The room was clean and beautiful and they took such beautiful care of us for our stay. The front desk staff were always kind, welcoming, and happy to help with any task. The complimentary tea and relaxing foot soak was the perfect way to end the day when having an early night. Want to have a more exciting evening? The hotel is just across the bridge from the Lan Kwai Fong Chengdu clubbing district with bars and clubs at your disposal. Perfect way to usher in 2026.

Facilities: The room was very spacious, centrally located, and very close to all the attractions. Cleanliness: It was very clean. Although it's an old hotel, it seems to have been recently renovated, and the space is well-arranged. Environment: Despite being in the center, it was very quiet. There's also a 'Golden Foot Impression' (massage parlor) across the street, which was perfect for a relaxing massage after a day of sightseeing. Service: The front desk staff was super nice and helped us with a room upgrade. They were patient and responsible. PS: The breakfast was absolutely delicious – a must-try!

This hotel is located on Chengdu's First Ring Road, very close to Chunxi Road and Tianfu Square, making it convenient for getting around. It's just a 10-minute walk to Luomashi Station on Metro Lines 1 and 4. The hotel definitely boasts an old-school European luxury style, and for a hotel that's over ten years old, it's very well-maintained. I was pleased with the room size, soundproofing, and ceiling height. The service was truly excellent. For my family member's birthday, Kylie from Guest Relations arranged the room decor in advance, and on the day itself, we received a personalized blessing card, a cake, and a small gift. The special room key card was a thoughtful touch, which I've kept as a souvenir – thank you! The executive lounge genuinely offers five meals a day. Both lunch and dinner feature four appetizers, four hot dishes, and two freshly prepared main courses. The afternoon tea scones are freshly baked. During the 'tipsy hour,' there's a wide selection of drinks, including four different cocktails daily, along with accompanying snacks. The desserts each evening were exquisite; we stayed for five nights, and they were different every night. The lounge is open almost all day, from 6:30 AM to 11:30 PM. My only minor complaint is that the hairdryer in the room is quite old-fashioned and could use an upgrade. I will definitely be back!

The hotel is located within the scenic area, and you can see Siguniang Mountain right from your room window – the view is absolutely stunning. You can't drive directly to the hotel, but their shuttle service can pick you up and drop you off in town, which is still quite convenient. The service was excellent; they were very accommodating and met almost every request. Couldn't fault it. The hotel environment is also great. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and they even provide complimentary drinks and snacks. Just a heads-up: Siguniang Mountain is quite high in elevation, and the hotel itself is over 3,000 meters up. So, if you're prone to altitude sickness, you really need to be careful and bring plenty of oxygen tanks, otherwise, it can be quite miserable. Also, the climate here is very different from Chengdu – it's very dry and cold, so make sure you're prepared.

We had an amazing stay at ISEYA and would absolutely stay here again. The location is simply unbeatable — right next to Taikoo Li and IFS, with countless restaurants downstairs, a shopping mall attached, and the subway literally at the doorstep. It was incredibly convenient to get anywhere in Chengdu, especially traveling with kids. The hotel is in excellent condition, and the loft-style room design is a real highlight. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, the space is well laid out, and our kids absolutely loved staying here. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. What truly made our stay special was the service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. Even when small issues came up, the team was always proactive and did their very best to find solutions quickly. On our first day, there were a few hairs left in the shower from the previous guest, and at times the sound insulation wasn’t perfect — occasionally we could hear people in the corridor. That said, these were largely due to other guests being noisy rather than a hotel issue, and the staff handled everything professionally whenever needed. Overall, this was a fantastic stay with an unbeatable location, extremely comfortable rooms, and outstanding service. A true 5-star experience — highly recommended, especially for families.

