We were on a road trip and arrived quite late, but the lady at the front desk was so kind and upgraded us to two deluxe twin rooms for free! The hotel's location is excellent, with complimentary parking, and it's only a 10-minute drive to the Chaka Salt Lake scenic area. It's also very convenient for stocking up on supplies nearby. Most importantly, the hotel environment is great, the rooms are super clean and hygienic, and they even come with an oxygen concentrator and humidifier. The soundproofing is also good. The front desk staff are all very helpful and accommodating. Plus, the hotel's buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. Highly recommend this place for anyone on a road trip or traveling!

The location is super close to Chaka Salt Lake. The young lady was very welcoming; I asked her to show us the rooms first, and she patiently guided us. I saw the rooms were really nice and clean, so we decided to stay. The price was excellent, and I was so happy with the environment – clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was also very good, and every staff member was enthusiastic. They refilled the breakfast promptly; it was delicious and very convenient. If you're visiting Chaka Salt Lake, definitely stay here – the price is just right. It was also a very comfortable stay, and the food was good too. I didn't take any photos of the hotel, but the environment is exactly as they advertised.

Traveling by car, the hotel's breakfast buffet was incredibly rich and varied, ensuring I got all the calories and nutrients I needed, which is crucial at high altitudes. The rice noodles at breakfast were especially delicious. The assistant, Xiaocanghu, was exceptionally thoughtful and attentive. They contacted me in advance, and considering the high-altitude environment, helped prepare a portable oxygen tank after I inquired. They also meticulously informed me about breakfast times, the best spots for sunrise/sunset viewing, and important travel tips, covering every detail. I was lucky enough to catch the hotel's 8:30 PM bonfire party, which had a fantastic atmosphere; I even joined in a Guozhuang dance for a bit. When I asked about sunrise viewing for the next day, the staff kindly reminded me about everything. Although we didn't get to see the sunrise due to rain the next morning, the meticulous service throughout our stay made the trip incredibly rewarding. Plus, the hotel offers a free ******* robe try-on service. The responsible staff member patiently helped us get dressed, styled, and took photos, making for a superb and wonderfully comfortable experience from start to finish.

The hotel is located on Bayi East Road, in the east of the city, right next to the Wuyue Plaza business district. It's close to the highway entrance and exit, and a short drive from Xining Station, making it very convenient for those traveling by car. Free underground parking is available. As a new establishment, the facilities are all brand new. The lobby boasts an elegant design with a natural ambiance. Guest rooms are spacious and equipped with height-adjustable desks, ergonomic chairs, and smart bathroom fixtures. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. The cleanliness is excellent, and the bedding is soft, ensuring a quiet and comfortable rest. The service is excellent, especially from Bella, An, and Lily. The breakfast buffet offers a good mix of Western and Chinese options. In addition to standard dishes, there's a special section for Qinghai local specialties like yak yogurt and 'Tianpei,' which are highly praised. Amenities include a 24-hour gym and a self-service laundry room, and the staff are attentive and polite. The only drawbacks are the lack of a swimming pool and its slightly distant location from the city center attractions. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is highly suitable for both business and leisure travelers.

The location is excellent, very convenient and easily accessible to nearby attractions, shopping areas, and food options, which made the whole trip much more enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and I could tell that the housekeeping standards are consistently good. The staff were also friendly and helpful whenever assistance was needed, which added to the overall positive experience. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient as well. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for both short and long trips, and I would definitely return again in the future

This hotel's location is truly excellent, right in the city, making it convenient to get anywhere. Plus, it's a relatively new establishment. The decor is decent, nothing spectacular but no major flaws either. However, check-in was a bit of a nightmare. Firstly, the room had a strong smell of smoke, which they tried to cover up with an air freshener. That was already annoying... Then, someone I was with got an electric shock just by touching a light switch, and immediately the whole room tripped, leaving us without power. Late at night, there was nothing to do but switch rooms. Even the electrician couldn't fix it. It's clear the hotel's facilities are actually quite old. 😞 After such an incident, the hotel didn't offer any explanation or compensation, which was quite frustrating. The overall service was just average. To be honest, I've stayed at Huazhu hotels a lot, and this was my first time at a Wanda-branded chain hotel. I had high expectations, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. Overall, I'd say it was just 'NPC-level' (non-player character, implying generic/unimpressive). The attached picture is of some nearby beef soup (yes, I didn't eat the hotel breakfast) - it was delicious, delicious, delicious!!

I drove on the first day. I didn't think that the parking lot of Meisi International was actually Wenlin Building. I called the customer service and turned around and stopped. Underground parking is still very convenient, and the front desk can enter the car number many times. I must praise the customer service. The guy who answered the phone was very enthusiastic. The young lady at the front desk was also very enthusiastic. Not only did she upgrade the newly renovated smart family room, but also sent breakfast coupons. The room is quiet and comfortable, cost-effective, convenient to eat around, and order takeaway can also be delivered to the room. The fly in the ointment is that the smart toilet is not very smart. It takes a little longer to go to the toilet, and the toilet lid is buckled and smashed on the back. 🤣🤣🤣

Very good hotel, the town is very small, this accommodation is particularly good, the service is good, recommend the knife noodle shop next to the hotel, the big plate chicken is particularly big! Super delicious, I heard that it was opened by an Anhui boss, the dishes are all fresh and fried, the vegetables are also very delicious! The price in the town is not low, but this store is delicious.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. I was particularly impressed by the excellent soundproofing in the bathroom. From the chair, we enjoyed a very relaxing view of distant mountain ridges. The bedding was just right – perfectly balanced between soft and firm. Breakfast was extensive, and they even offered an evening supper. Definitely recommended, although the air conditioning temperature control was a bit temperamental.

I guess we came to Chaka Salt Lake during the off-season. There was a tour group the day we arrived, so the hotel delivered breakfast to our room. They communicated via WeChat, and their responses were super prompt. They even upgraded us to a suite, which was absolutely luxurious! Overall, I was very satisfied. The room was very clean and incredibly spacious. All the staff were very polite. Highly recommended!
