We had two absolutely fantastic nights at this hotel in Chengdu. Our room offered a stunning view over the river, which made our stay even more special. Everything was perfectly equipped, and we truly enjoyed all the comforts provided.
The reception staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The girls at the front desk assisted us with every request and were always warm, gentle, and welcoming, which made a big difference in our experience.
Breakfast was rich and very inviting, with plenty of options to choose from. What made it even better was the terrace where it’s served — it creates such a pleasant atmosphere and offers a beautiful view over the city, the perfect way to start the day.
The hotel is also conveniently located about a 10 minutes walk from the metro, making the city center easy to reach with a short and pleasant walk along the river.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

This hotel is located inside Tianfu Airport, making it incredibly convenient for travelers needing to wait for a connecting flight or seeking a temporary rest. They also offer a baggage check-in service (for luggage under 20kg) and free luggage storage, which is very handy.
The hotel's environment is excellent, and the facilities are brand new. The room featured electric curtains, and the bathroom facilities were very modern. The hotel service was also top-notch, and the breakfast was incredibly rich. Plus, they offer a thoughtful service guaranteeing a late check-out until 2:00 PM.
I accidentally left my ring behind when rushing at check-out, and the hotel thoughtfully mailed it back to me the next day after I contacted them. This is truly a hotel worth staying at. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

This was a truly secure stay! The most impressive aspect was the hotel's shuttle service. They picked us up for check-in, took us to the attractions, and then brought us back to the hotel afterwards. When I felt unwell due to altitude sickness, they immediately arranged a transfer to the town hospital. Of course, all of this wouldn't have been possible without the excellent coordination of the butlers. I'm incredibly grateful to all the hotel staff. Despite their young faces and perhaps less 'seasoned' approach, they were still meticulous and accommodating, and their genuine sincerity was palpable. I've included a few photos of the hotel. Everything was simply wonderful. Wishing everyone safety and a better life ahead!

Great location if you plan to shop in Chengdu. Walking distance to a bunch of malls and shops. From bargains to high-end goods you’re bound to get your shopping fill.
The same with cafes and restaurants. You won’t run out of options.
The hotel is good. Spacious rooms and big bathroom. The AC in my room was noisy though.
The outdoor western restaurant was closed during my stay. Missed out on trying that one.
Overall a great stay. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very luxurious and has good attention to detail. Although the room we were in had an amazing view and luxurious feel, some dirt and stains and a few cracks in the furniture takes away the full 5 star wow factor, although it is a great room. Also the hairdryer is very very old and overheats within minutes, you need to pull it out, wait, then try again. Also the AC is not stable, at times we needed to turn it down as low as 10 to actually feel cool as the room is very hot and humid. The staff in general were very warm and accommodating and provided extra water for the room when we called them. However as we wanted to have a little rest in the morning we called to ask if the cleaner could come asap to only change trash and stock up the toilet roll etc, we were informed that there was only one cleaning lady and would need to wait. I find this quite questionable for a hotel that big. The breakfast buffet is good with lots of choice. Pastries, cakes, local specialties, western dishes a plenty. However the coffee machine is weak and only provides espresso and americano, the hotel should upgrade the machine to accommodate those with tastes like lattes and cappuccinos as this is the norm in even 4 star hotels. The robot butler is a great touch. The location is actually very very good. Shopping malls and restaurants are very very close. Overall I would stay here again but the price needs to match the interior.

Our family booked a two-night twin-bed package for our trip. After pushing the beds together, we had a spacious, super-large bed. The room was clean and tidy (I forgot to take pictures of the room, unfortunately!). Breakfast was plentiful, and the 'Bo Bo Chicken' was delicious. We also received two complimentary afternoon teas and a voucher for a traditional lacquer fan experience. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.
The hotel has a well-equipped gym and a laundry room. The gym had everything we needed, and the laundry facilities were also more than sufficient – no more worrying about smelling after a sweaty workout!
It would have been even better if there was a bathtub in the room.