The front desk service was warm and attentive; seeing our group of five, including seniors and children, they proactively helped with our luggage and kindly recommended nearby attractions suitable for both elderly strolls and kids' play. Check-in was efficient and swift. The room was spacious and bright, with clean and soft bedding. The living room had ample space for the whole family to gather and chat. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were very convenient, making it comfortable for both elders and children. The hotel facilities were incredibly thoughtful, not only featuring non-slip flooring and children's slippers but also providing a kettle and tea set to meet everyone's needs. The high-speed WiFi was stable, perfect for kids streaming shows and adults getting work done without interruption. The location is also superb. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach the local market and snack street, making it super convenient to buy local specialties and try authentic foods. There's also a park nearby, just right for walking the kids after dinner or accompanying the elders for a relaxing stroll. Breakfast offered a rich variety, with light porridge, refreshing side dishes, and sweets and fried eggs that kids loved. Everyone in the family found something they enjoyed. For our next family trip, we'll definitely choose this hotel again!

My stay at JW Marriott Hotel Chengdu was absolutely fantastic! Before I even checked in, Michelle, the butler, proactively contacted me to ask about my preferences and arranged the perfect room. Her service throughout was thoughtful and attentive. The hotel facilities are excellent; the gym and pool are exceptionally well-maintained, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The bed in my room was soft and comfortable, and the smart toilet in the bathroom was a great touch, really enhancing the experience. The hotel is in a prime location, super close to Tianfu Square, making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. Overall, a perfect experience. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu, and Michelle's service deserves a special shout-out!

I have stayed at Hyatt Place Nanchong nearly 10 times, so I will write an objective review. Geographical location: It is backed by Wanda Plaza, which is convenient for eating and drinking, and is friendly to business travelers. It costs 15 yuan to take a taxi from Nanchong Station. If you tell the driver that you are in a hurry, there will be a ”surprise”. Hardware facilities: It is one of the best in Nanchong. After all, it is supported by international brands. The hardware settings are more suitable for user needs. High-speed hair drying, hot water heating speed, shower water volume, comfortable slippers, and iced minnibar cola are more important to me. Price: Sometimes the single breakfast price is less than 400. Stay at Hyatt Place, what do you want a bicycle. Room selection: I have stayed in river view and city view, and I recommend city view. The river view is beautiful, overlooking half of the city, but the window is open for a long time, and small mosquitoes will naturally attack. The noise of the dam dance in the riverside square is also relatively loud, which lasts until about 21 o'clock. The city view is relatively quiet. Service: The overall service is in line with expectations. When you take a taxi to the hotel entrance, there will be a concierge colleague to open the car door. Now many five-star hotels have ignored this step. In addition, Xiao Zhou, a colleague at the front desk, patiently helped me use Tianfutong to handle the matter when I forgot to bring my ID card. Then there was no network, and he patiently waited for me to use my ID card photo. He smiled throughout the process without any impatience. Thank you for making me like Hyatt Place even better. Surprise point: Breakfast, the best word for Nanchong Hotel can be given to Hyatt Place, which has a rich variety and adjusts the dishes from time to time. The variety is so wide that it is close to the level of brunch. You must try their red oil fermented bean curd, which is perfect with fried rice and vegetables. Thank you for providing me with a comfortable business trip hotel experience, and I will continue to visit more in the future.

This hotel boasts an excellent location and a uniquely designed lobby. It's a hidden gem in downtown Chengdu, with an unbeatable location right in the heart of the city's bustling center. The city view is fantastic, as you can see from the pictures. We received a complimentary upgrade, and the package included a self-service afternoon tea, a self-service late-night snack, and free parking. The room came with a makeup remover kit, a large bottle of facial cleanser, a free face mask, and complimentary beverages. During these special times, disposable bedding was also provided for free. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be to consider adding SPA services in the future. That way, you could relax and unwind in your room, which would make the experience even more perfect!

The hotel is beautiful, and the view from the window is like a painting. The facilities are great, and the staff were very polite, helping to deliver our luggage to the room. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Breakfast was plentiful; if you're not in a hurry to enter the park, going a bit later offers a better experience and avoids the crowd. Jiuzhaigou is stunningly beautiful; I'll definitely come back again.
