This trip was a wonderful surprise and a truly touching experience, starting with booking the hotel. It was a warm welcome in the winter of 2026. I initially booked a hotel for that night on Ctrip, but later saw a discounted package deal. I immediately contacted customer service to modify my booking, and they listened to my request and contacted the hotel promptly to change the order. We were extremely satisfied! š Furthermore, the hotel service was excellent, thoughtful, and attentive. A small note with a greeting was like a warm current dispelling the chill. In short, it was a truly unforgettable experience.

Great location, and the butler proactively contacted me to arrange some fruit in advance. The breakfast was plentiful, and it was super convenient to get around. Right across the street is a lively area with popular spots like luxury brand stores, crayfish restaurants, lotus root soup, and other trendy eateries. The afternoon tea was also fantastic, and the service was excellent. Plus, the view from the window was beautiful!
Perfect Hotel for business travellers. Hotel is brand new, rooms are spacious, high ceilings, amazing view of the river and the city. Very comfortable to work from, no wifi issues. Bathroom is amazing, again, a feeling that everything is brand new. The breakfast was foreigner friendly, with cereals, orange juice, toast, marmalade and great coffee. The views from the restaurant (top floor) are amazing. Lots of parking, staff super friendly, high speed chargers across the road and a Wanda mega mall on the other side with western restaurants and a Luckin Coffee. I was amazed, I've stayed in Suizhou hotels in the past, in the city center, but this is next level. I didn't take a picture but a small detail that sums up this hotels level of service was they gave me 2 new bottles of water every day. I ended up with 8 bottles of water (i don't drink water but i made a few coffees in the room). How many hotels keep adding waters to the room. If i ever go to Suizhou again i will definitly stay here. FYI: Suizhou is a small town, but this hotel is not in the center. This hotel is perfect for business, quick access to the city, quick access to the motorway. I saw the center of Suizhou once... so to be honest no need to see it again...

My business trip stay was perfect! The hotel is generally quiet and clean, making it ideal for both work and relaxation. Lulu and James at the front desk provided incredibly thoughtful service. The room was spacious with soft lighting, and the housekeeping staff did a meticulous job cleaning. Service was prompt; any requests were quickly addressed after communication. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices and tasted light and delicious. It also comes with free parking, which makes commuting easy. This is definitely my top choice for business travel; every detail was well thought out and considerate.

The hotel boasts a grand and elegant design. Although it opened in 2010 (and was renovated in 2020), the interior facilities are meticulously maintained and show no signs of age. The mini-bar is chargeable, but the front desk kindly provided two complimentary drink vouchers upon check-in, which was a nice touch. During my stay, there were a few minor hiccups (such as an opened bath salt from a previous guest not being replaced, and an empty lotion bottle not being refilled), but thankfully, the responses were very prompt. A special thanks to Leah at the front desk for her help! š¹
The most delightful part of my stay was undoubtedly the Executive Lounge. It wasn't crowded, so it was quiet, and tables were cleared very quickly. The food selection was impressive. Dining there offered close-up views of the river, which was a wonderful experience. Breakfast the next day was also quite good, with a decent spread of Chinese, Western, pastries, and fruits ā everything you'd expect.
Overall, both the hotel's amenities and service are excellent, living up to their expected standards. However, given its age, some facilities and items inevitably show a bit of wear and tear (like the bathtub in the room or the dining plates in the restaurant). There's still room for improvement in some minor details, but generally, it was a very good experience.

The room was excellent ā clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern amenities. The vanity area was a nice touch, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day. The front desk staff were very friendly and even offered complimentary bottled water. Taxis are easily accessible nearby, and it's a short ride to various city center attractions. The breakfast was also quite good. Despite ongoing road construction on one side of the hotel, there was no noise at night.

I specifically chose Shiyan Baiqiang Manxinfu for this business trip, and the experience far exceeded my expectations!
The hotel lobby is incredibly stylish, with a glass curtain wall and meticulously maintained landscaping creating a wonderful atmosphere. The front desk manager and staff were also very attentive. The rooms are spacious and airy, with impeccable cleanliness. The Sealy mattress was incredibly relaxing, and I slept very soundly. Parking is convenient downstairs, and the surrounding amenities are excellent. I had a very comfortable stay during my business trip, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shiyan. Highly recommended!

