Great location, lovely ambiance, and the food was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend! If you're planning a trip to Hallstatt, I strongly suggest staying at this hotel. Even if you can't get a room, definitely come here for dinner – it's a must-try!
One of Steyr's top hotels, great breakfast! Wonderful courtyard in Steyr city center! Close to all the sights and in walking distance to main train station.
The room was very clean and tidy, the surrounding was very quiet and the little month-old child was very comfortable, and the hotel had a baby cot. There is a distance from the city center.
Service: General but not bad
Facilities: Not very complete, still need to wear it yourself
The room is large, close to the city center, you can pay for parking downstairs
The window is very quiet facing the park, the air is good, the window can be opened and breathable is very comfortable, the front desk is fast
The environment is very good, the hotel is also very high-end, that is, the location is a bit remote, suitable for people with cars to come and live, and parking is free. Spacious place with a working kettle and complimentary tea and instant coffee. Enough plugs to go around and toilet amenities were all great, although the water would splash and form a puddle below the toilet bowl. Floor, toilet, beds, pillows and comforters were all comfortable and clean. TV has decent channels and the cupboard had sufficient hangers. Also good amount of surface spaces to place our things and luggages. Great place with amazing value and very accessible with a tram station right outside the entrance! Service staff were very helpful and friendly, and fluent in English. Superb place!
The hotel's location is excellent, right in front of the pier. Communication beforehand was smooth, and they accommodated our room type request. Check-in was quick, and our room had a direct view of the lake. The soundproofing was relatively good, making it quiet. The room also had underfloor heating and a bathtub. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Dinner at the hotel restaurant usually requires a reservation, and the restaurant staff were good too. Staying here during the off-season in this small town was a great experience.

UunverschämtThe overall environment is good and suitable for multiple guests. Outside, there's a mountain view and next to it is a school. You can check in yourself in advance. What was really frustrating was the completely self-service nature, including problems in the room that the hotel couldn't address promptly. Also, if you don't close the door at night, a lot of insects come in, as shown in picture one.
GGuest UserThe hotel is actually a boutique B&B. The facilities and room sizes are better in the town. The lake view from the window is beautiful, but the hotel is not in the most central location of the town. It is on the hillside. Fortunately, the whole town is not big, and it is less than 200 meters to the town center or the town entrance for the best photos and check-ins.

JJackie This is an unforgettable resort, like being in a fairyland, with a lake next to it. The resort has many children's play facilities, which is very suitable for the whole family to play. On the other side of the river is Hatshepsut, the most beautiful town in the world. We stayed in a log cabin, which is rare for Asians like me to stay in. It was very romantic and dreamy here, and I didn't even want to leave. There is a small convenience store attached to the resort, which has a lot of food. The rooms have a full set of kitchen utensils and microwaves. After buying food in the store, you can go back to the holiday home and cook it. You don't have to worry about having nothing to eat. The bus stop to Hasutat is right in front of the resort. Accommodation here is twice as cheap as on the Hasselt side. After staying for the first night, I really wanted to stay one more day the next day, but unfortunately the hotel was full. The beautiful lady also gave me a free breakfast, which was the best breakfast I had during my trip. When checking out, the lady kindly asked me what I thought of the resort. I said I really wanted to stay for one more day, and the computer immediately checked for me again, but unfortunately there were no rooms available, so I had to leave and go to Hacienda to stay for one more day. I hope I can come back to this beautiful town next time and stay a few more days.
BBjoernJThe cleanliness was good. However, when we checked into the room, the bathroom floor was still wet (not just damp).
The location is super central.
We barely needed any service for our one-night stay, but all our questions were answered well.
There was only one free power outlet in the room, which is a bit of a poor design choice.
BBe-Live TodayThe hotel is a Marriott brand so they have strong attention to customers. Unfortunately I had some issues with the cleanness of the towel and water pressure in the shower and I reported it immediately. I received the full support from management. In particular, Taj from reception went above and beyond to help and make my stay enjoyable, Thank you so much Taj: those subtleties turn what could have remained a bad experience into an enjoyable memory.
A big thank you to all the staff!
A special thanks goes also to Laura, a young smiling girl in the breakfast service. She prepared delicious omelettes every morning with great care and love :) Thank you so much and wish you all the very best!
GGuest UserThe girl at the front desk is pretty, the breakfast is OK, the hotel is behind the Danube, the hotel has slippers, this is rare in European hotels, you can also ask the front desk for toothbrushes.

GGuest UserEverything was perfect except that we had check-in at another hotel which is about 5 mins drive from where we booked. It would be nice to give us an information beforehand not surprise us by a little note on the property and told us to follow the location. There was no parking spot at all at the hotel we had to check-in. Good thing that I wasn't a solo traveller. I can't imagine how I could check-in since the check-in location is far from walking distance and there wasn't a spot to park at the check-in location.
