5-Star Hotels in Anhui, China

Our stay at Xihai Hotel was definitely the highlight of our Huangshan trip, earning a well-deserved five-star rating! The hotel's location is unbeatable, right next to the West Sea Grand Canyon and Danxia Peak, making it the perfect choice for sightseeing. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful; they not only helped us plan our itinerary but also thoughtfully provided down jackets and flashlights for watching the sunrise. The evening intangible cultural heritage folk performance was a wonderful surprise, creating an amazing atmosphere. The room facilities were also excellent – clean, tidy, and with a super practical clothes drying rack, which was a lifesaver after hiking. A hot shower instantly washed away all the fatigue. I will definitely highly recommend this place to all my friends and family visiting Huangshan in the future!

This hotel was a very comfortable stay. The location is easy to find and very convenient for getting around. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the service attitude was excellent. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I slept very soundly at night. The bathroom was clean, there was plenty of hot water, and all the toiletries were provided. Breakfast was also good, with enough to eat well. Overall, it was a great experience.

Service: Absolutely fantastic! I've never seen executive lounge staff work so hard. Our butler, Xiao Guan, was especially wonderful and catered to our every request! We had a very comfortable stay; the kids didn't even want to leave. The hotel food was also delicious. The location is excellent too. Swan Lake is right downstairs, and in77 shopping mall is just a block away on foot. Walk a bit further and you're at MixC shopping mall.

An excellent hotel! It's just a short walk from the Yungu cable car station, and the surrounding scenery is absolutely stunning. The staff are young and highly professional, genuinely going out of their way to assist guests. The hotel food is also good and reasonably priced, far exceeding my expectations. The hotel corridors feature impressive, elegant floral arrangements made from local mountain plants. In the evenings, there's even a lion dance performance at the entrance. The makeup artists and photographers for travel shoots were also excellent, providing high-quality service! I'll definitely stay here again when I come to Huangshan!

One city, one Grand Hyatt. For this holiday, I headed straight for Hefei, confidently choosing the Hefei Grand Hyatt – a benchmark among hotels. The location was a pleasant surprise, right in the heart of the CBD, with direct access to MixC Mall downstairs. The Hidden Gem Green Axis Park and Swan Lake are all nearby. Our room, located on the 43rd floor or higher, offered breathtaking views and a simple, comfortable design. From the moment I booked, Manager Xiao Song provided detailed parking instructions in advance. The check-in process at the front desk was smooth and efficient. They proactively offered recommendations for local attractions and dining. This warm service made us feel like we'd truly come to love Hefei because of the Grand Hyatt, and we'd be more than happy to return! 😘😘😘

Staying at a Shangri-La is always a safe bet, and this trip to Hefei was no exception. I chose the Shangri-La Hotel again, and as always, the service was excellent. From the front desk staff to the ladies at the Horizon Club on the 27th floor, everyone was gentle, meticulous, and thoughtful. Truly deserving of its five-star rating.

Had a great stay at the hotel! The view from the window was lovely, and I really enjoyed the free indoor heated pool. 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 What really stood out was the beautiful large lawn in the park downstairs, and the Kangxi River trail was perfect for jogging while enjoying the scenery on both banks. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, and the service was excellent. A special shout-out to the front desk staff for being so thoughtful and attentive – they even upgraded my room! This will definitely be my first choice again next time.

The room facilities were good, and the restaurant staff were also nice. However, the service from what appeared to be the lobby manager at the second-floor breakfast restaurant was really subpar. It definitely didn't match the standard you'd expect from a five-star hotel's management. A big thumbs down for that.

Very nice hotel in Wuhu. I stayed for one night. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the city. The open floor plan is interesting and enjoyed the heated floors in the bathroom area. The bed was comfortable and large enough for me (6’5”). Breakfast had a large variety to select from, and enjoyed the Chinese dishes the most. The hotel is located right next to the river, and I enjoyed walking on the boardwalk. Great place to stay.

Visited Hefei during the May Day holiday and staying at The Langham was an absolute delight! Before I even checked in, my dedicated butler, Jane, proactively reached out to confirm my needs. Throughout my stay, she was incredibly attentive, constantly checking in on my experience, and always reliable. Any issues were promptly resolved, showing her meticulous and thoughtful service. I felt completely secure and well-cared for at the hotel. The environment is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and it's super convenient for getting around and finding food. If you're coming to Hefei, The Langham is definitely the place to choose!