Overall, my stay had both good and bad aspects.
The hotel front desk service was both professional and attentive. The 34th-floor lobby offered an incredible view. The check-in process was warm and meticulous, with staff demonstrating a gentle and polite attitude. They proactively informed me about breakfast, the pool, the best viewing areas, and even the optimal time to watch the sunset over the Yangtze River. Any questions I had were patiently answered, showing consistent high-quality service throughout. Special shout-outs to concierge Garbo and Zoe, who were incredibly professional and explained everything in detail, even sharing their own landscape photos. The bellboy Wensen was very polite and enthusiastic, taking my luggage directly to the room. After checking out, I specifically left a thank-you letter for them in the room.
The Deluxe King City View Room was very spacious with a well-organized and open layout. The large glass windows offered expansive views, allowing me to enjoy the city's twilight blue hour in the evening, with city lights beautifully scattered, creating a wonderful ambiance. The room was spotlessly clean; the floors and bathroom corners were meticulously maintained. The bedding was soft and fluffy, and the pillows were just right. The soundproofing was excellent; I barely heard any traffic or hallway noise, ensuring a very restful sleep. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation, and the toiletries were high-quality and amply stocked. All drinks and snacks in the minibar were complimentary, showing thoughtful attention to detail.
The breakfast buffet offered a rich and comprehensive selection, including Chinese hot dishes, freshly cooked noodles, Western pastries, and fresh fruit beverages. Local specialties were also available. The ingredients were fresh, and dishes were replenished quickly. The dining environment was generally quiet and clean. Staff circulated constantly to clear tables, ensuring no shortages. The window seats offered soft light, making for a relaxed and pleasant dining experience with city views.
The lobby bar had an elegant ambiance with soft, non-glaring lighting and comfortable sofas, perfect for a short rest or business discussions. The server, Jane, proactively asked about drink preferences and recommended local specialty teas. A cup of Poria and Sour Jujube Seed Tea in the afternoon was particularly helpful for me as it aids in calming and sleep. The cloud lights and rose rabbit sculptures in the lobby, especially under a black-and-white filter, enhanced the artistic atmosphere. The open-plan design of the lobby bar seamlessly connected with the front desk and lounge areas, maintaining both a sense of openness and privacy.
Now for the areas that could be improved.
The breakfast buffet staff sometimes lacked proper judgment. After I finished eating and was about to use my phone for a bit before continuing, a staff member cleared my empty plate without asking. I expected them to replace it with a clean one, but no staff member did, forcing me to get new utensils for subsequent servings, which disrupted my dining flow and was quite uncomfortable. This was especially noticeable the next day when the service was clearly different; Xanthe actually *asked* if I was finished, unlike the other staff member who just cleared the plate without a word. The two breakfast experiences were completely different.
The basic welcome amenities were not consistently provided. From check-in until check-out the next day, I received neither a welcome fruit platter nor any dining vouchers. I even asked in the morning if a fruit platter was available, and the front desk staff said they would order one immediately. However, it never arrived by check-out, with the excuse being that another department failed to deliver it. Compared to the amenities provided to guests in other room types at the same price point, I found this clear differential treatment unacceptable. There was a noticeable disparity in service, and the attention to detail was not up to standard. This lowered my overall stay experience and highlights a need for standardized service and improved staff service philosophy.
Despite these minor disappointments, I'm still willing to give a high rating due to the professionalism and warmth shown by the front desk and concierge team. After checking out, I specifically left a handwritten letter saying, āFrom the moment I entered, every service made me feel at ease.ā Especially the line, āWhere the heart finds peace is home; here tonight, forget the frost,ā which truly reflects my experience. I hope the hotel sees this letter and maintains this reassuring level of service while promptly addressing any management shortcomings.
As a consumer, I believe good aspects should be maintained, and poor ones should be improvedāthat's a fundamental principle. Once the service details are perfected, allowing both facilities and service quality to be consistently excellent, I believe that after rectifying and refining these details, the hotel will truly exhibit the complete quality expected of a five-star hotel, offering guests a flawless, comfortable, and smooth stay experience. It will surely gain more guest loyalty and recognition and become the top recommendation for accommodation in Yichang.

