My stay at the Hyatt Regency Lanzhou exceeded all expectations! The location is superb, right on South Binhe Road, and the floor-to-ceiling windows in my room offered a breathtaking view of the Yellow River, perfect for watching the evening light show. Ms. Bonnie contacted me before my arrival to ask about my preferences, which was a thoughtful touch! Check-in at the front desk was very efficient, and they even upgraded my room. The room itself was spotless, the bedding was soft, and the shower pressure was excellent. A special shout-out to the Executive Lounge; the Gansu snack platter in the evening was a unique highlight. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the Mother of Yellow River statue, making it very convenient for getting around. Whether for a business trip or a vacation, this is definitely the top choice in Lanzhou – highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, I had issues in another city so I had to go back to Lanzhou and I made my reservation in the last minute for just one night and the staff were very, very helpful! This was the best hotel we've stayed so far in this trip to China, everything was very clean and new, spotless! The breakfast was very good as well and It is very close to the airport. I want to point one specific staff member that was very helpful, and her name is Cassy, she understood how tired we were after all unexpected events during the course of this day, It was late in the night when we arrived and she always had solutions to help us, she even gave me some tips to what to do in Lanzhou and made updates and answered any doubt I had, she also secured a late check out so we could have more time do rest., Even when she seemed very busy she was able to make time to help us. . I feel so much gratitude for her and the staff. Thanks!

Anna Niu, the Guest Services Manager, was the perfect start to my trip. I chose to stay at the Four Points by Sheraton for its standardized service, but Anna took the service and overall experience to the next level. I'm not exaggerating when I say I've stayed in many hotels, ranging from 600 to 6000 yuan, and while some might have better decor, none have offered service and arrangements as thoughtful as Anna's. I would unhesitatingly recommend this hotel and Anna to all my friends and family. Facilities: The hotel is only 2.5 years old, so all the facilities are quite new. They have washers and dryers, and the gym has three types of cardio machines, a squat rack, and dumbbells – more than enough. Cleanliness: The housekeeping staff were very prompt and maintained high standards of cleanliness. Environment: The location is just right for all the attractions. The furthest taxi ride is no more than 30 [yuan/minutes], usually 10-15 [yuan/minutes].

Our first stop on this Hexi Corridor trip was Jinglong International, and overall it was good. The facilities are probably among the newest and best in Zhangye, and the service was excellent. Our room was super spacious, and we even got an upgrade, which we really appreciated! However, there were also some noticeable downsides: 1️⃣ The hotel's underground parking is shared with residential buildings, so there are limited spaces. Also, the lighting from the underground entrance to the elevators is motion-activated. If you're waiting for the elevator for a while and it's slow to arrive, that section of the path gets very dark, which could be unsettling for women. Ground-level parking was also extremely full, making it very difficult to find a spot. 2️⃣ I really have to complain about the lighting! Personally, I think the smart lighting design is the hotel's biggest flaw 😂 Even though the front desk explained how to use the lights when we checked in, we still encountered issues. For example, while lying in bed playing on my phone, with no movement at all, the bathroom light and fan would suddenly turn on by themselves. When I wanted to turn off the TV in the bedroom, after calling out to 'Xiao Du' (the smart assistant), the bedroom TV turned off, but the living room TV magically turned on by itself. If the bedroom door was closed, 'Xiao Du' couldn't be activated. Honestly, these lighting designs, with lights suddenly turning on in the middle of the night, were genuinely quite frightening. 3️⃣ The hotel's breakfast wasn't great. Perhaps due to the high volume of guests, most dishes were empty after 9 AM and weren't refilled promptly. 4️⃣ There were no small hand towels in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. Although the hotel has been in a trial operation for a year, the cabinets still had a noticeable odor. Overall, it has its pros and cons, and I hope the hotel can improve!

This time, we took a road trip and stayed at the NUO Hotel here. The overall service was surprisingly good... I initially thought it would be an older, more dated hotel, but the environment was actually incredibly clean. It's quite impressive how well they maintain such cleanliness. The hotel also has an underground parking garage, which is free and perfect for those driving. The room facilities are very well-maintained, and importantly, the restaurant floor was spotless, not sticky at all, and the tableware on the tables was neat and clean. The hotel's fourth floor connects directly to a shopping mall, making dining and shopping extremely convenient. The service attitude was also genuinely great – not overly intrusive, but also not neglectful, just perfectly balanced. Plus, the overall room rate was very reasonable. I had a really excellent impression! Hope they keep up the great work!

I have been to many places in the country and stayed in many hotels. This hotel made me dissatisfied in many places. The first is about the breakfast coupon. As a 4th or 5th tier city, I spent nearly 400 yuan to open a large bed room, but only gave me a breakfast coupon. I called to consult, and the explanation was also far-fetched. I had to spend another 58 yuan to buy a breakfast coupon. I had no choice but to spend more than 400 yuan to buy the breakfast coupon in order to have a good rest along the way. The second is to drive to the parking lot. Such a high-end hotel should be considered one of the best hotels in Longnan City. When I arrived at the hotel's ground parking lot, there was no parking space, but no one came to direct the parking of the vehicle. I found that the staff was hiding in the corner squatting on the ground and making their own private phone calls, ignoring the existence of the guests. Third, when registering at the main desk, there were clearly 2 windows for registration, and the 2 staff were crowded together, ignoring the existence of other individual guests. When other registered guests impatiently questioned, the staff slowly asked us to line up at another window to check in, and the work efficiency was also very low. I don’t know if it was caused by unskilled business. Fourth, when we bumped into the housekeeping staff on the floor, no one took the initiative to greet the guests. As a high-star, high-end hotel, the hardware conditions are so good, but the software and management should be improved! Finally, I would like to add that the water in the public area on the ground should be cleaned up in time, otherwise the guests would fall and it would be bad for everyone!

The service and reception staff were always helpful and answered all our questions without being overly intrusive. Housekeeping was discreet, ensuring daily cleaning and replenishment of items, and always responded promptly to requests. They also thoughtfully provided fresh fruit daily. **Front Desk:** I had pre-communicated about a specific booking detail, and the service was spot on. The pricing was clearly and transparently communicated during checkout. Overall, the service staff are highly professional. There were no hidden fees, and the pricing was transparent and reasonable. They maintained a respectful distance from guests – no prying, idle chatter, or clustering – truly demonstrating their commitment to their work and reflecting the high standard of hotel management. The facilities and service overall were very thoughtful and attentive. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I have stayed here. The room is very spacious. Although it is an old hotel, I can feel the quality of the decoration and the facilities are complete. The hotel is very large, and the greenery, water system, pavilions and towers are all very beautiful. It is like living in a big park. It is a good choice for travel and leisure. It is very close to Kongtong Mountain Scenic Area, less than ten minutes' drive. We climbed Kongtong Mountain on the first day and brought the elderly with us. It rained on the second day. Just walk around the hotel and go to the swimming pool for free. The elderly had a lot of fun and were not tired. In the afternoon, we enjoyed the scenery, drank tea and chatted on the terrace of the room, and went to the restaurant to eat delicious hand-pulled lamb in the evening.
