay. **Environment:** Located in a prime central area, yet surprisingly quiet. The garden (Shuyuan) was lush and green, and the adorable little cats added a touch of warmth. The high-floor guest rooms offered expansive views. **Service:** The concierge team was professional and attentive, and staff like Michelle were warm and thoughtful. The turndown service, complete with chocolates, showed great attention to detail. **Facilities:** The guest rooms were smartly equipped and comprehensive, with a complimentary minibar. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious, and the executive lounge offered a diverse array of food during happy hour, making for an excellent experience. Overall, an extremely satisfying stay!

Geographical location: It is backed by Wanda Plaza, which is convenient for eating and drinking, and is friendly to business travelers. It costs 15 yuan to take a taxi from Nanchong Station. If you tell the driver that you are in a hurry, there will be a ”surprise”. Hardware facilities: It is one of the best in Nanchong. After all, it is supported by international brands. The hardware settings are more suitable for user needs. High-speed hair drying, hot water heating speed, shower water volume, comfortable slippers, and iced minnibar cola are more important to me. Price: Sometimes the single breakfast price is less than 400. Stay at Hyatt Place, what do you want a bicycle. Room selection: I have stayed in river view and city view, and I recommend city view. The river view is beautiful, overlooking half of the city, but the window is open for a long time, and small mosquitoes will naturally attack. The noise of the dam dance in the riverside square is also relatively loud, which lasts until about 21 o'clock. The city view is relatively quiet. Service: The overall service is in line with expectations. When you take a taxi to the hotel entrance, there will be a concierge colleague to open the car door. Surprise point: Breakfast, the best word for Nanchong Hotel can be given to Hyatt Place, which has a rich variety and adjusts the dishes from time to time. The variety is so wide that it is close to the level of brunch. You must try their red oil fermented bean curd, which is perfect with fried rice and vegetables. I stayed for three consecutive nights, and since my flight was at 5 AM on the fifth day, I booked a smaller, cheaper room for the fourth night. To make things easier for me and avoid moving luggage, the front desk upgraded me without hesitation, allowing me to stay in the same room for all four nights. They even gave me two panda plushies! The main reason I chose this hotel was for the balcony! I could open the French windows and directly experience the local temperature and enjoy the view outside. Once I checked in, I found it to be even better than expected! The decor, the quality of the room materials, and the location all completely justified the price. They also offered afternoon tea and a late-night snack service. The service was also excellent. There were free drinks and a complimentary face mask. When I needed hot water for tea, I just left a note, and an attendant would bring it up. Next time I'm in Chengdu, I will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is tucked away in a lively area, yet offers a peaceful retreat. We stayed in a suite on the third floor, which was very spacious with beautiful views from the window. The service was excellent; every staff member was friendly, and anything we needed was delivered incredibly fast. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were great, and having a Starbucks option was a nice bonus. The only issue we encountered was related to the bedding. The hotel thoughtfully provided three sets of toiletries and slippers, anticipating that most suite guests would be families. However, there was only one 1.8-meter bed, which wasn't suitable for sleeping with a young child. We had to request an extra bed, but the mattress was uncomfortable. When we brought this to the hotel's attention, they responded very promptly and handled it exceptionally well, which we greatly appreciated. A special thank you to the two front desk managers (one male, one female – I was in too much of a hurry to catch their names). I hope the hotel can improve on this aspect in the future. Since they already expect families in suites, it would be ideal to provide a small sofa bed. We wouldn't mind paying an extra bed fee, but the mattress should be comfortable to avoid impacting the overall stay experience. The hotel also offered a complimentary travel photoshoot, with three free prints. Both the makeup artist and photographer were professional and friendly. We were on a tight schedule, so they finished everything within two hours, and we were very happy with the photos. We ended up purchasing a package to take home. I highly recommend it to anyone with more time during their stay.
