The room had three single beds, which were quite comfortable. However, it was clear the triple room was originally a twin room with an added bed, not designed as a triple from the start, as it was so cramped there was no space to open our luggage. The view was excellent, which is definitely the highlight of this hotel. Being able to overlook the Nagoya night view and lying in bed watching the city lights was a real mood booster. There's a 'SPA room' at the hotel, but it's really just a public bath, and a very small one at that. There weren't even towels available, which made drying off inconvenient. There are no actual spa services; it's just a bathhouse. The restaurant is on the 18th floor (the lobby level) and also offers great views. Breakfast is a set meal (one dish per person) supplemented by a buffet of side dishes. The pastries were good. This Mitsui hotel is located in the Symphony Toyota Building. On the ground floor, just off the elevators, there's a door that leads directly to the underground mall. This underground passage connects all the shopping areas around Nagoya Station and also goes straight to Kintetsu and Meitetsu Nagoya Stations. It's much more convenient to use the underground path if you're heading to the station (be sure to ask the front desk for a paper map, as the wall maps don't have English, and it's easy to get lost underground if you can't read Katakana and go the wrong way).

I was here for the Jishukan High School Jishusai festival and forgot my slippers, so I just wore the hotel's. My room had a direct view of Toyohashi Station platforms, but the soundproofing was excellent; I didn't hear any noise at all. The breakfast was quite extensive and very delicious. Not only did it have all the usual offerings, but also local specialties like Toyohashi curry udon and chikuwa (fish cakes), and there were even two different kinds of chikuwa! They were really tasty, and it meant I didn't have to go out and buy the now-pricier chikuwa. My only slight disappointment was that the curry udon was cold. Also, the entrance on the first floor that connects to the station was under renovation, and it wasn't as obvious, similar to the steps where Lao Ba eats takoyaki.

Location is great just a few mins walk from Nagoya station. Hotel is good and the staff are all really friendly. The only concern was the equipment and the deco were not in their best condition. (Etc the air purifier did not work, kettle with missing cover)

This was my first trip to Nagoya, and I thought this hotel looked good online. After checking in, I was truly impressed with the overall experience. It really lives up to its five-star rating with excellent quality, a great location, and clean rooms. The overall vibe was fantastic. The hotel lobby is also very grand, and getting a taxi nearby is super convenient. Plus, there are plenty of options for dining, shopping, and transportation right behind the hotel.

This was my second stay here. The room isn't huge, but it has a great view, and the bathroom is spacious with both a tub and a shower. The breakfast selection isn't extensive, but it's good that all three Nagoya specialties are available. This time, I specifically chose the executive lounge. In the afternoon, there were desserts, and in the evening, cheese, cold cuts, and fruit. All the alcoholic drinks were self-pour; there were no freshly mixed cocktails.

This hotel is located between Sakae and Nagoya Station. For those who travel light and move fast, you can easily walk to both. If you're traveling with kids who can't walk as far, a taxi ride is very short. The room is fully equipped, not only with a hairdryer but also a flat iron. They even provide children's toiletries. The front desk staff explained all the check-in procedures very clearly, and they offer Chinese language service (it feels like the front desk staff speaks every language!). I also saw a staff member immediately help a guest who was carrying two coffees by pressing the elevator button and scanning their card, asking for their floor (very observant and proactive). It's a great hotel! The semi-buffet breakfast is also excellent.

The experience of staying is great! Very Japanese-style, you can choose this one if you want to experience the style of a Japanese hotel. The front desk lobby is spacious and bright, and the decoration style is Japanese style. The room is medium in size, clean and tidy and has no smell, and the toilet is very clean. The restaurant is also very delicious, with a variety of choices and clean. What I like more is the hot spring sauna experience here. The environment is quiet and very clean, and you can relax here. In short, it is highly recommended~~

My stay at the Ryugu Hotel was truly wonderful! First, the hotel's location is exceptional. The open-air hot spring offers breathtaking views of the ocean, from the morning glow to the evening sunset. Soaking in the hot spring while gazing at the ocean is truly an extraordinary experience. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a modern Japanese décor that evoked a sense of tranquility and relaxation. With the ocean view just outside the window, staying in the room felt like being in paradise, leaving you wanting to leave. Dinner was a traditional kaiseki ryori, each dish meticulously crafted with abundant local ingredients. It was both delicious and visually pleasing. The sashimi and grilled items were particularly impressive and satisfying. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, and from check-in to check-out, their attentive service was truly heartwarming. Their attentive hospitality was truly touching. This is a hot spring hotel I'll definitely return to, and I highly recommend it to friends and family!

