We arrived at the hotel at 8am and were so lucky to be able to check in to our room. The hotel lobby was on the third floor, and it wasn’t very intuitive to locate. We booked the room with river view and it was facing the main road. I thought it would be very noisy as ear plugs provided in the room, however, it wasn’t that noisy and we could sleep through. Room was clean and water pressure/heater was good! Afternoon tea is provided if you are in your room in the afternoon. Otherwise you could opt for lattes in the morning before you set out to explore. The staff there were very service-orientated and accommodating. We were running late from our location and had already checked out with our luggage. They were so kind to bring the luggage down to the main room so we can continue to journey to the airport. It’s walking/cycling distance to九眼桥 and eateries. Good location! Will definitely come back when visiting Chengdu!

The location is easy to find and very close to Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street, but it's not on a busy street, so it's very quiet. The hotel is a standalone building with complete facilities, including Chinese and Western restaurants, a gym, and a laundry room. The ladies at the front desk were all very gentle and provided attentive service. We were traveling with a child and they proactively reserved a stroller for us, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was plentiful, and you could even enjoy Chengdu's local snacks right at the hotel – it was clean and hygienic. The afternoon tea pastries were also delicious. The staff knew we had a child and proactively changed the bedding every day. They also provided children's disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. The only downside was the lack of a children's step stool, which made it a bit difficult for our child to reach the sink, but the front desk brought a stool which helped solve the problem. Chengdu is an inclusive city, and we would choose this place again if we have the chance!

Facilities: Not as old as some online reviews claim; it even has smart toilets and other modern amenities. Hygiene: Daily cleaning. The bathtub, vanity, carpets, and everything else were spotless, free of hair or grime. There are also a buffet restaurant, a bar, and a Western restaurant, each with its unique charm. Environment: Located near Tianfu Square, right in the city center. It's about 1.5km from various city attractions, easily walkable. The night views are beautiful. Service: Still the classic Ritz-Carlton service – attentive and meticulous. The turndown service was very detailed, and staff proactively asked about our stay experience and dining preferences. Daily Double Ritz-Carlton Executive Lounge Benefits: Five meals a day – breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, evening snacks, and desserts. The dishes all incorporate local Chengdu flavors. In summary, this 'Chestnut' (Ritz-Carlton) is not as bad as some online reviews suggest. Its service and location are still top-notch, making it one of Chengdu's premier luxury hotels and well worth the price.

The customer service was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even for someone with a strong need for cleanliness. They upgraded our room type for our family trip, and the view was truly exceptional. We could lie in bed and watch the 'Golden Mountain Bathed in Sunlight' (the phenomenon where the first rays of sun hit the mountain tops), and we had an unobstructed panoramic view of Siguniangshan's peaks (Dafeng, Erfeng, Sanfeng, Yaomeifeng).

The concierge, Xiao Guanjia, was incredibly attentive and provided excellent service. He explained everything about the room in great detail. The room I stayed in this time was very spacious and comfortable. The location is also incredibly convenient, right next to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, making it easy to get anywhere. I'm really satisfied! The cleaning lady also did a fantastic job; the room was spotless. I had a very pleasant stay.

My stay here was absolutely fantastic! Right when I checked in, a staff member helped me with my luggage and even offered me a bottle of water. The room was spotless and well-maintained. On the 29th floor, there's a gym and a laundry room, which are both fully equipped. What I found particularly thoughtful was that if I went out in the morning, my laundry would be washed and returned to me by evening. The breakfast spread was also excellent, a great mix of Western and Chinese options, and the fruit was super fresh. I especially enjoyed the Dan Dan noodles – they were truly delicious. When I checked out, they even gave me two small panda souvenirs as a gift. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu.

My stay at JW Marriott Chengdu was absolutely amazing! **Hygiene:** The room was spotless, from the bedding to the bathroom – clearly a lot of care went into the details. **Ambiance:** The 'Shu Yuan' (garden) was elegant and incredibly calming, and running into a little cat there was just heartwarming. The special lounge had a fantastic atmosphere, and the turndown chocolate was a lovely, thoughtful touch. **Service:** Our butler, Michelle, was attentive and thorough throughout our stay, responding to all our requests in a flash. It truly made for an exceptional experience. **Facilities:** The mini-fridge in the room was complimentary, the latte art at breakfast was exquisite, and the local noodles tasted incredibly authentic. The lounge offered a wide variety of options. Both the soft and hard amenities definitely lived up to luxury brand standards.

I have stayed at Hyatt Place Nanchong nearly 10 times, so I will write an objective review. Geographical location: It is backed by Wanda Plaza, which is convenient for eating and drinking, and is friendly to business travelers. It costs 15 yuan to take a taxi from Nanchong Station. If you tell the driver that you are in a hurry, there will be a ”surprise”. Hardware facilities: It is one of the best in Nanchong. After all, it is supported by international brands. The hardware settings are more suitable for user needs. High-speed hair drying, hot water heating speed, shower water volume, comfortable slippers, and iced minnibar cola are more important to me. Price: Sometimes the single breakfast price is less than 400. Stay at Hyatt Place, what do you want a bicycle. Room selection: I have stayed in river view and city view, and I recommend city view. The river view is beautiful, overlooking half of the city, but the window is open for a long time, and small mosquitoes will naturally attack. The noise of the dam dance in the riverside square is also relatively loud, which lasts until about 21 o'clock. The city view is relatively quiet. Service: The overall service is in line with expectations. When you take a taxi to the hotel entrance, there will be a concierge colleague to open the car door. Now many five-star hotels have ignored this step. In addition, Xiao Zhou, a colleague at the front desk, patiently helped me use Tianfutong to handle the matter when I forgot to bring my ID card. Then there was no network, and he patiently waited for me to use my ID card photo. He smiled throughout the process without any impatience. Thank you for making me like Hyatt Place even better. Surprise point: Breakfast, the best word for Nanchong Hotel can be given to Hyatt Place, which has a rich variety and adjusts the dishes from time to time. The variety is so wide that it is close to the level of brunch. You must try their red oil fermented bean curd, which is perfect with fried rice and vegetables. Thank you for providing me with a comfortable business trip hotel experience, and I will continue to visit more in the future.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The service was exceptional and they were very generous, providing a variety of complimentary drinks daily, along with thoughtful amenities like face masks and makeup remover wipes. I particularly loved the balcony, which offered a great view of Chengdu's nightscape. The complimentary late-night snacks each evening were a delightful touch. Being in the city center with a dedicated parking lot is incredibly convenient, and the hotel's location is excellent. It's just a 10-15 minute walk to places like Taikoo Li. Plus, directly across the street, there's Zili Noodle Restaurant and Laoma Tihua (Pig Trotter). I highly recommend the noodle restaurant! Overall, I absolutely loved it and highly recommend this hotel.

Hilton's five-star standard. I love the efficient, standardized stay experience. All the staff I encountered were very friendly, greeted me proactively, and even helped me with my luggage (this was excellent… they pulled my suitcase all the way to the main entrance; otherwise, that cardio workout would have given me a headache for ages). As a member, I also got 20% off dinner at the restaurant. The portions were quite generous, and the food tasted good—highly recommend. I got a free room upgrade with fruit and nougat 🍬. They asked about my preferences for the stay, and since I wanted a view, they gave me an excellent room with a scenic view. The joys of the off-season! The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. A special shout-out to the shower's very clear markings!! (No more getting scalded or frozen… My 'J' personality truly appreciates this). As I was leaving, the front desk even gave me some qingke (highland barley) cakes, which were also delicious.
