Travel itinerary 1Let's start with the spa - an oasis of relaxation and rejuvenation. From the moment I stepped into the tranquil haven of the Vier Jahreszeiten Spa, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of serenity and well-being. The spa facilities are impeccable, featuring a range of treatments and therapies that cater to every guest's needs. The expert therapists displayed a deep understanding of their craft, ensuring a customized and revitalizing experience. After indulging in one of their signature massages, I felt completely refreshed and invigorated. The spa's attention to detail and commitment to providing a sanctuary of calmness was truly impressive.
As for the location, Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski is a true gem in the heart of Munich. Situated on the prestigious Maximilianstrasse, it offers an ideal home base for exploring the vibrant city. From the hotel, you can easily reach Munich's iconic attractions, designer boutiques, and renowned dining establishments. The convenience of being able to stroll through the historic city center or simply step outside to admire the beauty of Maximilianstrasse made my stay even more enjoyable. It's a testament to the hotel's commitment to offering guests the best of Munich right at their doorstep.
The overall experience at Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski was nothing short of exceptional. The luxurious accommodations, attentive staff, and attention to detail throughout the property were all factors that contributed to a memorable stay. The blend of classic elegance and modern amenities created an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere, which I found to be both comfortable and inspiring.
In conclusion, Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski Munich is a top-tier hotel that truly understands the art of hospitality. The remarkable spa and the unbeatable location in the heart of Munich set it apart as a destination that caters to travelers seeking a perfect balance of relaxation and exploration. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to experience the best of Munich in a luxurious and welcoming setting.

Anonymous UserWe had a very good experience here at the le meridien hotel munich! We were greeted warmly by the receptionist, alex miller. I remembered him clearly because of his warm and welcoming demeanor.
He gave very good restaurant recommendations ( all were very delicious - attached is the list) and went above and beyond!! Kudos to him.
Perhaps the only thing missing was toileteries amenities which were not in the room, but if you request for them they will give you. Bottled water is only given 1 per day.
Would definitely come back and recc people to stay here!

Part time travelerWould visit again, location was nice there was shops and food options nearby but some of the street we had to cross were major roads. Everything about the room was amazing and staff was nice but only issue is the sink was kind of blocked. Granted we didn’t call for it to be fixed as we were only staying for two days and it was still sort of working

Julia SenichevaThe hotel is good. The location is right by the train station. There's a great pool with all the amenities (towels, slippers, robes). The room was a bit small; we were with our 6-year-old child, and space was limited. There was one standard-sized double bed. It was clean, and the staff were friendly.

First time to stay in a 5 star hotel that doesn’t offer toiletries. You would think it’s Andaz and it’s supposed to be premium since we stayed with other Andaz before, but this one doesn’t have any toiletries like the basic suchnas lotion. I asked why and they said they are changing company. Still though they should have warned us during check in or at least have something in the room

Guest UserWe visited Hotel Bayerischer Hof for a Valentine's Day Getaway 14-15 Feb. My wife received a lovely long stem rose upon arrival, and we were double-upgraded to a fourth-floor suite with a Lakeview. The Front Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The servers in the Cafe, Restaurant and Breakfast Room were prompt and efficient, the food was excellent and the Breakfast Buffet large and generous! I can recommend this Hotel for couples, Families, or Business Travellers. I have taught at a Hospitality School in Zurich for over 15 years, and am a professional business traveller with thousands of overnight stays and 10s of thousands of dining out experiences!

Guest UserWe bought two train tickets to Zugspitze from the hotel. Since the hotel wasn't far from the Hausberg train station, about a ten-minute walk, we leisurely strolled along, taking photos. However, when we arrived at the station, we realized one of the tickets was missing. We figured it must have fallen out when we took our phone from one of our three bags. So, we retraced our steps, searching all the way back to the hotel, but couldn't find it. We explained the situation to the front desk attendant and bought a new ticket before heading out again.
The next day, when we were checking out, the front desk attendant told us she had good news. Apparently, after we left yesterday, she called the train station to cancel the lost ticket, but they initially refused. She then followed up with an email, and this time they agreed to cancel it.
It wasn't about the money; it was the feeling of being away from home and knowing someone genuinely cared and went out of their way to find a solution for us without even being asked. It gave us such a sense of security and genuine care.
Besides its great location, underground parking, clean rooms, and very friendly restaurant staff, this hotel is definitely somewhere we'd return to.
If you're still deciding which hotel to book, this one is absolutely the right choice.
It's a shame I forgot to ask for the front desk attendant's name. A big thank you again!

ShanshanBooked an executive king room with executive lounge access. It's a common issue with older European five-star hotels – the facilities are outdated. Even though I booked an executive room (they gave me a room on the 17th floor, which isn't an executive floor, so that's a bit odd), there was a sour smell as soon as I entered. This is my fifth hotel in Europe so far. While it's in the airport, it's clean and comfortable enough. Newer brands often offer more comfort than old five-star hotels. I guess I can't just rely on brand names when traveling in Europe anymore. The executive lounge was good with nice views, but I wasn't happy about the sour smell in the room.