On the second night of our stay, right before bed, we noticed a few mosquitoes. We initially thought it was just one or two, but then we looked at the ceiling and saw them everywhere – many weren't even mosquitoes, probably over 30 in total. We called the front desk at 1 AM, and they seemed quite dismissive, not even coming to check the room. After two calls, the hotel suggested we switch rooms. To our dismay, the new room also had a lot of mosquitoes. Only after strongly insisting did they find a can of insect repellent. After half an hour of spraying, the duvet and floor were covered in dead mosquitoes and other flying insects. We asked if they could change the sheets and pillowcases, but that was a whole other story – there was no housekeeping staff available, and even though the security guard was diligent, he wasn't trained for housekeeping duties. I honestly recommend installing mosquito screens; it's astonishing to have so many flying insects and mosquitoes on the 23rd floor.

This Ritz-Carlton absolutely delivers exceptional service, from the welcoming staff to efficient check-in, room service, and the lounge service – all were incredibly warm and efficient. The greeter on the ground floor, noticing I was looking for my takeaway, proactively pointed me to the delivery locker. Room service was always incredibly fast, delivering items within minutes. Additionally, the breakfast is worth a special mention. The all-day dining restaurant offers a wide variety of breakfast items; I particularly enjoyed the pan-fried salmon and the small portion of cold noodles. It seems the quality might be even better on weekends than weekdays. The lounge breakfast allows for à la carte ordering, and on my second morning, the Eggs Benedict came with an incredibly generous amount of salmon – probably the most salmon I've ever had with Eggs Benedict at any hotel. The lounge offers two freshly-made hot dishes and four hot dishes for lunch and dinner, but I'd suggest improving the flavor of the hot dishes as they were a bit bland. As for the facilities, they are a bit dated. The hot water in our room's sink was very slow to come out, and the stopper in the left sink was broken. Otherwise, there were no issues. All the mirrors in the shower area have a heating function, so they don't fog up, which shows great attention to detail.

The photos make it seem like this hotel occupies its own standalone building, but that isn’t the case. It is actually located on the 15th and 18th floors of an older building, which makes the overall experience feel less premium than expected. While the hotel floors themselves have a modern, futuristic design, the contrast with the rest of the building was a bit disappointing.
Additionally, the room we booked did not have a window, which was not clearly communicated in the images on trip.com, which did disappoint us.
During our visit, there was also very loud construction noise. To their credit, the staff responded promptly and moved us to another floor. However, the noise was still noticeable even after the room change.
The hotel offered a 5% discount as compensation, but we felt it was insufficient given the inconvenience caused, especially since we would also not be able to collect Trip.com coins for this stay. As a result, we declined the offer.

Very satisfied with my stay. Will stay here again when I go to Deyang.
Excellent services and facilities, with very professional and friendly staff. Excellent location to allow one to joggle along a river or to walk around the city center. Easy taxi/Didi access. Room services are better than expected, with surprising daily freebies such as fresh fruit, cookies, and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Help desk is very prompt in providing what I requested. Buffet breakfast offers top-notch variety of ready-made Chinese and Western style choices or customer-ordered hot noodles.
Just a minor suggestion: this is more a customers' behavior problem (can't believe those guests at a 5-star hotel). Currently, when there is a crowd at the front desk to check out, it is the braver with longer hands that get faster services. I suggest either post a clear sign to ask people to keep in line or have a manager to maintain some kind of an order (no need to be military type:-). This is just to be fair to those who are waiting patiently. And better order may also help promote a better hotel reputation. But I understand bad habits die hard, no matter what you do.

