Excellent Family Stay in Ibiza with Minor Areas for Improvement Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful 4-night stay at this 5-star hotel in Ibiza as part of a week-long holiday. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other families visiting the island. What We Loved: Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant plus, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free, especially when traveling with family. Impeccable Cleanliness: We were consistently impressed with the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, from our room to the common areas. This attention to detail truly enhanced our stay. High-Quality Food: The quality of the ingredients used in the hotel's restaurants was evident in every meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and fresh food on offer. Exceptional Staff Service: The staff members we encountered were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their dedication to providing excellent service made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. Areas for Improvement: Restaurant Staffing: During peak meal times, we noticed that the main restaurants seemed understaffed, which unfortunately led to queues. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the dining experience for all guests. Limited Daytime Activities: While this may have been due to our visit being in the off-season, we felt that there could have been more activities offered during the day to keep guests entertained. Spa Inclusivity: We were a little disappointed that access to the spa was not included in the main room price, nor was there an option to add it as part of our package. Offering this as an inclusion or an add-on option would be a great enhancement. Negative Aspects to Report: We genuinely did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay. Overall: Despite the minor areas for improvement mentioned above, our family was extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We believe that if these points are addressed, future guests will undoubtedly have an even more exceptional experience. We would certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Ibiza.

We had already paid £480 online through Trip.com for a double room for 3 nights. However, upon arrival, the hotel demanded an additional €400 simply because a second guest would be staying in the room. What made this even more unreasonable was that I checked the exact same room type on multiple other dates, and the price was identical whether selecting 1 adult or 2 adults. The listing itself also clearly indicated that the room rate included accommodation for 2 adults. Despite this, the hotel still charged an extra €400 at check-in. This additional amount only included breakfast and city tax for the second guest — there was absolutely no room upgrade, no extra bed, and no additional service provided. In fact, the amount charged was so excessive that it was close to the price of booking an entirely separate room. At check-in, the hotel stated that if we refused to pay, the second guest would not be allowed to stay. We tried multiple times to communicate with the hotel in a polite and constructive way, but there was no flexibility or reasonable attempt to resolve the issue. I completely understand paying reasonable extra charges for breakfast or local taxes, but the way this situation was handled felt extremely unfair and poorly communicated in advance. Trip.com customer service was actually very helpful throughout the process and even provided compensation themselves, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel remained unwilling to address the situation fairly. The property itself may be nice, but this experience left us feeling disappointed, uncomfortable, and taken advantage of. Transparency and fairness in pricing are essential, especially for international travelers.

I was traveling in Mallorca that day and due to some unforeseen circumstances, I booked this hotel last minute, snagging the very last room. It turned out to be the perfect choice. This hotel is very new; the general manager told me it only opened last October and was even closed for three months during winter for maintenance, so all the facilities and equipment are sparkling. The staff speak excellent English, the design aesthetic is spot-on, and there are so many photo opportunities and sights to see in the common areas. Breakfast was also exquisite. The front desk lady was beautiful, spoke great English, and provided excellent service – she was incredibly attentive. We had a lovely chat, and I told her I absolutely had to praise her on Chinese social media; I hope she gets to see this! Oh, and I almost forgot to mention, parking is free and very convenient here; they'll even help you move your car and arrange a spot, which is actually quite rare in Mallorca.

I stayed for three days starting October 6th, but the pool water was too cold to go in. I rented a car, so the location was perfect for getting into the city and the beach. The breakfast was the best I've ever had. Breakfast 20 euros Dinner 28 euros Parking: I rented a car, but when I tried to park at the hotel for 15 euros, they said there were no spaces and told me to park on the street for free. I was lucky one day, and the other day, there were no spaces, so I parked further away and walked. I'd already paid through the app at the front desk, but when they asked me to refund my money, I told them I'd already paid through the app. I only used the parking on the first day, but I received a three-day allowance at checkout. Be sure to check your receipt carefully before paying. Everything else was great.

Great hotel! Staffs are very attentive and welcoming. Very sweet welcome treats in the room. The spa is quite nice but some parts can be a bit outdated. Overall positive experience and would visit again!

Very disappointing experience regarding customer service and flexibility. My wife became acutely ill with severe back problems after we had booked the stay, and she is now on sick leave and will most likely need surgery. We contacted the hotel and explained the medical situation, asking if it was possible to cancel the booking as an exception. The airline and another hotel we had booked with both showed understanding and refunded us due to the circumstances. Unfortunately, Hotel Antigua Palma - Casa Noble refused any refund or flexibility at all. I understand cancellation policies exist, but when dealing with documented medical emergencies, some level of compassion and customer care should be expected. This was extremely disappointing and honestly left a very negative impression of the hotel.”

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Can Simoneta Hotel. Everything about this place is simply beautiful and peaceful. The location is stunning, with breathtaking sea views, olive trees, and such a calm atmosphere. Waking up to that view every morning felt unreal. The hotel itself is very stylish and well designed, blending perfectly with nature. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very relaxing. Every detail felt thoughtful and high quality. Breakfast was also a highlight, enjoying fresh food with an incredible view of the sea made it even more special. The staff were friendly, professional, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a quiet, luxurious escape, this place is perfect. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at The Unexpected Hotel in Ibiza! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. At check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with the option to upgrade our room—and we’re so glad we did! The upgraded room was spacious, stylish, and offered stunning views that truly elevated our experience. Even came with a hot tub on the balcony. The hotel itself lives up to its name in the best way—full of delightful surprises, from the chic decor to the vibrant atmosphere. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious Ibiza getaway. Worth every penny. We’ll definitely be back!
