We were delighted with our spacious 32 m² Standard Room, which was exceptionally comfortable and thoughtfully designed, providing a truly relaxing stay. Excellent hotel. The beds were really comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were perfectly adequate – not luxurious, but the room size and amenities were comprehensive. The hotel thoughtfully assigned me a room facing the inner courtyard. While it was a bit awkward that the hallways on both sides were clearly visible when the curtains were open, it was a trade-off for a peaceful rest without the noise of traffic from outside. The hotel breakfast was abundant; though not a huge variety, it had everything you could want, and the greenery throughout added a lovely touch. There are two floors of shops downstairs, not much to buy, but in this location, it’s a rare luxury. It’s a bit of a walk to the bustling bar streets and pedestrian areas, but still within walking distance. This hotel experience far surpassed the Marriott in Tirana; excellent value for money.

Amazing place kind staff and very great amenities, free shuttle to airport pick up and drop off, with a great restaurant. Just that there was a weird picture in the room, we didn't like we requested it to be removed but apparently it was too heavy so it was declined. Picture as below. But just overall amazing place.

Absolutely lovely hotel and great location quiet enough but close enough to all the great spots. The staff such as Mario, Teira (sure I am spelling it wrong) were all so wonderful. Slightly disappointed on the beach area considering its a premium hotel and was surprised at no access to room service. Could not even get ice as the in-room fridge is more like a wine cooler with not much cooling.

The hotel staff were very warm and friendly from the first moment I arrived at the hotel. They gave me a free upgrade and made sure to show me to my room. The hotel itself is lovely, and the comfort level is just amazing. The breakfast was so good, it even has an omelet station. I highly recommend this hotel what you are looking for a relaxing stay by the Albanian seashore.

Great hotel. Just as gorgeous as the photos and it's very quiet when the windows are shut. It could do with a little better customer service and better cleaning standards. All in all, very pleased and would highly recommend it to anyone. The pools and saunas were the highlight of our stay. Our skin feels so fresh and rejuvenated.

The room was clean and tidy, and the most important point was that the hotel staff was very warm and thoughtful!