MM496612****I specifically chose a hotel near Jiuyan Bridge for my trip to Chengdu, and it totally exceeded my expectations – I have to give it a serious shout-out! First off, the location is absolutely unbeatable. It’s just a 5-minute walk to Niulangmiao Metro Station, and you can get to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li directly in just two stops. After exploring the Jiuyan Bridge bar street and enjoying the night view of Anshun Bridge, it’s a leisurely 10-minute stroll back to the hotel. Plus, you get to soak in the local atmosphere along the Jinjiang River, all without the hassle of finding a taxi – because taxis can be quite expensive here. The room amenities really impressed me! The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer an amazing view; you can see the green streetscape during the day and catch glimpses of the city lights at night, making for some fantastic photos. The bed features a super soft Relyon mattress, I think it's a four-star one, and they even provide two types of pillows for perfect comfort. After days of walking, lying down instantly relaxes you, guaranteeing a full night's sleep. The cleanliness was impeccable; the bedding was spotless and odor-free, the shower was a walk-in with excellent water pressure and quick hot water, and every corner was dust-free – making for a super comfortable wash experience. A pleasant surprise was the two-person e-sports setup in the room; after exploring Jiuyan Bridge, playing a couple of rounds of Valorant was pure bliss. It also created a great vibe for watching shows or listening to music, and again, great for photos. The service was warm and attentive to every detail! The front desk ladies and the manager were enthusiastic and efficient; check-in and check-out were quick. They even proactively recommended authentic hot pot spots and hidden tea houses nearby, sharing tips on how to avoid long queues. When I realized I forgot my charger upon check-in, the front desk immediately found a suitable one for me and even gave me complimentary bottled water and local snacks. When I wanted to take a bath in the evening, they thoughtfully provided a disposable bathtub liner, which made me feel very safe, and also gave me complimentary drinks.

GGuest UserThis hotel is conveniently located between Yongfeng Station and Yiguanmiao Subway Station, making travel a breeze. It's just a 30-minute subway ride to the Panda Base and about a 15-minute drive to Shuangliu Airport. The environment is lovely, with an inner courtyard where you can park or enjoy some tea. They even offer complimentary afternoon tea snacks – I tried the Dandan noodles and yogurt, which were delicious! I arrived at 8 AM after an 8-hour flight from Turkey. I spoke with the front desk, and they not only allowed me to check in immediately but also upgraded my room from a twin to a king-size, which was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also very roomy and clean. The service was excellent. Overall, a fantastic experience! Highly recommend!
AAnonymous UserWe upgraded to a mountain view room when we arrived. The hotel is very grand, clean, tidy and beautiful!
The corridor on the fifth floor leads directly to the hot spring, which saves you from the cold on the way to and from the hot spring, which is very considerate.
The soup pot in the restaurant is also very delicious. I ordered two small portions of the soup pot for the big and small. The red soup is fish, which is really fresh and freshly killed. It is very fragrant. The scenery outside the window is also very beautiful. The service attitude is very good and very friendly!
The overall feeling is great!
TTianlu668The hotel is clean and hygienic. The nearby subway and bus stations are very convenient. It is suitable for business trips. The hotel price is also reasonable. It is a very good choice.

YYoYo-mimiThis stay exceeded my expectations. From the moment I checked in until I checked out, it was a truly comfortable experience. The lobby had an elegant ambiance, the staff greeted me with smiles, and the check-in process was efficient and quick. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and the bathroom amenities were high-quality. Housekeeping was meticulous, with every corner clean and tidy. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet and undisturbed night's sleep. Breakfast offered a good mix of Western and Chinese options, with freshly prepared dishes that were delicious. Room service was prompt and all my requests were quickly met. The hotel's location near business districts and transportation hubs made getting around incredibly convenient. The attention to detail truly stood out, making it a reassuring and comfortable place to stay during my travels. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.
GGuest UserThe hotel boasts a beautiful environment; the lobby exudes a grand and upscale feel. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and feature balconies with river views. During check-in, Tang Hao and Li Zhu at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and polite, even helping to introduce the hotel's location and nearby restaurants. Upon check-out, Cai Fen and Luo Xingyue at the front desk were equally attentive, offering small gifts. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again; it was a wonderful trip.
YYedaolvThe room is spacious and comfortable, and the humanized design is reflected everywhere. The toilet light is a voice-controlled light. It will automatically turn on when you get up in the middle of the night. You don’t need to turn on the light in the dark. Electric curtains, there is a TV next to the bathtub, and you can also watch TV while taking a bath. There are welcome fruits and milk, small details slowly. The staff inside are very enthusiastic and responsive. The second time I came, the focus was on handmade, children's playground, and their own cinema. They are all new films synchronized with the yard line. It is best to bring children to kill time. I recommend everyone to play here for parents and children.
