Arrived late due to a problem with a precise explanation and key box. Attentive multilingual staff, including French, which isn't mentioned on the website. Everything was exactly as described on the website. Pleasant stay

Great hotel, perfectly situated near Paphos Harbour, the staff were helpful and the rooms were immaculate. The rooftop bar was nice and a good spot for a quick drink and nibbles. I would definitely come back.

Truly the best hotel I have ever stayed at From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming and special.The staff were exceptionally kind, warm and helpful, and always made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. The location is beautiful and peaceful with breathtaking views and a wonderful atmosphere that made us feel relaxed from the very beginning. A special mention must go to the food. The variety and abundance were amazing — every meal offered such a wide choice, with fresh, tasty and beautifully presented dishes. There was always something different to enjoy, and we were genuinely impressed by the quality and selection. The hotel was also a perfect base for exploring the area and Paphos. We stayed here for our holiday in Cyprus and honestly could not have wished for a better experience. There were so many little things that made our stay special and we left with wonderful memories. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable.❤️ We would return in a heartbeat and would recommend this hotel without hesitation. Hotel and breakfast was perfect, the entertainment activitieas too, but the swimming pools were very cold, nobody used them.

Stay again this hotel after return from Nicosia.Love the environment of the hotel,the pool and of course very friendly staffs.the buffet breakfast is delicious,lots of varieties and the dining hall is bright and very clean.The room is big too ,clean and have air conditioner.Very comfortable stay and will stay again if come again to Paphos.

The breakfast is good, served with a rich variety of food. The hotel has a free parking lot. Its location is also good. The problem is that the house next to it was under renovation. So, it became noisy early in the morning!

Great hotel on the seaside, big outside swimming pool, nice spa and indoor pool, breakfast with lot of choice, you can eat at terrace with great wiew to pool and sea. Nice beach with waves at front of hotel.

The room was a little outdated but the food really impressed us. It was always different and freshly made. It really impressed us. The staff was friendly and after some time, they recognized us. Even it was off season there was always entertainment in the evening and we could really stay at the property at night and enjoy our evening. It was very quiet in the evening even we had a pool view room facing the pool. We slept really we. What's also impressive is the clearness. It's really well maintained and daily cleaning service was also perfectly done. If you stay there, you have to do all inclusive. The food really makes everything perfect.

Our room was lovely and spacious, and the hotel has beautiful traditional features. The ladies at reception were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is in a very central location in Polis which is convenient, but it does mean at night there is a lot of noise from neighbouring bars and restaurants, but we stayed on a weekend, during the week it might be different. The breakfast is limited, it is à la carte with few options, and the quality of the meals and their presentation could be better. They also have no non-dairy milk options.