We really love this hotel. Location is great as it is next to a garden and historical tea house. It's a short walk to Inuyama Castle and we do have the castle as our lovely breakfast view. The room is big and comes with a balcony with a nice view of the surrounding area. There is also an onsen at the hotel with indoor and outdoor baths! Hotel is also a short, scenic walk from the train station. I would love to come back again!

The airport shuttle drops you off right at the hotel entrance. Since I arrived early, the front desk attendant kindly offered to store my luggage. When I returned in the evening after exploring, I checked in. My room was on the 16th floor, as requested, and the bed was set up exactly how I wanted it. Despite facing the street, the room was incredibly quiet; I couldn't hear any noise from outside or the hallway. The hotel is conveniently located just a 6-7 minute walk from Fushimi Station, which is only one stop away from both Nagoya Station and Sakae Station. The hotel exudes an old-money charm, but it's exceptionally well-maintained, elegant, and spotless. The staff greeted every guest warmly. The room was quite spacious, and having a walk-in closet was a great bonus. It was cleaned daily, and the mini-fridge drinks were complimentary. The toiletries were Bulgari. Across from the hotel is Shimo-en Park, and the airport shuttle stop is right by the park, making it very convenient for families with multiple pieces of luggage or elderly members. Overall, the Nagoya Kanko Hotel left a profoundly positive impression on my trip to Nagoya.

YYingyingmantou## Facilities Overall, the facilities at Tiad Hotel are quite comprehensive, and the property is very spacious. However, considering modern user expectations, it lacks screen mirroring functionality, which I believe could be improved. Additionally, the toilet flush is quite loud after use; I'd suggest optimizing that. ## Cleanliness Although the rooms are large, it's clear that the cleaning staff are very meticulous. Having stayed in Japan many times, this is one of the cleaner hotels I've encountered. It certainly lives up to its standards. ## Ambiance From the moment you enter, throughout the lobby, gym, pool, and even the rooms – despite some areas not being exceptionally vast – cleanliness is evident at every turn. ## Service There's a welcoming service right at the hotel entrance, consistently available morning and night. Check-in was pleasant and friendly, with Chinese-speaking staff on hand. However, I found the Chinese-speaking staff to be slightly less enthusiastic than their Japanese colleagues. When I encountered issues during my stay and called the front desk, the response was very quick. Other than the slightly high price, this hotel is essentially excellent. ## Exclusive Guest Perks Regarding the exclusive guest perks: these were excellent, and the swimming pool is also very beautiful. However, swimming requires an appointment, and one day I couldn't secure a slot, so I had to book for the next morning. This was a real pity and my only regret.

__M1391608****The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of Nagoya Station. The service was excellent, and the front desk staff gave me a very spacious room that was surprisingly quiet, despite being near the station, as it wasn't facing the railway. It was also very clean. Getting around was incredibly convenient – the airport line, subway, and bus center are all just minutes away, so you won't get lost. Once you arrive at Nagoya Station, you can easily spot the Marriott logo and take the elevator up to the hotel. The surrounding area is great for shopping, offering everything from high-end stores to more down-to-earth options. For dining, you can simply take the escalator or elevator downstairs. If you buy too much, you can just pop back to your room to drop things off and continue exploring effortlessly. My only minor complaint is that there was no main light in the room, so it felt a bit dim at night. Overall, it was a perfect stay and I loved it. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

SShenshenqiqibudonglaoshiAfter a month and a half, I flew to Nagoya again and chose to stay at the Hilton once more. This time, I got a really good deal on the room, I'm not sure why. Even though it was closer to Christmas and the annual conference season, and the hotel occupancy was much higher than in late October, the price was over 300 RMB cheaper per night compared to my stay then. Overall, there's not much new to say about the hotel; it's not my first review. The room is very spacious, and the location is super convenient for getting around and transportation.

MM40190****Walking distance from the airport terminal. From T1, go to the end of the connecting hall on the third floor and take the stairs down to reach it. The front desk upgraded me to a sea-view room, which had the same view as the restaurant. There's also a mini-supermarket on the first floor. Plus, the hotel offers a shuttle bus, which I used in the morning and found very convenient.
