The front desk service was warm and professional, and check-in was efficient and quick. The staff were gentle and polite, showing thoughtfulness in every detail. I snapped a few photos of the interior – that little chair is my favorite, so incredibly comfortable. **Cleanliness:** Spotless, couldn't find a single fault. Plus, they have self-service laundry machines, which was great for refreshing our gear halfway through our Qinghai-Gansu trip. The breakfast is on the ninth floor, and when the weather isn't too hot, you can even dine outdoors, which is a lovely touch.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and the experience was truly excellent in every way. The property is well-maintained, clean, and welcoming, with bright spaces and designer furnishings. The room was spacious, quiet, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay (complimentary Perrier and still water, L’Occitane toiletries, fresh and dried fruits, bathtub). The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to respond with a smile and offer helpful advice to make your stay even better. Breakfast was rich, varied, and made with excellent quality products. A note about the free airport/station pick-up service. 10 out of 10!

To my surprise, getting a taxi on the first night was super easy, so we extended our stay. While there aren't other guesthouses right around ours, we noticed a whole street full of guesthouses nearby, which seemed crowded and noisy. At night, lying in bed, you can hear the wind brushing against the walls, but it's not loud; it actually feels like being in harmony with nature. My husband and I also went gold panning – if you find gold coins, you can exchange them for prizes. We went enthusiastically, expecting a small sandbox like in a park, but it was a massive area! **Mingsha Mountain View Afternoon Tea:** The chilled apricot peel tea was delicious. **Fengmingsha Desert Restaurant - 30% off coupon for set meals:** After we landed, the butler collected our luggage and told us hotpot was ready, just waiting for us to freshen up and eat. The lamb wasn't ***** at all, and the dipping sauce was really tasty.

Right outside the hotel, you'll find the Shazhou Night Market, which is super convenient for shopping and dining! The room comes with a humidifier, perfect for the dry climate in Northwest China. The bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the room is clean with no strange odors. They offer laundry and drying services, late-night congee, and a rich breakfast spread – all the amenities you could ask for. The service is meticulous and thoughtful. After a tiring day, coming back to the hotel recharges you completely. This is definitely the top choice when visiting Dunhuang!

This is hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at in this price range, bar none. First, I booked two king rooms, and the hotel upgraded our room type. Second, after parking, a young man proactively greeted us, helped with our luggage, and brought it to our room. What's even more impressive is that when we drove again in the evening, we noticed our car's windshield had been covered with a sunshade – and so had all the other cars in the parking lot. When we returned from Mingsha Mountain and Crescent Lake after a late-night supper, it was already past midnight, and the hotel parking lot was full. The young lady on duty helped move an electric scooter and kept apologizing. Third, after checking out the next day, I went to Mogao Grottoes. The front desk called me to inform me that I had left my headphones behind and reminded me to pick them up. Later, after returning to Lanzhou, I realized I had forgotten a face mask I bought online that had been delivered to the front desk. After contacting the front desk, they proactively added me on WeChat, shared their contact information, and then sent it to my home via JD Express.

We are impressed with the hotel. Whatever we write, it will still be not enough, because it is a real jewel in every aspect. The room was luxuriously furnished and extremely cozy. Inside there is everything you need for a perfect and comfortable stay and rest. Even the smallest details, both functional and aesthetic, have been considered. There were snacks and water in the room as a compliment from the hotel. On the 5th floor there is a self-service laundry room and dryer available to guests. The cleanliness is perfect. The breakfast is rich and has both European and Asian offerings. The location is very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby, and the beautiful central part is also within walking distance. We are grateful to the entire staff for the excellent service and kind attitude. Every single person of the team does his job perfectly well. The only thing we regret is that we did not have more time to enjoy this wonderful place. We wish the entire team health and good luck. Always be so kind and keep this high level service.

I highly recommend this hotel to those who drive to Dunhuang with their kids. It has a bathtub, which the kids love very much. The room facilities are very complete, the environment is very good, and it is not far from the attractions. Every service staff is very enthusiastic, especially the lobby manager. Yogurt is given when you check in, and plush toys are given when you check out. The kids like it very much and said they will stay here again next time. Highly recommended. Very cost-effective.

Had a great experience! 👍 The room was clean and tidy, and there's a food street about a ten-minute walk away. Watching the World Cup and having skewers there at night was a fantastic experience. The security guards at the hotel entrance were very responsible; they'd arrange parking for you as soon as you drove up, so no worries about parking at all. If I had to mention a downside, the breakfast was just okay. The milk dispenser tap in the buffet restaurant was broken, so it took forever to get a glass of milk. 😓

Its advantages are outstanding: the staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious and spotless, with no lingering cigarette smell, which is great for non-smokers. The floor-to-ceiling windows are a real highlight, offering expansive and comfortable views of both ancient city architecture and natural wetland scenery. Parking is free, and laundry facilities are convenient, making it suitable for both short and long stays, especially for those traveling by car. It's also close to the night market, offering a fantastic selection of characteristic BBQ for dinner. Areas for improvement: the air conditioning was a bit weak, and the shower water pressure was insufficient. I suggest the owner checks the equipment; fixing these would definitely elevate the guest experience.
