Very good resort. Facilities are top quality and well-maintained. Food was very yummy, although breakfast could offer more variety for a 5-star hotel (e.g. there was no smoked salmon for breakfast - I consider salmon to be standard at 5-star hotels catering to international clientele). Staff are well-trained and very professional. The resort also offers spa services as well as tour bookings, but we did not avail of these. For our travel dates the all-inclusive package on trip.com was by far the best value for money compared to booking directly or through any other website. One potential area for improvement is the provision of a mini rack on the balcony/veranda where guests can hang up wet clothes after a tour - would be a nice thing, which I've seen at some other resorts, as some guests just want their clothes to dry, not necessarily washed.
It was a great trip, especially with a few good friends. Although there was no opposite sex, it did not affect our enjoyment of life and emotional release!
The hotel is really perfect, with complete facilities, pleasant environment, and all three meals in the restaurant are well arranged. It was also a romantic party... Walking along the white beach in the morning and evening, riding a motorboat with the sunset... Perfect!
Next time, I can really bring my family to Sang Island for a trip. It is hospitable and the scenery is pleasant!
If you don't want to step on the pit of the hotel, come here!
The hotel environment is good, the beach is very white, but the price is too high. Let’s talk about the service first, the room needs an extra bed, and I have to wait for a few hours before I come; I need to get a switch plug, and there is no shadow until I check out; I check out on the last day and call on time, I really won’t let you for a minute. Delay. Besides the facilities, the bed in the standard room will move, so there are sizzling sounds upstairs and downstairs every day, and the sound insulation is very poor. On the wall, the hand cramps when you press it. In the villa, all the sockets are European-style. You must bring your own adapter. The swimming pool in the villa can only be regarded as a footbath, because it is only 60 cm deep.
Pros: The hotel is very large and the facilities are good. It is very clean. It has its own beach, where you can rent surfing equipment and go out to sea to chase dolphins. The location is independent and a little far from other places on the island. I think it is enough to stay for 1-2 days.
Cons: The service feels a bit careless. We booked lunch at the beach club at noon, but when we arrived, they said that someone else had eaten our lunch, and they didn't believe us. The attitude of the waiter was very annoying. I spent thousands of dollars to stay in the hotel. Who can lie about a lunch? This service is really amazing. I don't know how the waiter was trained. I spent thousands of dollars, but the service was still so bad. Don't expect any star-level service here, and don't book special restaurants. Just eat at the buffet restaurant. It saves time and trouble and you won't get angry.
This is a beautiful resort. The staff were incredibly kind and always welcome you with a smile. They have snacks and coffee/tea time throughout the day and the dinner buffets were fantastic. There is also a lot of activities like water aerobics, stretching, volleyball.
The only downside: people are allowed to smoke everywhere, on the beach, by the pool, the lobby, the chill areas. It’s really gross and very unhealthy for those who do not smoke.
We were warmly greeted by the staff at the entrance. I had booked a deluxe room and had arrived early, would have appreciated an early checkin but the room wasn’t ready so meanwhile I explored the resort amenities. It has a private beach with a mini golf area and a bar alongside. The staff is friendly but most of the staff is new, a bit slow but they get you what you need. Maybe that’s how they’re wired, I’m unsure but they were kind.
Pictures don’t do enough justice to this property. It’s massive, beautiful interiors with high end quality products. Loved the spa, felt so rejuvenated and I loved their bathing product line, the shower gels, etc. It’s ace quality. Food was good. They had live performance that got everyone on flood.
It’s one of the best properties I’ve stayed at.

There are very few Chinese here, most Europeans. It is very big and beautiful. The rooms are also very large. There are balconies and bathtubs. The decoration style is very modern. There are more than a dozen houses without elevators. They are like a scenic spot, in fact they are. In this way, you should bring a bracelet after you come in. The facilities in the hotel and the swimming pool can be used. All meals are included, and unlimited drinks and beverages are included. It is a good place for leisure and vacation.
The hotel is not huge which i loved because the facilities and service feel very personalized. The team is very friendly especially Ally and Norah! I loved the seafood grill a la carte Lebanese restaurant. The beach was beautiful and the see reaf guided hike was very enjoyable. The room was very well kept and comfortable. The next door village has nice local food and products.

GGinge5Tui Blue Bahari is 5*+
There is space, good food, great private beaches, 5 restaurants, friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere.
There were more sunbeds than guests when we stayed and towels are available poolside.
There are bars in the garden, by the beach and at the pool, which are all manned with waiters and bar staff who are happy and efficient.
The hotel has security and a private beach and the local tour sellers wait at the beach for you to engage.
If you walk straight into the sea from the resort you'll find starfish, urchins and Dory fish.
The room door we had wouldn't lock with a firm push and a couple times after the cleaners had been it was unlocked.
Overall though 9.5/10
I'd recommend for any special occasion, or for those who want to safari in Tanzania, or swim with dolphins in Mnemba.