SSophyJiangmanlvhuiI chose to stay here again because of its excellent location.
š **Ambiance:** This established hotel boasts a prime riverside spot, offering picturesque views of the Han River and its weeping willows. It's conveniently located next to the artsy Lihuangpi Street, and within walking distance of delicious food options and the retro Jianghan Street. The location truly couldn't be better.
šļø **Facilities:** Despite being an older hotel, the facilities are well-maintained. The rooms are well-proportioned and fully equipped; the desk even comes with a rather expensive swivel chair. ā ļø I did notice a few minor issues: there's only one charging outlet by the bed, the bathroom blinds are difficult to close, and there's no clothesline for drying.
šāļø **Service:** ā ļø I booked two 'partial river view' rooms and had requested adjoining rooms via Ctrip and again in person. The front desk staff flatly refused, and assigning us rooms on the same floor felt like a favor. To top it off, the rooms were at opposite ends of the hallway, and while one had a great partial river view, the other faced directly onto an opposite building with only a sliver of river visible. It felt like a deliberate mix of good and bad. I noticed the hotel's occupancy wasn't particularly high that day, so it seems the front desk was being a bit clever with room assignments. ā ļø The 'exclusive Didi ride-hailing voucher package offering up to 100 yuan off' was a 'special service' that was never mentioned, making it easy for guests to miss or forget.
š½ļø **Dining:** For a five-star hotel, the breakfast selection is limited and not very extensive.
JJchen1This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly.
The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

GGuest UserOh, my check-out date for this Wuhan hotel kept changing. I originally planned to leave for Changsha on the 6th to enjoy the food, but I ended up being so exhausted from exploring Wuhan ā walking over 10,000 steps every day. After some thought, I decided to cancel my Changsha trip, stay an extra night in Wuhan to get some good rest, and then head home early š! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; it's a short drive to pretty much everywhere, taking no more than 20-30 minutes to reach any destination! And I absolutely love Wuhan's food!
There's so much to eat, I couldn't try it all: cold noodles, BBQ, crispy dumplings, Leng Ji braised delights, stir-fried lotus root strips, and thoseē®åé¤”é¤ (a type of pastry) from Jingzhou, just to name a few. For the BBQ specifically, you don't even need to seek out those super popular online spots; just find a BBQ joint downstairs in a residential area, and the food will be great without the long queues!
I do have one suggestion: regarding parking, every time I left the hotel, I had to report my license plate to the concierge. This is quite inconvenient. Wouldn't it be easier for both sides if they could authorize parking for the duration of the stay?
GGuest UserI stopped over in Wuhan for a night and the accommodation exceeded my expectations. We checked in smoothly with our pet, and there were no additional charges. The hotel did a great job assigning our room, and the soundproofing was excellent. It was the first time my dog slept so soundly outside of our home; she didn't spend the whole night on guard. We kept our dog in a stroller in the public areas. While the hotel is pet-friendly in that it allows pets, there's still room for improvement. For example, the pet bed provided isn't very useful, as most pet owners know that pets won't readily sleep in an unfamiliar bed with unfamiliar scents. Perhaps a pet playpen would be better. Providing pet pads, diapers, and even pheromone sprays for anxiety or flea/tick sprays would truly make it feel pet-friendly. Nevertheless, I'm happy to see that brand-name hotels are gradually opening up to and improving their pet policies, and I believe things will only get better in the future.
Aside from the pet aspect being quite satisfactory, I really need to complain about the hotel breakfast. I arrived at the restaurant around 9:45 AM, knowing the hotel was full and breakfast would be crowded, so I specifically tried to avoid peak hours. When I got to the entrance, both the hostess and manager were looking down, and there was no one to seat us. All the trays were empty, and people were scrambling to find plates. I didn't see any service staff in the dining area; it was the head chef who brought out the plates. The food was cleared very quickly by 9:55 AM. I asked an employee who was clearing the food for a main serving spoon to eat my cereal, and she told me they only had ceramic spoons, and that the stainless steel ones were only for the serving counter. The Americano coffee machine at the coffee bar only filled cups about 60% of the way. The restaurant manager really needs to contact the supplier to adjust the machine. What I also can't understand is why the omelet station, which is a key QA check for the Marriott brand, has been changed. There are no more omelets, and although they made sunny-side up eggs, I'm still a bit confused. I've never stayed at a Sheraton before, so perhaps the standards are different?
On a positive note, I want to praise the chef at the noodle station. She was incredibly enthusiastic, and the beef noodles were delicious. Even though it was close to closing time, she maintained her warmth and enthusiasm, which was really lovely. However, there's a small detail: the chopsticks provided for eating noodles aren't ideal for picking up the noodles. I observed that most guests were business travelers, and it's very easy for soup to splash onto their clothes. Because of this, I didn't finish my delicious beef noodles.
GGuest UserThe service was excellent! We stayed during the May Day holiday and the service was really attentive. Manager Hans even gave us a complimentary breakfast, which was incredibly rich and easily comparable to popular breakfast spots outside. The afternoon tea at the executive lounge was also exquisite, but we were simply too full to fully enjoy it. It also happened to be my birthday, and although they didn't have chocolate cake, they still brought us some small pastries. I also heard the pool is quite good. I'll definitely stay here again next time, and hopefully, I'll get to try the pool then!

