Guest UserThe hotel is very clean and the environment is lovely and relatively quiet. It was a bit inconvenient that none of the front desk staff spoke Chinese. The complimentary snacks from the hotel were exquisite. Overall, it was a good experience.

Guest UserAlthough this hotel isn’t directly next to Nagoya Station, it only takes a 15-minute walk to get there. The guest room is spacious, cosy and clean. A thoughtful touch—the hotel supply steam eye masks and foot masks for guests! All the staff members are polite and warm during our stay. Overall a wonderful experience here. Thanks to the whole hotel team!

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the subway station, or a 1600 yen taxi ride from JR Nagoya. Although the hotel is a bit old, the facilities are very well-maintained. There's a drugstore and three convenience stores right downstairs, which is super convenient. It's also just a 10-15 minute walk to the shopping district, where you'll find Mitsukoshi, Matsuya, Parco, and other major brands all on the same street.

ShokiYuiThis is my second stay at a Mitsui Garden Hotel, the last one being in Tokyo. The hotel chain consistently offers great service. This particular hotel is very close to Nagoya subway station, about a 5-7 minute walk. There's an underground shopping area right below where you can eat and shop, and a 7-Eleven across the street for breakfast or snacks. Within about a 5-minute walk, you'll also find popular eateries like Sekai no Yamachan, Isomaru Suisan, and Torikizoku, which is very convenient.

XiaozhouzhoushidakeaiThis hotel is absolutely fantastic! The cleanliness, facilities, and service are all top-notch. The location is super convenient too, Nagoya has so many great shopping spots! There was a slight misunderstanding at first, but the Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk were incredibly patient and reassuring. A big thank you to them, they were so professional! Overall, a 100% perfect hotel!!

This is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Nagoya. It's located right above Takashimaya, making transportation incredibly convenient! The room is super spacious for Japanese standards, and being on a high floor, you get a panoramic view of Nagoya.

The hotel is great, offering a slow-paced, pastoral lifestyle. The breakfast is semi-buffet with a à la carte menu. There's only one restaurant, a mix of Japanese and Western cuisine, and the food tastes good. The coffee, however, is just average. You get a 10% discount if you pay with your mobile phone.

Anonymous UserThis is more like a service apartment. The room has a stove and even a washing machine, which takes up space in an already small room. The living area feels a bit cramped, with the large bed almost facing the TV directly. The view outside the window isn't great, and I'm not sure if that's because I booked through Trip.com. On the positive side, the VIP lounge on the 18th floor is excellent, with good food and service.

We had a lovely stay at the Nagoya Prince Hotel Sky Tower with our family!
The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable, and the city views were absolutely amazing. Our room was spacious enough for the family, and the beds were so comfortable that we looked forward to coming back and relaxing after a full day out.
The facilities were excellent and well-maintained. We especially loved the beautiful sky lobby and the convenient location, which made it easy to get around Nagoya.
The service was outstanding throughout our stay. Every staff member we met was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They were always happy to assist with any questions and made us feel genuinely cared for. Their warm hospitality really added to our overall experience.
Overall, we had a wonderful family vacation and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. It was clean, comfortable, family-friendly, and the service was exceptional. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Nagoya and would happily stay there again! 😊⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Purple Moon Solo TravelerLocated inside the station, very good.
No chance to control My own room temperature is something that i m somewhat now satisfying.
Got a window that cannot open. Good for viewing, but, cannot open the let the cold winds flow into my room. Yet, hotel air-con is centralised. It means the hotel management decided if today is cold or not. U DON get to decided. Check out photos below as proof.
They send in an extra one fan for me, since I complained not cold enough. Photo shown.
Other than the temperature, all is good.
Many convinient store around. That I know of, Family, 7, lawson. Even McD is not far
Supermarket and a small food court is also inside/atttach with toyohashi station.
Big table, good.
Room space.. . Not quite remembered if I leave my luggage open or not. But, judging from the photo, I must close it after done with my luggage. ( my trip have multiple hotel)
Not bad for a big window for night view 2.
