GGuest UserWe found the shuttle from the airport to the hotel quite easily :) Once at the hotel, check-in was seamless and the staff were kind. The room was spacious and clean. We found the restaurant downstairs to have really delicious food (our supper and next day day breakfast buffet were amazing). We would highly recommend this hotel to other travellers!

VVerified MemberThe staff were all great, especially all the restaurant staff. I especially appreciated the hotel making special arrangements to celebrate my birthday. However, some of the shortfalls included the very slow and inconsistent WIFI at our building (500), the bathroom door couldn’t be kept closed, and the in room jacuzzi never got hot. But on the positive note, the in room AC was very good, the room, bathroom and shower were spacious and had hot water.
P.S. I was underwhelmed by my undercooked tomahawk during dinner.

GGuest UserVery comfortable hotel. Clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Hotel provided 24/7 shuttle bus service and it was especially helpful for me since I reached San Jose airport only at 1.30 am. Will stay in this hotel again if I fly into Costa Rica again.

GGuest UserGreat location and facilities. Lodges had everything. Helpful concierge, cafe and reception staff. Restaurant is a little soulless and somewhat pretentious as the food is average which was a bit disappointing as everything else was of a very high standard.