AAnonymous UserI recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Wuhan Riverside, and I can confidently say that it was one of the finest hotel experiences I have ever had.
What truly made this stay exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Manager Herry Huang. From the moment I arrived, Herry demonstrated an extraordinary level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His ability to anticipate guestsā needs and provide personalized assistance is a rare quality that sets him apart.
The hotel itself is absolutely remarkable. The facilities are elegant, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. Every detail reflects the high standards expected from a world-class Hilton property.
However, what distinguishes this hotel from many other luxury hotels is its people. Herry Huang and his team embody the true meaning of hospitality. Their warmth, dedication, and commitment to excellence transformed a great stay into an unforgettable one.
I have stayed at many hotels around the world, but the level of care and service I received here was genuinely exceptional. Hilton Wuhan Riverside has set a benchmark for what a luxury hotel experience should be.
My sincere thanks to Herry Huang and the entire hotel team for making my stay so memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wuhan and will undoubtedly choose it again in the future.
A perfect experience in every way.

HHutouhunaoThe room is very big, and it's very quiet at night. When you get up in the morning, you can go for a run around the courtyard. The manager Jason also gave me fruits. The environment is also very nice, and the breakfast is rich.
GGuest UserThe Westin Yichang boasts an excellent location, right in front of Binjiang Park, overlooking the majestic Yangtze River where massive cruise ships slowly pass by on their way to and from the Three Gorges. Across the river, the rolling mountains are often shrouded in mist, resembling a magnificent traditional Chinese ink painting. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and relatively new, and the rooms are decorated in a warm and stylish manner. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is of excellent quality.
The hotel's breakfast restaurant on the second floor also offers fantastic views. The variety of food is rich, and the spicy oil dumplings are a delicious must-try.
The hotel staff are enthusiastic and proactive; there are always service personnel warmly helping with luggage when getting in and out of vehicles. The front desk staff are highly professional and efficient in their service.

GGuest UserI chose Tingtao No. 2 based on reviews saying its facilities were newer. However, the front desk service at Tingtao No. 2 truly has that state-owned enterprise vibe š„¹.
Before arriving at the hotel, I couldn't find a walking route from the subway station to Tingtao No. 2 on my phone's map, so I called the front desk. To my surprise, their directions were completely wrong!
At the time, a mature-sounding female voice from the front desk told me to take the 'Provincial Museum exclusive passage' after getting off the subway. But after exiting the subway, I couldn't find anything labeled 'Provincial Museum exclusive passage.' I called the front desk again under the scorching sun, and this mature-sounding female voice actually argued with me. Just then, after exiting the subway, Huangli Road appeared. I asked if I should just follow this road, and described the shop names I saw along the way, including whether to turn at intersections. This mature-sounding female voice from the front desk actually said she didn't know š¤·.
I asked the front desk to transfer me to someone else. A younger female voice, with a much better attitude, then told me how to get there and seemed quite familiar with the surroundings.
Upon arriving at the hotel entrance, since the hotel is quite large, I saw there was an electric shuttle service. So I called the front desk to ask for a shuttle. After waiting for 3-5 minutes, no car came. I called the front desk again, and they gave me the driver's mobile number, telling me to contact the driver myself. I called the driver's phone, and then a fully loaded electric shuttle appeared in the distance, telling me that was the car. After I got on, it dropped me off at the back entrance of Tingtao No. 2 and then drove off. I had to carry my luggage up the stairs from the back entrance to reach the front desk of Tingtao No. 2 š„².
The hotel environment is excellent, the breakfast is good, and the facilities aren't old. During my stay, there were groups for conferences, training, and various activities, but it wasn't noisy.
I apologize for having high expectations for the hotel, but I truly can't praise the front desk service. Perhaps the front desk at Tingtao No. 2 (especially an older female receptionist) thought my individual booking wasn't worth serving š¤£.
