Amazing old convent turned hotel. Beautiful architecture and interesting decor. Great boutique with handicrafts and porcelain. The hotel accepts pets - still rather unusual in Portugal.
Unfortunately, a bit understaffed which affects level of service. Anyway good option to explore Évora.
At 1:00 of Lisbon and we found a small paradise to slow down! From the sympathetic tea to hear the trees and birds, to the spa pool, to the dinner worthy of its star, to the tired and tasty picnic to enjoy the views of the lake, to the so comfortable room to enjoy a colder, with a bathroom and a bathroom that makes the delicious of any couple in a date or of a family with a full of energy. The breakfast is wonderful with products from the house and the region, but the best of all is the staff who receives with great friendliness, care and good service!
This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It is very tasteful in a historic building (the monastery). The biggest achievement of this trip to Portugal was the discovery of the Pousada series. On the first day of the 1800 room, there are two small living rooms and a small garden at the entrance. Breakfast is very good, just coffee is almost, but you can order espresso. I didn't feel far from the train. I walked over, and I was a little tired on the way. When I took a taxi, I went to the bus station. It was ten minutes, five euros.
Excellent facilities, extremely attentive staff, the rooms are of very good quality, you sleep very well, very well soundproofed, you couldn't hear any noise from the other guests. Impeccable breakfast adapted for celiacs. I highly recommend
The first thing you’ll hear when you arrive are birds chirping. It’s like stepping into Garden of Eden. The hotel is world class in terms of architecture, amenities, service and history. The concierge is very helpful and knowledgeable, they gave me a personalised itinerary suggestions when I checked in, arranged taxis, and even made sure to check on my safety as I am a solo lady travelling in Portugal. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful retreat. It’s a perfect getaway for stressed out business travellers.
I loved we had a weekend in family, we were very welcome, the comforts were excellent. I recommend 5 stars
