Location is very good just a few min walk from Nagoya station. Property feels really new and everything is in great condition. Room is on the small side even for Japanese standards but also more modern, plus for great views. Well cleaned, no noise issues and nothing to complain about. Good breakfast also with an a la carte option and some buffet dishes. Staff was great throughout the stay. All in all great stay in a great place and will definitely consider this place next time.

I was here for the Jishukan High School Jishusai festival and forgot my slippers, so I just wore the hotel's. My room had a direct view of Toyohashi Station platforms, but the soundproofing was excellent; I didn't hear any noise at all. The breakfast was quite extensive and very delicious. Not only did it have all the usual offerings, but also local specialties like Toyohashi curry udon and chikuwa (fish cakes), and there were even two different kinds of chikuwa! They were really tasty, and it meant I didn't have to go out and buy the now-pricier chikuwa. My only slight disappointment was that the curry udon was cold. Also, the entrance on the first floor that connects to the station was under renovation, and it wasn't as obvious, similar to the steps where Lao Ba eats takoyaki.

While the hardware is good and provide whey protein at gym room, but the software and service aspects don't quite meet a 5-star luxury standard. There was no welcome drink or birthday celebration gift, and the turn-down service didn't include tidying slippers. The need to reserve the mini-sized bathhouse and swimming pool made for a very awkward experience. 😕

Located right above Nagoya Station, this hotel has been around for over 10 years, but its facilities are so well-maintained, it still feels brand new. The best part is the incredible convenience for getting around; you can hop on the subway, JR, or Shinkansen directly, saving a lot on taxi fares. The famous Takashimaya department store is also in the same building, spanning floors 1 to 11, with floors 12 and 13 dedicated to dining, offering a wide array of Nagoya's culinary delights.

The hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the JR station, with many choices of restaurants and few shopping malls nearby, making it a great base for exploring the city. The property feels very new and well-maintained. Our twin room room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, which made for a very comfortable stay. The lobby is also impressively spacious, with plenty of seating areas to relax or wait comfortably. One highlight was the gym — it’s well-equipped with modern, new machines, which is a big plus for those who like to keep up with their workouts while traveling. I also appreciated the daily freshly brewed coffee provided in the room, a small detail that made a big difference. Overall, a stylish and comfortable hotel that I would happily return to on my next visit to Nagoya.

We stayed here for a night to catch a morning flight the next day. The hotel itself is about 15-20 mins walk to the terminal but it provides free shuttle bus service in the morning starting from 6.40am. There's also a free shuttle bus in front of the hotel taking guests to the nearby Aeon Mall in Tokoname where you can shop and dine. Buffet breakfast has a wide variety on offer and the hotel room has a nice view of the ocean.

Hiranoya in Gamagori was really great! They upgraded our room because we had children! Breakfast and dinner were buffet-style! We added dinner the day before, so I assumed it wouldn't be a buffet, lol. I should have asked what the menu was, lol. The bath was also very comfortable, and we were able to relax even with our children. I highly recommend the cave bath (^^) ”Time Letter,” still at Atelier of Words, is an experience where you send a letter to your future self! It's a rare experience, and I'm looking forward to it reaching my future self just when I've forgotten about it!! The staff were also very kind, and it was an inn I'd love to return to. Hilton Nagoya 📍 **Location:** Conveniently situated in the heart of Nagoya, the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Nagoya Station. This prime location offers easy access to the Shinkansen (bullet train), subway, and Meitetsu lines, making it incredibly convenient for exploring shopping areas like Sakae and Osu Kannon, or visiting Nagoya Castle. With convenience stores and drugstores nearby, it's perfect for both business and leisure travelers. True to Japanese hotel standards, the cleanliness is impeccable. Both the guest rooms and public areas are well-maintained, showing no signs of age or wear and tear. Higher floor rooms offer stunning panoramic views of the Nagoya Station area's nightscape. The front desk staff are professional and communicate fluently in English, and room service is prompt and efficient. On a separate note, we encountered a minor issue during our stay. However, two managers were incredibly helpful and quickly resolved the problem to our complete satisfaction. Many thanks to them for their excellent assistance! 🙏

My stay at the Ryugu Hotel was truly wonderful! First, the hotel's location is exceptional. The open-air hot spring offers breathtaking views of the ocean, from the morning glow to the evening sunset. Soaking in the hot spring while gazing at the ocean is truly an extraordinary experience. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a modern Japanese décor that evoked a sense of tranquility and relaxation. With the ocean view just outside the window, staying in the room felt like being in paradise, leaving you wanting to leave. Dinner was a traditional kaiseki ryori, each dish meticulously crafted with abundant local ingredients. It was both delicious and visually pleasing. The sashimi and grilled items were particularly impressive and satisfying. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, and from check-in to check-out, their attentive service was truly heartwarming. Their attentive hospitality was truly touching. This is a hot spring hotel I'll definitely return to, and I highly recommend it to friends and family!

It was wonderful stay in Nagoya Tokyu Hotel. The building is not new and the room isn’t new but everything is good for our stay. We enjoyed Western and Japanese breakfasts during our stay. One thing that impressed us is that the hotel started breakfast at 4 am in the Nagoya marathon day.. So, it wasn’t expected. Thank you for the hotel. The room service menus are typical Nagoya specialties. Even though the food prices were a bit high, we had to order the foods because we couldn’t walk around after marathon running.
