We stayed here with our child because they wanted to go swimming, which is why we chose this hotel. Upon check-in, we received a free room upgrade, and the front desk staff were all very welcoming. The breakfast was also delicious, especially their radish and pork buns—definitely a must-try, they were incredibly good! Our child also loved the swimming pool. The only downside was that the room didn't have heating; it seemed to be a fresh air system. In the afternoon, due to the room's orientation, it got very hot, but then it became extremely cold late at night and in the morning! This aspect really detracted from the experience.

Traveling to Zhangye, my stay at this five-star hotel was absolutely perfect! The location is super convenient, within walking distance to the Bell and Drum Tower, and not far from the Danxia scenic area, making getting around a breeze. The hotel's ambiance is elegant and grand, with lush greenery adorning the lobby and a fresh, pleasant aroma. The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive; the front desk processed my check-in efficiently, proactively helped with my luggage, and even offered a welcome fruit basket. Any requests were promptly addressed. The room was spacious and bright, with impeccable cleanliness – not a speck of dust in any corner. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, feeling like I was sinking into clouds. The smart home controls were incredibly convenient; just a call to ”Xiao Du” allowed me to operate the air conditioning and TV. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, with excellent water pressure, and even thoughtfully provided a foot bath tub and mugwort packets – soaking my feet after exploring the Danxia landforms was so therapeutic. The soundproofing was superb, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep until morning. The facilities are comprehensive, and breakfast even includes local Zhangye specialties. The value for money is outstanding, I'll definitely stay here again next time!

This hotel looked incredible! From top to bottom, it was clear that the designers took style seriously. The rooms gave off a sense of luxury that few other hotels in this process range have. The carpets, floors, doors, cabinets, beds etc. emitted a sense of tranquility, which made me feel very comfortable. Also, after travelling around China for nearly a month, I can say that this was by far the best breakfast I've had at roughly a dozen hotels. The staff were professional, everything was very clean, and the location could not have been better. My only issues: there was no air conditioning, and my room was very hot at night. Additionally, when the rooms next to you are watching television, you can hear everything in your room.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hilton Lanzhou City Centre. Many thanks to front office staff, Debbie who attended to us warmly and responsively. The hotel's location was good and the check-in was very fast. Our high-floor room was clean and comfortable, the best is, choice of pillows is granted. We thoroughly enjoyed the sunrise view of the city from our window. A point to note, the room window can only be unlocked by staff for cooler air flow as the central heating system is in operation for the current winter season. We also loved the fragrant of the toiletries. Buffet breakfast spread was tasty and varied. We spent a relaxing time enjoying our breakfast slowly.

Real stay experience: Traveling to Dunhuang during the off-season is absolutely amazing! 👍🏻 The unique snow scenery was beautiful, but what was even more unforgettable was the hotel's front desk manager, Anna. From the moment I placed my order, I received a call from her reminding me of essential travel items, daily weather updates, and travel precautions. She patiently and meticulously planned our itinerary, saving us a lot of trouble. She also recommended some affordable and delicious local snacks. Anna was always patient and responsive throughout. The room arrangements were also excellent. I'm a light sleeper, and she specially arranged a very quiet room for me. The hotel bedding truly lived up to its name; it made my tired body feel incredibly relaxed after a long day. It was the most comfortable sleep I'd had on my entire trip. Of all the hotels I stayed at during this trip, the Four Points by Sheraton Dunhuang was the most heartwarming. [heart emoji] I truly experienced the comfort and relaxation of being at home. 😌 Her prompt and responsive service was truly commendable. Thumbs up for this professional service! [strong emoji]

True to its nickname, the Little Ritz-Carlton of Northwest China, this Sheraton hotel left a very impressive impression. The location is excellent, close to both the subway and Lanzhou West Railway Station. The decor is just what I love. Finally, the front desk staff was warm and friendly, and Nancy deserves special mention. Due to time constraints, I only stayed one night, but I'll definitely return next time I'm in Lanzhou.

The room is spacious, comfortable and stylish, the breakfast has local characteristics, and parking is convenient. It is the best hotel in Jiuquan and the stay is very comfortable!

We stayed at the hotel in late 2025.3 Everything exceeded our expectations. When I book, it seems the location outside the city is a drawback of this hotel, which is compensated by a free pickup. But for a sightseeing trip in ZhangYe and with services the hotel has to offer, the location doesn't matter at all. Not to mention that the hotel's car+driver offer is quite competitive compared to what we have pre-booked. ###Room###: The room was spacious with comfortable beds and lots of amenities. WiFi speed is decent. There is also a public washing & drying machine, where the maid offered to wash our clothes. ###Restaurant###: The breakfast was plenty. The dinner offer a wide variety of local and standard dishes at an accpetable price. We got a free decent late night snack/dessert (with milk for children) delivered to the room at night. ###Staff###: The staff was very attentive. It started with the driver waiting at the train staion exit. Then we were greeted at the hotel by a staff with a good command of English. The staff has good knowledge of sightseeing spots in ZY. At dinner, the staffs made their best to help us understand the menu, patiently expained the food choices, as well as help estimate how much food we should order. (We are traveling with 2 children.) When we arrive back at the hotel in the evening, they enthusiasticly offered to help carry our stuffs. Tips are not expected nor accepted. If I have to comment, a moisturizing lotion and extra blankets in the room would help when the weather is cold. This hotel will definitely be my first choice if we ever come to Zhangye again.

The hotel covers a large area and has a beautiful waterscape and garden environment. The magnolia flowers bloom especially beautifully during the Qingming Festival! The hotel lobby and guest rooms are not in the same building. The guest rooms are composed of multiple 3-story independent buildings. There are many parking spaces and convenient parking. The restaurant is in the lobby, with a good environment and convenient dining. There is a separate water bath, and guests staying there have discounts on tickets. The overall environment, sanitation, safety and service of the hotel are very good, and it is very worth staying.
