5-Star Hotels in Anhui, China

Just got home! We're guests from Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, and we want to give a huge shout-out to Xihai Hotel for your excellent service! I originally thought the hotel was a bit pricey just because of its prime mountaintop location, a scarce resource. But from the moment we checked in, we experienced the incredibly thoughtful, meticulous, and perfect service from the Xihai team [strong][strong]. First, they gifted two breakfast vouchers for my two kids who are just under 1.3 meters tall. Our room's electric heater was already turned on, making it warm and cozy. There were also down jackets provided, which were perfect for staying warm while watching the sunrise early in the morning. The kids absolutely loved the wonderful evening performance! [strong][strong][strong] The breakfast was both abundant and delicious! [strong][strong][strong] The only thing that would make it even more perfect is if there were wontons for breakfast [grin].

Facilities: Well-maintained. Cleanliness: The cleaning staff (Dajie) cleaned promptly and thoroughly every day, even asking about preferences and providing two extra bottles of water, which was a nice touch. Environment: There's road construction nearby, but the underpass is open, so driving is still quite convenient. Service: I especially want to commend Miss Lyra! She recommended so many great restaurants and photo spots – super thoughtful!

It's rare for me to be enthusiastic enough to write a review for a hotel I've stayed at, but the InterContinental Hefei provided an absolutely fantastic experience. In terms of service, we arrived around 10:00-11:00 PM, and as soon as our car pulled up to the entrance, a bellhop warmly greeted us and helped with the door and luggage. The front desk proactively upgraded us to a high-floor, scenic king room and even offered a complimentary welcome drink for being a member. Welcome fruits were already waiting in the room. During our stay, whenever we called for an extra blanket, a disposable bathtub liner, or a remote control battery change, someone was at our door within roughly three minutes. The room rate included a happy hour, and when I brought my child (who is 1.6 meters tall) the next evening, they didn't charge for an extra person and even offered a complimentary item for the child. Upon checkout, they even gave us some fruit to take on our journey. The room facilities were absolutely superb as well; it was very spacious, and all the amenities were complete and thoughtfully designed. It featured a large bathtub with a TV next to it. Breakfast was very rich and offered a wide variety of choices. Overall, the stay was truly wonderful. The location is also very convenient, close to attractions like the museum, ocean world, ancient Xiaoyaojin Park, pedestrian street, Lei Street, and the University of Science and Technology of China campus. There's also the Yintai in77 shopping mall just one block away, making it incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. I will definitely choose to stay at InterContinental Hefei again on my next trip to Hefei.

I booked this room by chance, and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise! I arrived at Huangshan North Station around 3 PM and was debating whether to stay at the foot of the mountain or on it. I called the front desk, and they patiently guided me. Their sincerity convinced me to stay on the mountain. I checked in a few days before the May Day holiday, so there weren't too many people. The hotel facilities were quite good, especially considering its mountain location – excellent value for money! After checking in, Dreamland of the Brush and Monkey Gazing at the Sea were right outside the hotel, which was very convenient. At 8:30 PM, the hotel staff even put on a performance of Huizhou lion dances, fish lanterns, and dragon dances for us, making guests feel right at home. The butler also thoughtfully informed us about the weather conditions and dining tips. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great, and it rained the next day, so my wish to see the sunrise couldn't be fulfilled. A small regret to save for my next visit!

Staying at the Grand Hyatt Hefei was an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel is in a prime location, making getting around super easy. The overall decor is minimalist yet luxurious, creating a wonderful ambiance. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and their attention to detail was impressive. My room was spacious and tidy, with soft, comfortable bedding. The view was expansive, offering a panoramic city skyline. The bathroom facilities were comprehensive, and the toiletries were high-quality; everything felt clean and fresh. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes with fresh ingredients and excellent flavors. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure stays. It truly delivers on a high-end feel and an exceptional experience. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The room was great, spotlessly clean, and even had a smart toilet. From February 20th to 24th, the floor attendant on the 23rd or 24th floor (I apologize, I can't recall the exact room number) was exceptionally warm and professional. The breakfast was excellent! I got to try the local specialty, qiangguo mian (stir-fried noodles), and the chicken soup wontons were incredibly fresh and delicious. The freshly made pork buns were also fantastic. The chefs at the live cooking stations were all very friendly. I especially appreciated the thoughtfulness of having takeaway cups readily available next to the coffee machine. Sitting in the lounge on the top floor in the evening was a great way to relax. I had noted on Trip.com that my booking included a welcome fruit plate, and I also redeemed 1 point for one, but the front desk never mentioned it and it was not provided at any point during my stay.

The hotel service was excellent ✌️ The environment is great, right across from the Kangxi River. Facilities are complete, and breakfast is plentiful. The room was also cleaned very well. Christmas is coming, and the hotel decoration has a lovely Christmas atmosphere. I'll definitely come again! So good, so good!

設施：新開的酒店，設施不錯，達到5鑽水平 衞生：很乾凈，房間還有一個大浴缸🛁 環境：離市區稍微遠了點，對自駕來説很方便，停車也方便 服務：小哥哥小姐姐服務很熱情，第一天送餐的機器人跑丟了，前台小姐姐好容易在電梯裏找到了。建議:沐浴液，洗髮不要用小瓶了，不好倒出來，和整個酒店的設施也不是很搭，5星好評，下次來蚌埠可以再住這。

Very nice hotel in Wuhu. I stayed for one night. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the city. The open floor plan is interesting and enjoyed the heated floors in the bathroom area. The bed was comfortable and large enough for me (6’5”). Breakfast had a large variety to select from, and enjoyed the Chinese dishes the most. The hotel is located right next to the river, and I enjoyed walking on the boardwalk. Great place to stay.

Visited Hefei during the May Day holiday and staying at The Langham was an absolute delight! Before I even checked in, my dedicated butler, Jane, proactively reached out to confirm my needs. Throughout my stay, she was incredibly attentive, constantly checking in on my experience, and always reliable. Any issues were promptly resolved, showing her meticulous and thoughtful service. I felt completely secure and well-cared for at the hotel. The environment is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and it's super convenient for getting around and finding food. If you're coming to Hefei, The Langham is definitely the place to choose!
