Great location. Nice ambience. It’s very close to my work site, around 2 minute walk with just one block away. Very nice reception and staff who would answer to your requests at their best. One thing I’d say is the cleaning service, where some of members are not the best at being proactive when I put my sign on.

Great stay! Room was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Free breakfast was nice but sometimes there were limited options (eg. they stopped restocking hash brown an hour and a half before breakfast ended). Location was ok, but did not to us because we had a car.

I was skeptical when I booked this hotel, but was wowed when I checked in. The guy at the front desk (Ryan) was super helpful, patient, and full of smiles. The hotel was super clean starting from the lobby to our room. Our room was spacious and I love everything about the room - clean, comfy bed with extra pillows, clean bathroom. The breakfast had lots of options that suited everyone from cereal to oat, toast, pancake, muffins, yummy cinnamon roll, pork sausage, turkey sausage, and cheese omelet. As a non-pork eater, I love the fact that they had the turkey sausage option. The checkout was seamless. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very friendly and very friendly. Room with 2 large beds and a large bathroom. The pool with the toboggan is a + for children. The water of all the basins was hot, which is also very appreciable. The breakfast is correct with a point in + for the gaffles that are made at the minute. The hotel is very quiet and very comfortable. Many restaurants are accessible by foot.

The hotel room is not photographed, small but tidy. I stopped cleaning the room during the epidemic. I stayed for four nights and bought a large garbage bag to fill up the garbage, otherwise there would be a peculiar smell. The location is very good, you can walk to the beach, there is no epidemic in Hafa, and you can spend a holiday with peace of mind. One advantage of this hotel is that it has a long shower nozzle that can be taken off. I don’t understand that Canadian hotels rarely have this. They are fixed. The hotel is located in the city center, very close to several major attractions. The rooms are very good and well equipped. There is a full set of kitchenware and tableware, and you can process your own food. The dining bar downstairs is concentrated and the breakfast is good.

Positive: Good location, friendly people, solid service. Negative: Poor treadmil and it was the only one and it didn't work; Not allowing to use terrase with your drink (you need to buy hotel's wine); long waiting to be served specially for dinner. High prise for this level of hotel. No safety deposit box in the room.

Great hotel. Very clean. Nice pool. One depth, thought that was perfect for the kids. Breakfast was delicious, lots to choose from. Minutes by car to get anywhere. Would stay again.

Very satisfied because of the service. I have stayed in some hotels in Canada, including several five-star Fairmont, and by contrast, this service is really comfortable. This location is also very good, to the beach down the mountain, seven or eight minutes, to the castle mountain is five minutes, less than ten minutes from the public garden. Breakfast is weak and the variety is small. Next time you come to Hafa, you may consider choosing this one again.
