Rooms clean and adequete. Breakfast ok, but poor service of supplying cutlery etc, have to ask for obvious things that should be our for guest. Staff quite miserable, need to smile more. Only the female receptionist gave smile and helpful

As well excellent room cleaning service top notch. Excellent hotel to satay in for business traveller solo traveller and for a weekend in the capital ,loved the breakfast, 100% i recommend to all friends and family members and to anyone wanting to spend time in the capital Tunis as its close to everything you need. Looking forward to staying at carlton hotel in my next trip

Very clean and comfortable. The service is warm. There is hot water. There are large shopping malls, restaurants and McDonald's around. It is convenient to travel. There are many TV stations. The children are very happy and can watch cartoons. The view is wide. It is recommended to stay.

Hygiene: Very clean, it's rare to come across such a clean IBIS. I don't wear slippers and my bare feet won't get dirty. Environment: Convenient transportation, about ten minutes to the airport Facilities: Compared with other hotels in Tunisia, the facilities are relatively new. Service: The service attitude is very good, everyone is very enthusiastic. There are not enough hot dishes for breakfast, but the rest is good and it's ok to stay.

The room is clean and tidy, the bathroom is spacious and easy to use, the hotel is in a prime location with very convenient transportation. The surrounding restaurants are convenient and delicious and inexpensive! Unfortunately, it was a bit noisy outside, which affected my sleep. The breakfast was delicious but there were not many varieties.

Gulf Royal Hotel offered a smooth and pleasant experience. The location is perfect for exploring Tunis. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. A great option for a short stay with good value for money. Would stay again

Honestly speaking. It's good for the cheap price but could be a bit cleaner. Lifts are old and the lift door sensor dnt really work do doors squash on u. The room I requested when booking, wasn't the room I got. However, it was a massive room with queen size bed and a double, which were quite comfy. Bathroom bath too messy, it's like they patch painted bits of it. You can hear every noise from another room and in passage. View through the window wasn't good as shown in photos. Images advertised by hotel are a lot more different when you're actually there. Hotel had no source of clean hot water. So I don't recommend bringing your baby here. I had to buy thermost and bottled water and go to the cafe around the corner and get them to warm it. Air conditioning was rubbish in the room I got. Toilet couldn't flush properly, have to take lid off and press from in there. No iron, no kettle. Very helpful Staffs, 3 nice bars, regular room service.

A hundred years historic building with yards. very classic style of decoration，sick of 0.8m beds in Europe, but the bed in here is wider and makes me feel warm and comfortable at night. very nice and kind stuff treat you well. It was a nice place to over a night.
