4-Star Hotels in Qinghai, China

The front desk staff were really nice and upgraded us to a suite. It was a huge space with two bathrooms, a large double bed, and a single bed. More than enough room for a family of three! The cleanliness was great, and the soundproofing was excellent, so we slept soundly at night. The room also had an oxygen machine, and you can ask the front desk for disposable oxygen tubes. If you're experiencing altitude sickness like headaches, timely oxygen use can help alleviate the symptoms. It's also conveniently located about 3KM from the Salt Lake, and there's easy parking in the back if you're driving.

The hotel is located near the Chaka Salt Lake. The hotel does offer room with oxygen supply for guests who are concern over high altitude sickness. We were there during low season and breakfast choices were very limited. I would like to comment on the wonderful service of the staff who went up and above to assist the us. The staff offered to take care of our laundry as timer on the dryer was not working and it's unclear when the laundry load can be dried. Would recommend this hotel to folks who plan to stay overnight in Chaka.

The hotel upgraded our room to a lake-view room, and the scenery was absolutely stunning! The room had central heating, so it was much better to open the window a bit. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the staff were incredibly enthusiastic, even recommending local specialty dishes. We had a very comfortable stay, and the oxygen tank was a thoughtful touch.

The room was spacious and bright, and the hygiene was excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. The common areas were clean and tidy, with elegant decor that created a wonderful ambiance. The staff were friendly, proactively helpful, and incredibly warm. The surrounding area offers convenient dining and shopping, yet it's surprisingly quiet and comfortable despite being centrally located. The water temperature in the room was perfect, and the internet was fast and reliable, completely meeting all my needs. It exceeded my expectations; I was satisfied in every aspect and highly recommend staying here.

This was the best value-for-money hotel I stayed at during my time in Qinghai. InterContinental really knows how to deliver! The service was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast spread was impressive. When checking in, the front desk thoroughly explained the hotel's amenities and even openly addressed potential issues, like ongoing renovations. Though they mentioned renovations, I didn't hear any disruptive noise. My only real issue was how incredibly hot and dry the underfloor heating made the room; even with the humidifier and fan on, my nose was bleeding from the dryness, but honestly, that's more of a personal problem. The bedding was super comfortable, and they thoughtfully labeled the soft and firm pillows. Even with a bit of altitude sickness, I still managed to get a good night's sleep!

Staying for three consecutive days speaks volumes about my satisfaction with this hotel. The location is exceptionally convenient, practically a citywalk hub, offering easy access to all directions. The hotel facilities and cleanliness are superb. The receptionists were warm, attentive, and helpful. The restaurant staff were efficient and professional in both food preparation and cleaning. I must rave about the hotel's yogurt—it's absolutely amazing! I ate four bowls by myself on the first day, haha, I'm so embarrassed, but it was just irresistibly delicious. On my last day, I witnessed a Xining folk performance, and I wish the hotel continued success. If I have the chance to come to Xining again, I will definitely stay here again.

This stay exceeded expectations! The hotel is located on Qiyi Road in the east of the city, with convenient transportation and many restaurants around. The rooms are spacious and clean, the facilities are new, and the air-conditioning hot water is stable. Attentive service, responsive and fast response. Free laundry + parking is very intimate, and halal breakfast is safe. The price is close to the people, the experience is not lost to the high-priced hotel, I really recommend it to friends who come to Xining.

I lived in other homes the day before Lenghu. I really didn't have to flee quickly. I already missed the serious hotel. The next day, I chose this completely unrated hotel in Trip.com . Because I was not at ease, I asked the front desk to show me the room and then make a reservation. It was really comfortable. First of all, you can park downstairs, and you can choose the degree of 100m of eating around. Going into the lobby is a faint fragrance, ok can basically be sure that it is a bit of a sense hotel. It may be that there are not so many front desks who have upgraded our rooms. The stay is on the second floor, the room is very new and there is no decoration smell! The sanitary bedding has not been picked, and it is new, dry and clean. Other facilities are relatively new and modern, with full-length mirror makeup mirror humidifier, laundry room hangers also equipped with a lot of hangers, it is very suitable to go to Heidushan just to live and rest. Hotel TV can watch the live broadcast station and the projection, and the projection screen map will be directly started that night, and the direction we live can see the rouzhi mountain (Figure 1) The disposable shampoo conditioner shower gel given in the shower room is not the kind of boring fragrance, not the stimulating fragrance, but the faint and comfortable one! I have forgotten the specifics, but I will use it like living in Atour! ! I don't know if anyone understands this! (But it's a bit difficult to squeeze me directly upside down) Breakfast... I slept and set off straight... btw I saw that there were staff still wearing high heels. I don’t know if it’s a hotel request (I feel that no one wants to wear heels to work, so I guess it’s a request). I have lived in large and small hotels for two or three years. There are many such requirements, (if there is one, I will definitely comment on it), High heels are hard and unsafe to slip and go fast, I hope the management of this hotel can keep up, no longer ask any female staff to wear heels to work unless they like it. (I will come back to see) And I hope that people who stay in the future can smoke less indoors, and strive to leave me a comfortable accommodation in Lenghu Town 🥹

Absolutely fantastic! Hands down the best Hampton I've ever stayed at. From the bespectacled manager at the front desk who helped with our luggage on arrival, to the friendly chef preparing noodles at the ADD restaurant, and even the auntie in the laundry room, everyone left a truly memorable impression on us. We were so impressed, we ended up extending our stay for three nights. Every single staff member genuinely cares for the hotel, looks after and satisfies every guest, and goes above and beyond to resolve any issues they might have. The hotel is very close to Chaka Salt Lake. The staff upgraded our room and even gave us complimentary water when we checked out, which was a very thoughtful touch. The room had an electric heater and an oxygen concentrator. The steamed buns for breakfast were delicious. However, the bedding wasn't very comfortable, and the bath towels weren't very clean.
