GGuest UserThe room has a fantastic view, especially at night. There's a mirror directly opposite the window, and when evening comes, it reflects the outdoor scenery beautifully. It's truly stunning. In the evening, the Yijing Corridor had a ball game playing, and the resident singer was not only beautiful but had an even more amazing voice. You could even request songs, which was a huge plus.
The hotel's location is excellent. There's a Manner coffee shop on the first floor, and just down the street, you'll find Tea Color Yuese and several crayfish restaurants, all within about a kilometer. The room was clean and the bedding comfortable. However, on the first morning, while I was still asleep, I was repeatedly woken up by housekeepers knocking on the door asking if I wanted cleaning. I've stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time I've encountered something like that.

GGuest UserThis hotel is truly fantastic! Even though I arrived early, well before check-in time, the front desk allowed me to check in right away. The front desk staff provided excellent and swift service, and they also informed me about some of the hotel's additional services. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the facilities and amenities well-equipped. The airport transfer service was also great; perhaps because it's Chinese New Year's Eve, the boss himself drove us to the airport in a Mercedes-Benz!

GGuest UserMy stay here was absolutely perfect! The service was meticulous and attentive throughout, and I have to give a special shout-out to Nico Li. The day before my arrival, they proactively called to confirm my estimated check-in time and thoughtfully asked about my preferences, arranging the room in advance. This made me feel at ease even before I arrived. I accidentally left my power bank at the hotel, and they promptly contacted me. Nico Li immediately helped package and mail it back, which was a huge relief â their sense of responsibility is truly outstanding. The front desk service was equally warm and thoughtful, even providing a complimentary breakfast, and the food was delicious. The entire check-in process was smooth, with no issues whatsoever. The staff were responsive, enthusiastic, and attentive, and every aspect of the service was top-notch. The value for money is incredible! I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip and highly recommend it to all travelers!

GGuest UserI stopped over in Wuhan for a night and the accommodation exceeded my expectations. We checked in smoothly with our pet, and there were no additional charges. The hotel did a great job assigning our room, and the soundproofing was excellent. It was the first time my dog slept so soundly outside of our home; she didn't spend the whole night on guard. We kept our dog in a stroller in the public areas. While the hotel is pet-friendly in that it allows pets, there's still room for improvement. For example, the pet bed provided isn't very useful, as most pet owners know that pets won't readily sleep in an unfamiliar bed with unfamiliar scents. Perhaps a pet playpen would be better. Providing pet pads, diapers, and even pheromone sprays for anxiety or flea/tick sprays would truly make it feel pet-friendly. Nevertheless, I'm happy to see that brand-name hotels are gradually opening up to and improving their pet policies, and I believe things will only get better in the future.
Aside from the pet aspect being quite satisfactory, I really need to complain about the hotel breakfast. I arrived at the restaurant around 9:45 AM, knowing the hotel was full and breakfast would be crowded, so I specifically tried to avoid peak hours. When I got to the entrance, both the hostess and manager were looking down, and there was no one to seat us. All the trays were empty, and people were scrambling to find plates. I didn't see any service staff in the dining area; it was the head chef who brought out the plates. The food was cleared very quickly by 9:55 AM. I asked an employee who was clearing the food for a main serving spoon to eat my cereal, and she told me they only had ceramic spoons, and that the stainless steel ones were only for the serving counter. The Americano coffee machine at the coffee bar only filled cups about 60% of the way. The restaurant manager really needs to contact the supplier to adjust the machine. What I also can't understand is why the omelet station, which is a key QA check for the Marriott brand, has been changed. There are no more omelets, and although they made sunny-side up eggs, I'm still a bit confused. I've never stayed at a Sheraton before, so perhaps the standards are different?
On a positive note, I want to praise the chef at the noodle station. She was incredibly enthusiastic, and the beef noodles were delicious. Even though it was close to closing time, she maintained her warmth and enthusiasm, which was really lovely. However, there's a small detail: the chopsticks provided for eating noodles aren't ideal for picking up the noodles. I observed that most guests were business travelers, and it's very easy for soup to splash onto their clothes. Because of this, I didn't finish my delicious beef noodles.

The environment and service are both excellent! My international business partners were also very satisfied with their stay. It's an excellent choice for business travelers!

From the moment I arrived, Herry demonstrated an extraordinary level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His ability to anticipate guestsâ needs and provide personalized assistance is a rare quality that sets him apart.
The hotel itself is absolutely remarkable. The facilities are elegant, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. Every detail reflects the high standards expected from a world-class Hilton property.
However, what distinguishes this hotel from many other luxury hotels is its people. Herry Huang and his team embody the true meaning of hospitality. Their warmth, dedication, and commitment to excellence transformed a great stay into an unforgettable one.
I have stayed at many hotels around the world, but the level of care and service I received here was genuinely exceptional. Hilton Wuhan Riverside has set a benchmark for what a luxury hotel experience should be.

GGuest UserThere's a large shopping mall nearby, which is really convenient for shopping. They also offer free shuttle service to and from Wuhan Station. Plus, it's just a few minutes' walk to Metro Line 5, making it super easy to get around. The breakfast is pretty good too.

EErjielamantouI come to Yichang for business every month and wanted to try staying at the Westin. After breakfast, I returned to my room, but the key card wasn't working. For a new hotel with new facilities, this shouldn't happen, which was a bit disappointing. All four pillows were very soft, and there wasn't a slightly firmer option. Personally, I don't sleep well on overly soft pillows, so they should offer a variety. The overall environment is quite good, and the river view from the room is also excellent. The hotel's exterior is very iconic. Breakfast was refined but had fewer options.
Regarding service: I checked in on the 29th, and the two ladies at the front desk provided excellent service. When my takeout order arrived, I wasn't familiar with where to pick it up, and they kindly showed me the way, all with a smile. Their emotional support was top-notch. Even when they were checking in other guests, they patiently answered my questions while continuing their work.
I am a man, but the TV in my room displayed a welcome message for a 'Ms.' While on a business trip, I was a bit tired, and seeing 'Ms.' actually made me smile and relax a bit, but such a small error shouldn't occur. The price is a bit on the higher side.

GGuest UserI came here specifically to visit Mao Zedong's former residence with my child. The Donghu Hotel, located within the East Lake Scenic Area, is a self-contained property. Upon arrival, staff inquire about your purpose before allowing vehicle entry, and there's a private road leading in. There's also a parking lot right at the hotel entrance, which made me feel quite secure. The service was attentive; after checking into the Nanshan B-Section Standard Room with a view that I booked, I received a complimentary fruit platter. The room itself was well-equipped with all necessary amenities.
The hotel buildings each have their own unique charm, and the lush greenery makes it feel like a forest â a natural oxygen bar. From my room's balcony, I had a view of the greenway and the shimmering lake. It was raining moderately when we arrived, and I'd never seen the lake so turbulent, with waves crashing one after another.
There's a dedicated shuttle bus that takes guests to the side entrance of the Hubei Provincial Museum, which is incredibly convenient as it's just a stone's throw away. After exploring the museum, I simply called the front desk, and they sent the shuttle to pick us up and bring us back to the hotel. My only regret is that due to the rain, I couldn't take a walk on the greenway to enjoy the scenery; I only managed a brief glimpse. I'll definitely come back with my child next time to experience the unique landscape again.
