Staying at this hotel was incredibly comforting and heartwarming. The attentive Xiao Liu was exceptionally warm and thoughtful, proactively helping me with my luggage. Her meticulous and gentle demeanor made me feel right at home. The view from the 14th-floor terrace is particularly stunning; a gentle breeze caresses your face as you take in the breathtaking panorama. The city lights and the pleasant evening air create a truly serene experience. Sitting on the terrace, I savored a peaceful moment, far from the city's hustle and bustle. The evening breeze and beautiful scenery made every moment feel therapeutic and delightful. It's a rare and gentle sanctuary in the midst of a journey.

This was a truly secure stay! The most impressive aspect was the hotel's shuttle service. They picked us up for check-in, took us to the attractions, and then brought us back to the hotel afterwards. When I felt unwell due to altitude sickness, they immediately arranged a transfer to the town hospital. Of course, all of this wouldn't have been possible without the excellent coordination of the butlers. I'm incredibly grateful to all the hotel staff. Despite their young faces and perhaps less 'seasoned' approach, they were still meticulous and accommodating, and their genuine sincerity was palpable. I've included a few photos of the hotel. I highly recommend the Lynn Hotel – my stay here was absolutely perfect! My experience at the Lynn Hotel was exceptional from start to finish, thanks to their incredibly thoughtful and attentive service. The front desk staff were warm and polite, making check-in efficient and fast. They patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions and even kindly offered recommendations for local attractions. It was a lovely touch that I could get a packed breakfast when heading out in the morning! The housekeeping team was prompt, cleaning the room spotlessly, and consistently refilled amenities without me having to ask. Their attention to detail truly stood out. The hotel clearly embraces a guest-centric philosophy; every staff member greeted me with a genuine, unforced smile, which made me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. The service here is meticulous, and they respond to every need. Plus, it offers fantastic value for money. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here!

This hotel is a must-stay! It offers excellent value for money. It's an older, established hotel in Chengdu, so while the facilities might be a bit dated, it's very clean and well-maintained. The service was also quite good. The most important thing is its incredibly convenient location, very close to Chunxi Road, with plenty of dining options nearby. It's also close to the subway entrance, and the price is affordable. The breakfast was pretty good too!

I really liked the hotel and services. It’s location is near bus stops and metro, mini-grocery store and market with fresh veggies/fruits nearby. It’s is very quiet in the hotel despite it being in the center of the city! Hotel has self-service laundry, where you can wash and steam your clothes. Staff is very polite and helping out, we conversed mainly through translator app because they don’t speak English. As for the room, it was nice and tidy with a window to a closed small planted area. A tea set and everyday supply of water is what also made me happy. The only minor thing I can mention that I didn’t like is that because courtyard was very close to the room, if someone smoked outside, you could sense the smell in the room as well. For the rest I really enjoyed my stay at tianfu courtyard, I recommend this place if you like peace and quiet! Thank you

I was very satisfied with my room. Check-in at the hotel lobby was super fast and efficient. Breakfast is served on the 30th floor from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. There's a free 24-hour laundry room and gym on the 29th floor. The lobby also offers complimentary Haagen-Dazs ice cream! They even gave me a small panda souvenir. It's incredibly close to Taikoo Li, Chunxi Road, and the International Finance Square. I highly recommend it to everyone. Right outside, there are delicious 'Bo Bo Ji' (skewered dishes) and BBQ, plus plenty of shops and pharmacies.

We had a wonderful stay at Louis Hotel in Chengdu. The location was perfect — very central and within walking distance of the pedestrian zones, shops, and many attractions, which made exploring the city extremely convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was spotless, and housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning it every day. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the huge bathtub in the room, which added a special touch to our trip and made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Breakfast has not been eaten yet, just arrived today. Good luck, the water that the pool just changed in the morning. The outdoor pool is constant temperature. The water temperature in the shallow water area of the child is similar to the bath water. Comfortable. The deep water area is around 1.2m, the water temperature is slightly lower than the children's area, but it is also higher than the water temperature in the swimming pool. The service is very good, basically any problems can be responded quickly. A large family came to play and everyone was very satisfied.

This hotel boasts an excellent environment and is incredibly close to the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, just a few minutes' walk to the entrance. The room facilities are quite upscale, and the soundproofing is fantastic. Each room comes with underfloor heating, air conditioning, and a small tatami tea room. It was truly delightful to enjoy the underfloor heating, sip tea, and admire the snowy views from the window – perfect for a relaxing, slow-paced trip to Jiuzhai with family or friends. The hotel's ground floor lobby offers a spacious public area with complimentary tea, coffee, and pastries. The coffee quality, in particular, was surprisingly good! Additionally, the breakfast spread is extensive, and the staff are professional and provide excellent service. The hotel is also conveniently located near the shuttle bus pick-up point for direct service to both Jiuzhai and Songpan high-speed rail stations, just a 7-8 minute walk away. I highly recommend this high-value-for-money hotel for anyone traveling to Jiuzhai; its quality easily rivals five-star establishments.
