Thank you for such a lovely stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with an amazing view. The tea provided was delicious, and the showers had consistently good hot water, which was appreciated. The food was excellent and everyone was friendly and helpful, including assisting me with arranging food delivery. A thank you to the cleaning staff as well for checking in and making sure everything was in order during my stay. I also received a beautiful little gift on departure, which was a thoughtful touch. This has been one of my best experiences and a really enjoyable stay. I will definitely be back. Thank you again.

We chose Mount Siguniang for the May Day holiday, and this hotel's location is excellent. You get views of Mount Siguniang on one side and Balang Mountain on the other. It's absolutely perfect if the weather cooperates. The basic amenities are all there, and you can pre-order meals, then just show up to eat. Generally, if you have any questions and message them on WeChat, they respond and resolve them quickly. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is located within the scenic area, so you can't drive your own car directly to it. You have to park at the observation deck, and the hotel provides a shuttle service. We stayed in two different room types this time, and I definitely preferred the terrace room. Next time, I'll try to book that room type exclusively.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic, even better than the five-star one we booked later in Chongqing! **Cleanliness:** First off, the hygiene is impeccable. The cleaning staff even paid attention to our written requests. **Facilities:** They have a bathtub and provide disposable tub liners, and the amenities are comprehensive! The king-size bed was super comfortable; I slept really well. **Jinshi Babao Afternoon Tea:** This was also quite good! If we hadn't been in a rush to go out, I would have loved to slowly enjoy the tea; the tea leaves were excellent. **Service:** The service was very attentive, and they even followed up with us. It's very close to the Chengdu Museum, and Chunxi Road is right next door for a meal at Kaojiang, haha.

This is my go-to hotel every time, and it's fantastic since they've renovated! The rooms are spacious and bright, and the front desk staff are really welcoming and gave great recommendations for nearby attractions. It's super close to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li shopping areas, which makes it incredibly convenient for shopping!

This hotel boasts a beautiful Chinese-style courtyard with an elegant atmosphere. If you appreciate a modern Chinese aesthetic and a peaceful garden setting, this is an excellent choice. It seamlessly blends smart technology with traditional artistic charm. Located on Renmin Middle Road in Qingyang District, it's just about a 5-minute walk to Tianfu Square and right next to the Grand Theater and Sichuan Science and Technology Museum, making its location absolutely superb.

My stay here was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless, no weird smells, and the lighting created a really cozy atmosphere. The front desk staff, especially one young lady, was super friendly and went out of her way to recommend local attractions, which was incredibly thoughtful. The location is right near a major shopping area, so everything from dining to entertainment is easily accessible. It made for a very convenient and pleasant stay. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely be staying here again next time I visit!

At first glance the building itself isn’t the most impressive and we were a bit surprised that the elevator is shared with another hotel and some offices. But once we got to our room our perspective completely changed. The room was unique and thoughtfully designed and the hot tub infinity-style bathtub was an amazing bonus perfect for relaxing at the end of a long day. What truly made this stay exceptional was the service. The staff especially through WeChat were phenomenal. They went above and beyond to help us with everything from finding a nail salon for my mom to guiding us on how to get boat tickets for Leshan, to recommending great restaurants. Their responsiveness and willingness to help made a huge difference in our trip. Housekeeping was also excellent. They were very attentive and service-oriented. On top of that, the hotel is in a great central location making it easy to get around and the beds were comfortable. Overall while the exterior might not stand out, the experience, comfort and especially the service make this hotel a decent choice.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Parking was convenient, and the facilities were excellent, including a swimming pool, tea room, gym, and kids' play area. The decor was also very tasteful and atmospheric. Plus, the breakfast was abundant!

Here's my review: **Location:** Since I visited during the off-season, the hotel kindly upgraded my room for free. First off, the hotel is incredibly close to Jiuzhaigou – it's only a 5-minute walk to the entrance of the scenic area in the morning. However, because it's so close to Jiuzhaigou, there aren't many dining options nearby. It's a bit of a walk to the town, so having a car would be more convenient. **Facilities:** The room itself was very new and equipped with smart home features. The TV was connected to the internet, which made casting and watching movies much easier. The room also had both floor heating and air conditioning, making it very comfortable. The bed and pillows were on the softer side; they felt quite sunken when I lay in the middle, so if you prefer a firm bed, this might not be for you. On a thoughtful note, the room came with complimentary snacks and drinks. It was also incredibly quiet at night. With the curtains drawn, it was pitch black – you couldn't see anything, making it very peaceful. **Breakfast & Amenities:** The hotel offers breakfast for 30 RMB per person. It's a standard breakfast, with yogurt, fruit, bread, noodles, and other common breakfast items. The hotel also has a gym and a public bath, though the gym doesn't have many facilities. **Service:** The service was excellent. The hotel staff were very patient and had a great attitude. I'd especially like to commend the housekeeping service – they were very thorough in restocking items and amenities, and they even tidied up my bedside table without disturbing any of my personal belongings. **Suggestions:** The floor heating isn't throughout the entire room. While they provided two pairs of disposable slippers, the area near the bathroom entrance had no floor heating. After a shower, wearing slippers meant they'd get wet and feel uncomfortable, but going barefoot was too cold. I suggest providing two pairs of slippers in the bathroom – one for wearing in the private hot spring (if applicable) and one for general use, which would make soaking more convenient. Also, with all the smart home features, there were quite a few remote controls. The floor heating made the bed very hot, which became increasingly uncomfortable as I slept. It would be helpful if guests were reminded about this, and perhaps the various remote controls could be labeled, as it was sometimes hard to tell which controlled what.

This veteran four-star hotel truly lives up to its reputation! The location is unbeatable, right in the city center, adjacent to the subway station, with direct airport shuttle access, and surrounded by endless dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The service is professional and heartwarming; the staff are polite, patient, and proactive in offering assistance. The rooms are spacious and bright, clean, and odor-free. Although the facilities show their age, they are well-maintained, ensuring comfort is not compromised. With its prime location, excellent service, and great value for money, it's highly recommended.
